"I'M A VAMPIRE WHO CAN COPY other vampires' abilities?" Luna stated, looking down on the ground as she processed the new information. "That's so cool."

"I think it has something to do with your versatility. After all, you are a lot of things, Luna." Carlisle said, the idea he proposed making sense to the rest of the coven.

"You can be loud, sarcastic, obnoxious..." Emmett said.

"But you can also be soft, sincere, and humble." Rosalie added.

"Psychotic, abusive, impatient..." Edward added.

"But also brave, strong, and considerate. " Stated Bella.

"You're irritating and you have an unfiltered mouth." Paul said.

"But honest and amusing, nevertheless." Alice commented.

"Sometimes you're scary." Seth admitted.

"But most of the time, breathtaking, remarkable, and loving." Jasper finished, pulling Luna to his chest with his hands resting on her waist and back.

Luna smiled at the honey-blonde vampire before placing a quick kiss on the lips, staining his lips with her bold red lipstick.

"I didn't feel anything then." Luna said, referring to when she kissed and touched Jasper.

"Well, maybe you just need to focus more." Esme suggested.

Luna simply nodded as she glanced at Esme before looking back at her soulmate, gently placing her hand on his face before clearing her mind and focusing on him only.

There it was again. The flow of energy, the flow of electricity that seems to ignite every vein in her body, powering her up. If she was to describe this feeling in one word, it would be euphoric.

Slowly, she pulled away from Jasper and looked at everyone in the room. She could once again feel their emotions radiating off of them. She focused her gaze on Edward, she could feel how serious he was at the moment. Just for fun, she checked if she was also able to manipulate their emotions.

Eventually, a smile cracks on Edward's lips and he couldn't hold back the short laugh that escaped his mouth.

"Luna, what are you doing?" Edward asked, his smile never leaving his face.

Luna couldn't help but smile as well before she replied.

"Just checking if I can manipulate emotions, too. Look at that smile, now you're less creepy." Luna told him.

The bronze-haired vampire shakes his head with his smile not wavering before Luna stops herself from manipulating him further.

"That was awesome." Luna said, earning smiles from everyone around her.

"Seth and I are gonna take off. We just checked to see how Luna's doing." Paul said before the two made their way towards the front door.

Luna looks at Jasper, and knowing what she wants to do, he nodded and smiled at her before planting a kiss on her forehead. Luna mouthed a 'thank you' before following the two outside.

"Hey, grandma." Luna called out, referencing the wolf that pretended to be a grandmother in little red riding hood.

Paul and Seth looked back to see Luna standing in the doorway. Seth knew it would be because of the thing he told her while she was asleep, so, he took it upon himself to go to the car first and leave the two alone to talk.

"What?" Paul asked as Luna approached him.

Luna rolled her eyes. "Oh come on. Stop acting all tough now, wolfie."

Paul looked away from Luna, not being able to look at her in the eye without feeling awkward about her knowing what he didn't want her to know. On top of that, he couldn't look at her straight because he still felt guilty for the accident.

Luna caught what Paul was feeling, and the teasing smile on her face dropped instantly.

"Stop blaming yourself, Paul. You had nothing to do with the accident." Luna told him.

"You were driving my car. I could've stopped you from taking it but I didn't."

"Because neither of us knew what was going to happen. No one is to blame for what happened to me."

"You're dead, Luna. Do you understand that?!"

"I understand that more than anyone, Paul! I didn't want to become a vampire before I could do the mundane things that I wanted to do. But I asked to be turned because I also didn't want to die before I could even experience at least half of what the world is planning for me." Luna explained.

Paul clenched his jaw, finally meeting her eyes but only for a few seconds before he lowered his gaze down to his feet.

Luna sighed, bringing her hand to his cheek to try and comfort her friend. But the absence of her warmth only made him feel worse. Her skin was so cold, unlike the first time he carried her. It was bothering him.

"None of this is your fault." Luna assured him.

Paul didn't answer. He looks at the crimson red eyes of hers that didn't help in making him feel better, but at least he still gets to see her.

"Now," Luna said as she retrieved her hand. "Go home and tell JJ I'm mad at him for not getting off his moping ass to come and see me."

