LEONARDO

Leonardo always hated how weak he used to be. He felt that he let his father abuse his family and while being defenceless, let other people take advantage of him. Leonardo vowed to never stay weak ever again so he trained like a machine, all day, every day in the gym. Whether it would be boxing, wrestling, training or anything that would make himself stronger.

He never really had to try when it came to fighting. It was easy; a simple punch could knock a human dead on the floor without any pain to his knuckles. He intentionally reduced the power in his fists to make the torture more long lasting.

Javier had to feel it. It would be too simple if Leonardo ended it quickly for him there. He had to feel every stinging impulse inflicted on him and bleed out until his body could no longer take it.

By the time Leonardo had arrived, Francis had already had his turn over the last few days. Javier was sprawled on the floor battered and bruised with Francis walking away with a bat in his hand. He wasted no time, he wasted no words.

Leonardo had beaten him beyond recognition. Javier's face was a like a sunken, deflated balloon, engraved with my punches. Blood leaked from him like water, crimson staining his ripped clothes as his body slouched against the cold wall, his legs spead apart on the ground. They were broken. His head was tilted in an uncomfortable position, his puffed eyes barely able to stay open.

Leonardo's fist was throbbing. He sat back on the chair, beginning to feel the effects of beating the life out of Javier. His knuckles were bruised with the skin bleeding from the excessive violence he had inflicted on him. Breathless, Leonardo's eyes drilled into Javier as he began to regain his breath after being in a trance of fury. Leonardo wiped his jaw, staring darkly as Javier squirmed under his dark gaze.

He remembered it all too clearly; his life as a pitiless school boy too fearful to defend himself. Leonardo had no courage, no self-discipline, not enough anger to force himself to be strong. He hated how useless he used to feel. It was a constant cycle being pushed around and toyed with. He was too soft, too complacent. He had to force himself to change.

Leonardo had always made it his life's vow to punish every single person who once made his life torture. That included his father, but what happened to him was a story no one else was to ever know. Javier made it his life's mistake messing with Don Romano. He gave back ten fold of what he experienced by Javier's hand.

"D-Don Romano! Please! I'm innocent - I've changed - I-"

Leonardo's ears twitched at the sound of Javier's pathetic, high-pitched pleas for help. His irritating voice sparked an influx of rage within him.

"Spare me the begging, Javier," Leonardo sighed, taking a hand towel from one of his men and wiping Javier's dark blood off his bruised hands. As he stood, Leonardo reached for his gun before his eyes snapped back at him with a cold and hateful stare. Javier shivered on the ground, his shoulders raising to his ears as a pathetic whimper left his mouth. He was hardly recognisable with all of the deep bruises forming deep into his skin.

"I cannot stand your whining," Leonardo complained in a low tone, his head tilting to the side slightly as he eyed Javier who was quivering at the sight of the weapon about to be used to kill him.

"You messed with the wrong man, Javier." Leonardo's arm lifted the gun, perfectly aimed right to the centre of Javier's head. The bullet would shoot through and execute him instantly.

He clenched my jaw while his narrowed eyebrows and deathly serious face instilled fear in Javier. The battered man was blubbering for leniency. The once mighty and powerful Javier had been reduced to nothing than a weak animal, squirming around on the cold floor. Leonardo's work had done enough to leave him desperate, throwing out any words to free him from his punishment.

But Leonardo had no intention of being a hero. His word stood for Javier's outcome.

Javier would die by his hand only.

A small smirk crept onto Leonardo's face as he had reached the best part. He let the gun's 'click' refill Javier's soul with terror, those wide, shaking eyes filling with unmoving tears, his whole face becoming pale and rigid with horror.

"Hell's waiting just for you."
