𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘: Ben's personality is kind of complicated. As he's grown older and his life has become more complicated, he's become more of an asshole. He is very cold and closed off, and doesn't really want to connect emotionally with anyone. He kind of hates himself and is full of regret  for what he's lost, and he has continually treated others like crap afterwards just due to the fact that he doesn't want to hurt anyone else or sabotage anymore relationships. He has a hard time getting close to people nowadays, and he really only finds himself being self-aware and truly caring when spending time with his daughter. Most of the time, he is full of regret and longing for his ex, despite the fact that he's been sleeping around since just to try and find some type of connection.

𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘: Ben's childhood was kind of complicated, and due to that he really doesn't have any close relationships with his siblings. He always had a difficult time building connections with others, until he met the Hand Maiden of Smoke. He fell head over heels in love with her and truly felt connection with her. They dated for years and had their daughter when they were 19. Unfortunately, after that, Ben could not commit to marriage and him and his girlfriend broke up. Since then, Ben has been sleeping around to try and find love again but has not been successful. Everyday, he regrets the choices that led him to the break up and he misses their relationship everyday.