Paul smirks before shaking his head and turning to approach the truck he borrowed from Sam.

"Give 'em hell, you psycho." Paul told her as he opened the door to the driver's seat.

"I always do, dog." Luna replied, a smirk playing on her lips as well.

"Take care of your grandma there, little wolf." Luna told Seth.

Seth gave a wide, bright smile and a big thumbs up out the car window before Paul drove away.

Luna was once again in her and Jasper's room. She has been refusing to hunt for hours, which was starting to worry Jasper. It had something to do with the fact that Luna became a vampire on short notice, and she still doesn't want to act like one until she's ready to accept it.

"When can I see daddy again?" She asked while she stood in front of the mirror, examing herself.

She never knew what she would look like if she had blonde hair. She actually liked how it suits her. She also likes how her body was well-built. What bothered her is her red eyes and her incredibly pale skin.

"When you've eaten. It's hard to control the bloodlust when you're hungry, Selene. We need to hunt." Jasper told her.

Luna groaned in frustration before making her way towards the bed and plummetting down on it.

"Is there any way I can hunt without leaving bed?" Luna asked.

What caused Jasper to close his eyes and shakes his head while he laughs is how completely innocent she sounded. Like, she was genuinely asking if there was a way.

"I'm afraid that's not possible, darlin'." Jasper said.

Luna lets out another frustrated groan before she was being pulled away from the bed and into the forest.

Not a lot was actually new since she had already experienced the enhanced speed and senses of a vampire from when she was human because of the soulmate bond she has with Jasper. Though, what she is most anxious about is the part where she has to catch something for her to eat.

As much as that sounds weird in Luna's head, she had no choice. She most definitely doesn't want to drink from actual people.

"Selene." Jasper whispered, his movements slow and steady as he eyed a target from a distance.

Luna follows Jasper's lead and her crimson red eyes landed on the clueless dear not far from them.

Images of what happened the night she got into an accident flashed into her mind like a quick slideshow. The Panic! At the Disco song. The phone call. The deer. The swiveling car. Her blood-coated body.

Jasper averted his eyes from the deer and fixated them on Luna when he felt the rising panic in her.

"What is it, darlin'?" He asked, grabbing her arm gently.

"Nothing...Let's just get this over with." Luna said.

She eyed the deer once again, its eyes catching hers and it looked like what it did when it was caught under the headlights of the car she's driving. But now, instead of avoiding the deer, she charged after it.

"Well, one thing's for sure. I'm not gonna look at Bambi the same again." Luna said as she and Jasper were simply strolling in the woods hand in hand.

Jasper grinned at the dirty-blonde's statement. He looks at her and examined her features.

Her dirty blonde hair is gonna take some getting used to. Her previous raven black hair with blue-green streaks was a statement only Luna could pull off. One could say it's her signature look. But the blonde hair definitely shocked him.

Before she was already absolutely beautiful. Now she was ethereally gorgeous. This just proves that anything would look good in his soulmate. With that in mind, he was reminded of something.

"Come on, there's one more thing I gotta show you." Jasper said.

Luna groans before she started to complain.

"Jazzy, no more hunting, please." Luna pleaded him.

Jasper couldn't hide the smile from his soulmate's cute pleading before he responded.

"It's not hunting, don't worry. You're gonna love this." Jasper told her.

Luna narrows her eyes at the honey-blonde vampire as an amused smile appeared on her lips.

"This way, ma'am." Jasper said, holding out his hand in a formal way towards the direction he wants them to go.

The two strolled their way further into the woods until Luna realized that this was a familiar path. It was the direction towards their special place, where they get to have their alone time. Where she first saw Jasper in the sun. Where she almost kissed him.

The sun was setting and it made the place shine in an orange-y look. It was breathtaking. It was like a painting.

"Go ahead." Jasper said, encouraging her.

Luna turned to Jasper with furrowed brows.

"Go where?" She asked.

Jasper nodded at the spot where the sun shone the brightest.

"In the sunlight." Jasper said.

That's when she realized what he was talking about.

She's a vampire now. Which means she has skin that is similar to a hard glass that can reflect the sunlight.

