Holi is here!

Let's see how MoRan celebrate their first holi as a couple who's madly in love. 

Here's an OS with KoeZi, SidSa, ParKha (Param is positive here and was in Charu's captivation for years) and VarJeet/Varsha & Ranjeet (PaRan's parents who are also commandoes, read my book MoRan ki Shaadi if you wanna know their character sketch).

PS - MoRan ke saath-saath baki couples bhi dikhaye gaye hain.

This was a beautiful and colorful morning in the whole nation as it's Holi, the festival of colors! Also, it was more special for two people who are going to celebrate their very first Holi together, Monami and Karan. 

At around 9 O'clock, Karan was getting ready in his room in a white dazzling kurta looking extremely handsome and appealing. But to sadden his mood, the upper most button of the kurta was giving him a hard time to close. While he was struggling with the button, an angelic figure entered his room. As he looked straight, he was mesmerized just by a single glance at his lady love. She was claded in a multi-color white lehenga and a blouse that givees him a clear view of her milky waist. She kept her brown hair open making him go all crazy as her curls bounced whenever she moves. Karan was lost in her but soon came back on earth by her voice.

Monami - Oo la la, Agent Shergill! Kya lag rahe hain! But... kuchh kami hai.

Karan (while checking his kurta) - Kya kami hai ismein?

Monami - Iski!

He looked towards Monami and before he could process, a handful of Gulaal was on his cheek. 

Monami (like a kid) - Catch me if you can!

ताल से ताल मिले मोरे बबुआ..
बाजे ढोल मृदंग..
मन से मन का मेल जो हो तो..
रंग से मिल जाए रंग
हो.. होरी खेले रघुवीरा

Saying so, Monami runs out of his room and was running through the corridors of Parakram SAF with her Khadoos Shergill chasing after her to take revenge of her naughty act. 

Let's see what's happening in the Verandah. In the verandah or say the empty space outside the academy building, all the arrangements were already made to play a very colorful Holi. Multi color Gulaal were kept on a separate table while eatables along with Bhaang were on another table. The decorations were giving perfect Holi vibezz.

All were enjoying food and some tolerable bhaang with their partners and were also doing little colour romance in between.

Param, Sid and Faizi started mixing mild Bhaang with thandai and offered it to their partners along with their parents. They all really enjoyed the bhaang and started dancing while applying colour on each other's face and throwing some in the air to express their excitement and happiness.

Param came in front and pulled Barkha too and they both started dancing. At first, Barkha was shying a bit but sensing her hesitation, Varsha blinked her eyes towards her, and Barkha got comfortable. Param side hugged her, and they both started dancing with their hands up in the air.

Barkha went back to the ladies and now the men were showing their jalwa. All the men (except Karan) came in center and stood in a symmetry. Ranjeet in the middle, Param on his right and Faizi and Sid on his left. Ranjeet started doing some slow steps followed by Param, Faizi and Sid. Their spouses were adoring their dancing hotties and were giggling looking at their partners.

 On the other side, Karan who was chasing Monami was just going to get a hold of her, but the pillar came in between due to which Monami again escaped. She again started running through the corridors while giggling and her Khadoos Shergill was himself running slow as he was finding her giggle melodious and like the sweetest sound in the world. 

Whereas in the verandah, Ranjeet got a naughty idea and picked up a Pichkari from a corner and filled colored water in it. He aimed it at Varsha and in no time, Varsha was completely drenched with water. She shockingly looks up at Ranjeet and all the people started laughing on the hilarious scene. Ranjeet holding his ears with a sorry face and drenched Varsha glaring at him angrily.

तनिक शर्म नहीं आये देखे नाहीं अपनी उमरिया

Varsha started dancing on the song and was shaking her waist (thumka lagana) with all the ladies beside her. Barkha on her right and Sanju and Koel on her left. Param, Sid and Faizi chuckled on Ranjeet's reaction who was slightly offended as Varsh called him of 60 years. 

While in the corridor, Monami stopped near a pillar and looked back and was amazed upon not finding Karan anywhere.

Monami - Arre! Itni jaldi haar manne walo mein se to nahi hai ye Khadoos Shergill. Kya chala gaya?

Suddenly her waist was gripped gently by two strong hands from behind. She could easily make out who it was and as she turned, she found the love of her life looking straight in her eyes.

