Scarlett anxiously bit her knuckles. 3 minutes to finding out if she got the part of Sadie, Aphrodites daughter, in Percy Jackson season 2.
Even though she was 15 now, shes loved Percy Jackson since 4th grade. She fell in love with the books, also the boy. When she watched season 1, she fell in love just a little bit more.

She caught a shriek in her throat. 1 minute, she couldn't sit still. Thoughts rushed through her head, some good some bad.

'please, please, please' she thought.

Then she got the email.

She almost didn't wanna open it, then realised how stupid that was. Her shaky hand clicked on her computer as she read the words on the screen.

She did it. She got the part! She didn't know whether to laugh or cry, or both. She was leaving for Vancouver in 5 days, and as soon as she read that her face dropped slightly. She would miss her friends, yes, but she would definitely make new ones, so it didn't bother her a whole lot. She pulled out her phone, hands still shaking, and texted her group-chat.

Scarlett set her phone down, inhaling deeply before getting up and packing her suitcase.

5 DAYS LATER

"Hey mom! im leaving for the airport, i promise i'll be safe and i'll let you know when i land, love you so much!" Scarlett smiled widely at her mother and walked out the door.

"love you more sweetheart!" her mom chimed.

She walked out the door, knowing her future was set from here on out.

When Scarlett arrived on set, her heart almost stopped beating. It all looked so amazing, so breathtaking, she couldn't believe it.

"why don't i introduce you to the cast?" Rick Riordan (yes, RICK RIORDAN. Scarlett didn't believe this was real) said, smiling.

"yeah that would be great!" Scarlett smiled enthusiastically, hoping she never woke up from this dream.

He walked her over to a group of cast mates, all chattering while the scene got set up. Scarlett studied them quietly, when her eyes landed on a blond boy with curly hair and the cutest smile she had ever seen. She hoped no one noticed her gawking, but suddenly, he looked over at her and his smile got even wider.

*woah. shit.*

She stepped forward to the boy, because somehow, after watching the show for this long, she didn't know his name. How? Scarlett didn't know, just never learned.

"Hi" he said, smiling "My name is Walker"
