Ceylon was panicking. It had been a year since Indiyava left her island but she figured out what Demala was planning. She wished she could warn him before it was too late.

She knew Indiyava's involvement made everything worse, but she also knew his intention was to bring a peaceful situation. He left when he was humiliated by Demala on an international level. She didn't blame him, she knew this would happen. She tried warning him before he got involved, but he's too stubborn to listen to others.

She was stuck in the hospital, unable to do anything but panick. She was worried for her own people and the consequences she'd face if anything happened to Indiyava because of Demala.

Despite Demala being the one behind it, she knew the blame would be on her. Sadly it was how the world functions, blaming those who aren't at fault. The doctors advised her to stay away from news until she got better. But she had to know what was going on. She was too scared but she had to know what was happening.

The moment the news turned on, her full focus went there. It was all almost entirely about Demala. She was less frightened by this, maybe it wasn't as bad as she thought it would be.

𝗨𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗽.

"𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐛𝐲 𝐚 𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫."

Her body froze as she heard that headline. She slowly heard the gruesome details as the pictures and videos from the bombing were displayed on the television.

The video sent chills down her spine.

Indiyava was standing in a crowd of people, who all seemed happy to see him. Security was holding back many people. A woman in particular was holding a necklace of flowers. When his attention went on her, he gestured for security to let her through.

He bent down for her to put the necklace on and stood back up when she did. He smiled at her as she went to touch his feet.

That was the moment she triggered the bomb and the explosion took place.

The second video showed a farther away view of the explosion. Besides the explosion itself, there was blood that splattered all over the area. She knew whose blood it was.

A nurse rushed and turned off the television before she could see the gruesome details of what condition Indiyava was in after the explosion. She began tearing up after seeing the events that took place, all because he tried helping her.
