▌𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐲-𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 ━︎━︎ 𝐁𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 ▌

━︎━︎━︎━︎𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐓𝐀𝐊𝐄𝐍 a lot of convincing for Steve to bring her with him to Bucky's apartment, but she couldn't help herself. She needed to know if Allison was there. Olivia had attempted to call her sister, but she didn't pick up. So now, here they were, she, Steve, and Sam―︎who was waiting outside―︎in Bucharest. Steve entered the apartment first, carefully glancing around the place. Olivia was close on his heels, keeping her eyes and ears alert. They both looked around and Olivia couldn't help as her nose scrunched up. It wasn't exactly the best living quarters, but she didn't really expect anything else.

She turned her head to look at Steve, noticing a small black book in his hands. She walked over to him, a small frown decorating her lips. Her heart broke at what was inside. Little notes were scribbled along the page, things Bucky was trying to remember. Steve opened the book to another page revealing a photograph of himself. They shared a look with each other.

     "Heads up Cap, German special forces, approaching from the South." Sam's voice entered their ears.

     "Understood." Steve replied. Just as he did, Olivia's spine straightened as she quickly turned on her heel. Her breath caught in her throat. In front of her stood Bucky and standing slightly behind him was her sister. The words caught in her throat and she decided it was best to let Steve do the talking. "Do you know me?"

     Bucky stared at him. "You're Steve. I read about you in a museum."

     Sam's voice came through. "They've set the perimeter."

     Steve sat the book down on the kitchen counter, taking a few careful steps forwards. "I know you're nervous, and you have plenty of reason to be. But you're lying."

     Bucky shook his head. "I wasn't in Vienna. I don't do that anymore."

     Allison spoke up. "It's true. He's been with me the whole time." Olivia looked at her sister before she looked at Bucky and then back at her sister. Slowly, she raised a brow.

     "They're entering the building."

     "Well, the people who think you did are coming here now." Steve said. "And they're not planning on taking you alive."

     Bucky nodded. "That's smart. Good strategy." Olivia and Allison's heads turned at the exact moment when they heard footsteps coming from above. Sam confirmed Olivia's thoughts.

     "They're on the rooftop. I'm compromised."

     Steve looked at his friend, knowing this wasn't going to go how he wanted it to. "This doesn't have to end in a fight, Buck."

     Bucky sighed, removing the glove that covered his metal hand. "It always ends in a fight."

     "Five seconds," Sam warned.

     Steve grew desperate. "You pulled me from the river. Why?"

     Bucky clenched his jaw. "I don't know."

     "Three seconds."

     "Yes, you do." Steve argued. Before the conversation could continue, two smoke bombs were thrown into the apartment. Steve hit one away and before Olivia could move bucky kicked the other towards Steve who quickly used his shield to cover the blast. Olivia ran forwards, quickly throwing up a protective shield as bullets came through. Bucky grabbed a table, flipping it so that it blocked one of the doors.

     Two men busted through the windows, one closest to Olivia while the other was closer to Steve. Allison ran forwards, grabbing onto the man the was closest to her sister and quickly elbowing him in the throat and hitting him on the head knocking him unconscious. The other man aimed his gun at Bucky and Steve quickly pulled the rug out from under him, sending the bullets to the ceiling. Another one came through the door that was blocked and Steve pushed the mans gun upwards as Bucky quickly sent a kick to his chest sending him flying backwards.

     "Buck, stop!" Steve warned, grabbing onto him. "You're gonna kill someone."

     Bucky threw him to the ground, slamming his fist into the floor beside Steve's head. "I'm not gonna kill anyone." He pulled out a black bag from under the floor boards. He tossed the bag outside and onto the roof of the building beside the one they were in.

Gunshots came from all angles and Olivia grabbed onto Allison, pulling her back as she held up another shield. "Go!" She yelled, turning her head to look at them. Her eyes flashed blue. "I've got this." Steve and Bucky didn't hesitate to leave, but Allison stayed. Olivia sent her a frown.