Karan - Ab bhaag kar kaha jaengi, Rani Sahiba? Ab laga sakta hu aapke rang?

Monami - Chalo, laga lo. But pehle colours to lekar aao...tumhare haath to khali hain.

Monami said innocently but Karan didn't budge and smirked naughtily at her.

Karan - Mere pyaar ka rang kafi nahi hai kya?!

Saying so, Karan rubbed his cheek on which she earlier applied the Gulaal, on her cheek making her breaths hitch.

As Karan moved away, Monami shyly touched her cheek where he applied the color, and she flew into his arms. Karan wrapped his arms around Monami, and they both were feeling very festively happy.

MoRan (together) - Happy Holi Khadoos Shergill/ Rani Sahiba!

They said it together and chuckled and again hugged each other tight. They parted after a few minutes and leaned close to each other when...

Sid (while covering his eyes) - Aaa...sorry sorry bros, main jata hoon. You guys continue!

Karan and Monami distanced upon hearing Sid's voice with Karan having a frown on his face and Monami blushing hard.

Karan (mumbling) - Ab kya fayda 'continue' bolne ka? Kebab mein haddi to ban hi chuka hai!

But...Monami heard him and smacked his left arm slightly.

Monami - T..tu yaha kyu aaya hai, Sid?

Sid - Bros, aap logo ko Ranjeet sir bulane aane wale thhe but mujhe laga ki aisa kuchh zaroor chal raha hoga so I stopped him. Ab agar aap logo ne ek dusre ke saath holi khel li ho to chalein?

Karan and Monami nodded and went to the verandah and joined everyone. First, Sid applied much quantity of color on Monami's face and then on Karan's (Karan ke muh par itna nahi because ykiyk).

अरे होरी खेले रघुवीरा अवध में होरी खेले रघुवीरा

Karan and Monami went to their elders that are VarJeet and ParKha and took their blessings and the couples also blessed them happily. Then all applied Gulaal on MoRan's face and MoRan too did the same with others. Sumanji and Chitra covered Monami in different colors from top to bottom and Bala and Premji did the same with Karan. 

हे.. अब के फाग मोसे खेलो ना होरी

हाँ हाँ ना खेलब ना खेलबतोरी शपथ मैं उमरिया की थोरीहाय हाय हाय चाचा

While all were dancing and throwing Gulaal on each other, Faizi and Sid appeared in the center from nowhere with dupattas in their hands. They started dancing on the song with their heads covered with the dupattas entertaining everyone and enjoying themselves too.

देखे है ऊपर से, झांके नहीं अन्दर सजनिया

Then they pulled Sanju and Koel too with themselves. Sid and Faizi back hugged Sanju and Koel respectively and twirled them in the air receiving soulful giggles from their partners and cheerful applause from the rest.

बांहों में भरके मुझे ज़रा झनका दे पैंजनिया

Ranjeet too started dancing with Varsha as he didn't want to miss any chance to flaunt his Jawaani.  He side hugged Varsha and started slightly pushing her shoulder with his shoulder and she smiled widely staring at Ranjeet. He looked at her feet ornamented with Payal and acted to get impressed by them. 

साँची कहे है कबीरा अवध मेंहोरी खेले रघुवीराअरे साँची कहे है कबीरा अवध मेंहोरी खेले रघुवीरा

All again got indulged in their Holi playing session and were again and again applying color on each other. They were enjoying to the fullest with colors, gujiya, bhaang and most importantly, their loved ones with them!

हो.. होरी खेले रघुवीराअवध में होरी खेले रघुवीराहोरी खेले रघुवीराअवध में होरी खेले रघुवीरा

That's how Holi was celebrated in Parakram SAF, with full happiness, joy and excitement. And maybe that's what Holi is...a joyful occasion that brings people together for prayer, socializing, and fun. It's a festival of burning all your sorrows and spreading love all over just like the way you spread colors!

MoRan, VarJeet, ParKha, SidSa, KoeZi, Chitra, Bala, Sumanji and Premji soon ended the playing, and all were soon back in their dorms as they were hell tired after playing Holi for the whole day. All got bathed and cleaned themselves and were seated in the mess with a cup of coffee in everyone's hands. All were wholeheartedly laughing reminiscing all the crazy and fun moments they had the whole day!
