-ʀᴏsᴇᴛᴛᴇ sɴᴏᴡ had hated her family name since her birth, especially her uncle. The President. She had fought with the rebellion since she was 15 covertly to break him from his position and to destroy the annual tradition of The Hunger Games that the Capitol thrived on by leaking any information she had on the Capitol to the rebels.

Yet when President Snow found out, he threw her into the Games at age 18, just when she thought she was safe. But Rosette won, thriving in the arena and becoming one of the most feared victors to exits due to her ruthless ability to not feel remorse at all.

But that wasn't enough to please her uncle, so he reaped her again in the 75th Games where he was certain that she would die. But her allies helped her, all of them escaping to work against President Snow's reign and for the overall destruction of the Games.

With the help of Peeta, Rosette worked harder than ever to live so that no child had to ever be in the Games again. They loved each other, and you would have to be blind to not see the sparks.

ɪɴғᴏʀᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ

σиє. I have no stated what Games she was in, that is up to you to decide but it has to be a recent Hunger Games so that she is roughly the same age as Peeta. Her weapon was a series of daggers that she would throw at tributes in the arena.

тωσ. At first, Katniss could get jealous of Peeta taking a liking to Rosette but she turns to Gale in the end. Peeta, however, feels like he is letting Katniss down by loving Rosette. So when he returns from the Capitol's capture at the end of the third film with the TrackerJacker venom in his veins, he realises that Katniss wasn't right for him.

тняєє. She is from District 5 due to her own choice, she escaped the Capitol at a young age with her parents who joined the trade of the District, power. Therefore Rosette is a technology lover and is skilled with computers and with electronics.

fσυя. There could be tension between Finnick and Rosette due to a past relationship fling between them or because Finnick hates her family so much for what Snow did to him after he won.