Slowly, she slowly made her way down towards the sunlight that is about to disappear on the horizon. She held out her hand, the light coating her cold, pale skin, warming them.

And there it was. It sparkled brightly as if she was a diamond enveloped in the warm embrace of the sun. She never liked the sun. She always had preferred the cloudy, rainy weather. But with her current status, she has learned to appreciate the beauty that the large ball of light could give her.

Finally, she emerged out of the shadows and into the light, her figure being wrapped by the bright sun, causing every part of her skin to sparkle.

She lets her eyes roam around her body. Her hands, her arms, her legs. All were gleaming under the sun just like Jasper's.

"It's amazing..." Luna trailed off.

Soon, she was joined by Jasper, standing by her side and watching as the sun finally disappeared under the horizon, taking the light that made them sparkle with it.

Jasper took out a blanket that he had been hiding in the place just in case they suddenly wanted to go there and just talk. He laid it on the ground before guiding Luna as they both sat down.

She turned her head sideways, looking at Jasper for a second before glancing back at the now night sky.

"A deer was on the road that night..." Luna told him, causing Jasper to look at her with a troubled expression.

"I dropped my phone and I had to reach for it. By the time I got it, a deer came out of nowhere and I was forced to avoid it. But thanks to the rainy weather of Forks, the road was slippery and the car swiveled around before it hit a post." Luna said, recalling the awfully vivid accident that was still fresh in her memory.

Jasper couldn't help but feel hurt, remembering what she looked like when they got there. Covered in blood and pleading for her life. It was the sight that scared him the most.

"I wasn't wearing my seatbelt because I was in a hurry and I forgot." Luna said, her gaze lowering down to the ground.

"What was so urgent that you had to go out in the middle of the night?" Jasper asked.

A small smile appeared on Luna's lips. She glanced at the honey-blonde vampire.

"I realized something." Luna said.

Jasper looked at her curiously before Luna moved closer to him, her right hand made her way to the back of his neck and her left to his cheek.

Her crimson red eyes gazed right into Jasper's golden ones, staring at each other as if they could see right into each other's souls.

"I love you, Jasper Hale, till the moon is upside down." She said.

The words that came out of her mouth made his eyes widen.

"Really?" He asked, still in shock that the words that she had trouble getting out of her system were finally said.

"I do. I really do." She said before bringing her lips to meet his.

The two of them smiled into the kiss, feeling the spark that never went out between them. At first, it was slow and passionate, filled with love. After a few seconds, it was now mixed with lust.

Luna pulls him closer to deepen the kiss as Jasper hugged her tightly from the waist. To his shock, Luna pushed him down on top of the blanket and straddled him, the kiss becoming even more intense.

But before they could go any further, Jasper pulled away for Luna's sake.

"Wait, are you sure?" He asked her.

Luna looks back at Jasper's eyes, caressing his cheek with her thumb before responding.

"I'm ready." She whispered. She wasn't going to prove Jeremy right. She wasn't going to sit around and let him define her.

She leaned down and kissed him again.

They continued for a couple of seconds before Jasper sat upright while Luna still straddled him. Luna grabbed the front of his shirt and ripped it open. He quickly takes it off of him before doing the same to Luna.

He ripped the dress of off her body and it made Luna pull away from him for a bit.

"Alice is gonna kill you." She muttered.

"Then I'll die a happy man." He replied.

The two giggled before they kissed once again. His lips leaving a trail of wet kisses down her neck and body.

A moan escapes her lips before pushing him down to the ground. Because of her unbelievable strength as a newborn, Luna accidentally pushed him rather harshly that it made Jasper groan.

"Ow." Jasper said.

"Oh my God. I'm sorry. Did I hurt you?" Luna said, placing a hand over her mouth.

Jasper laughed before responding.

"I'm fine." Jasper said before pulling Luna down and flipping them over, earning a squeal and a giggle from Luna before she was met by his lips once again.

The two perfect soulmates, after months of having patience with each other, finally made love, with every touch igniting fire on their skin, with every kiss sparking life into their bodies, with every smile brightening their world. And there was no doubt that their whole world was none other than each other.