     "You're crazy if you think I'm gonna leave you alone." Allison said, her own eyes flashing blue. They looked at each other and Allison gave her a nod. Olivia nodded back before dropping the shield and running forwards. She ripped the gun out of one of their hands, using the butt of it to knock him unconscious. Allison carelessly tossed one of them out of the window before grabbing onto another and slamming his head in the wall.

Olivia jumped onto the shoulders of one, using the training Natasha gave her as she wrapped her legs around his throat and twisted. He fell to his knees and Olivia quickly rolled off of him before he fully collapsed to the ground. She stood up, watching as Allison took the last one out before they shared a look with each other and went running out the door. They came to a stop when they saw a trail of unconscious bodies. One guy was hanging off the railing attached to another one of the soldiers. Quickly, the two sisters began to run down the steps.

     "You were supposed to call me when you found him." Olivia said, maneuvering around another fallen body.

     Allison sighed. "I know. It just never seemed like the right time." They kept running. "How are the twins?"

     Olivia nodded. "They're good, currently staying with Clint."

     "Ah, so I take it you and Natasha didn't agree on the accords."

     The bodies stopped and the two girls found an exit door, quickly running out of it. They paused when they saw Bucky and Steve on the roof along with someone in a black cat suit. She replied, "You could say that." She took a few steps back and Allison followed her lead. Taking a running start, they both jumped and landed safely on the other roof.

     "Who the hell is that guy?" Allison breathed, watching as he went back and forth between fighting Bucky and Steve.

     Olivia shook her head. "No clue."

     "Well, he's not the only one who has claws." Instantly, her nails were replaced with claws and Allison charged forwards, jumping onto the stranger making them both go rolling. Olivia joined in and soon enough the two were fighting him, hoping to distract him as Bucky and Steve got away. Quickly, he knocked the two of them down and began chasing after Bucky.

     Olivia blew the hair out of her face, looking at her sister. "Now I'm pissed."

     Allison nodded. "Yeah, you and me both. Want some wolf action?"

     Olivia smirked. "Yes, yes I do." Once they got off the building, they both transformed into their giant wolves and began running in the direction the other three had went. Police cars were chasing them and Arctic quickly caught up to Steve, he glanced over his shoulder and quickly jumped up, landing on her back. Arctic ran faster and Shadow was knocking police cars out of the way. Suddenly Arctic was running right beside of the stranger. A growl left her lips before spotting Bucky and quickly jumping over the barricade and onto the wrong side of the road.

Shadow was quick to catch up, running faster in order to get to Bucky who had grabbed onto a passing motorcycle and was now using it to speed away. The stranger was catching up to them, but that's when Sam flew in. His plan didn't go as expected as the stranger grabbed onto his feet and despite kicking him he wouldn't let up. He flew past them and Bucky had quickly tossed up a grenade, exploding the underground road. Sam quickly tossed the stranger, sending him flying through the rubble and as he headed towards the ground he sent his claws swiping at Bucky's tire, making the motorcycle wreck.

Shadow. went through the rubble first, quickly followed by Arctic and Steve. Just before the strange could pounce on Bucky, Shadow leapt forwards, clamping her teeth around his arm and throwing him aside. She stood between Bucky and the stranger as Arctic let Steve off. Walking behind a pillar, Olivia quickly turned back, adjusting the suit Tony had made just for her so that it wouldn't rip when she turned. She walked back out, watching as her sisters wolf growled dangerously. Before she knew it, they were surrounded.

     Rhodey landed in front of them in his suit, pointing his hands between them. "Stand down, now." Steve and Olivia exchanged a look as Steve put his shield away. Allison walked away and came back in her human form. "Congratulations Cap, Liv. You're criminals." They were all arrested and the stranger retracted his claws, removing his helmet revealing himself as King T'Challa.

     "Your Highness," Rhodey replied.
