It was 4th day of our relationship when Nandini came to me, "Manik, I'm pregnant."

But I didn't take it seriously because nothing like this happened between us so that she can be pregnant. Moreover, it's not possible to be pregnant in just 4 days. I was sure that Nandini can't be pregnant. But Nandini's face was saying something else.

I asked her seriously, "Tell me clearly, what's happening?"

"You know before you I was in a relationship with Dhruv. I loved him a lot. He had promised that we will get married as soon as he gets job. So, we took our relationship to next level. But he cheated on me," Nandini told wiping badly.

M (shocked): Are you serious?

N (crying): I'm sorry, Manik. Please forgive me. I have no option left than suicide.

M (calmly): Wait. Let me think.

N (sadly): There's nothing to think.

M: Dhruv abhi kahan hein?

N: Woh apne ghar Delhi wapas chala gaya hein aur kuch din pahele usska shaadi bhi ho gaya hein.

M: Oops.

N: Don't worry for me. I will die.

M: What are to saying, Nandini? Have you gone mad?

N: Tum meri condition nahi samajh rahe ho. Mein ghar pein kya kahungi? Who will take responsibility of us?

M: Done. I will take.

N: Manik, it's not easy.

M: Mujhe patah hein. I loved you from forever and now I get you. I can't loose you again.

N: But I deceived you.

M: No you didn't. You didn't play game with my love. You told me everything truth. I will marry you.

N: I love you.

M: I love you too.

N: Par tumhare ghar wale manenge?

M: Tum aapne ghar mein baat karo idhar mein dekhta hun.

N: Okay.

Before I could say anything more, Nandini stopped me and hugged me tightly.

After a week, we got married. It was not difficult to make our family agree. My parents loved Nandini at first meeting only. Her parents also agreed seeing me.

It was our wedding night. After giving money to all my cousins, finally I got the chance to get into my own room where Nandini was waiting for me.

I was really sleepy. I couldn't sleep properly from last two night due to the wedding tension. I didn't think anything more nor I talked to Nandini much after coming to room. I changed my clothes and layed down to sleep.

Nandini sat beside me and shook my hand, "Manik, tum so rahe ho? Aaj koi sota hein kya?"

M (opening eyes a little): Mujhe bohut neend aaraha hein, Nandini. Tum bhi so jao.

N (angrily): Tum uth rahe ho ya nahi?

Having no option left, I got up, "Bolo kya hein?"

N (kiddishly): Cuddle me.

M (rolling my eyes): Tum bacchi ho kya?

N (cutely pouting a little): Nahi biwi hun tumhari.

M: What? Mein so raha hun.

N (furiously): Agar tum soye toh mein tumhare aankh utha lungi. Mujhe tumhe bohut kuch kehna hein.

M (frustratedly): Kaho.

N (blinking her eyes continuously): First let's go to terrace.

M (sighing): Terrace kyun?

N (putting both her hands on sides of her waist): Tum chal rahe ho ya nahi?

M (sighed having no option left): Fine.

N (demanded sweetly): Pick me up.

I wanted to be angry on her but I couldn't. Sometimes we love someone so much that even if we are angry on them, the anger doesn't last long.

I picked Nandini up in my arms. She wrapped her hands around my neck and gave me a beautiful smile which melt me.

We went to terrace and I made her stand on her feet there. It was so clam there. No hustle bustle. Nothing.

Everyone was fast asleep even the city.

Suddenly Nandini me pulled me close holding my collars, I was shocked, "Mujhe darr lag raha hein?"

N (raising her eyebrows): Kyun?

M: Patah nahi.

N (suddenly she went back to serious mode): Abhi mein tumhe jo bhi bolungi dhan sein sunna.

M (being serious too): Okay.

N: I had lied you a little.

M (shocked and confused): Lie? When?

N (looking into my eyes): I am not pregnant and I also don't know any Dhruv.

M (shocked): What!!!

N: Hmm.

M (still being shocked): Toh phir yeh sab drama kis liye?

N (shrugged her shoulder): Yun hei. Shaadi karne ka maan ho raha tha. Directly nahi bol sakti thi. Issiliye yeh jhut bolna para. You know I am unique.

M: That doesn't mean you will do this?

Nandini laughed and I stared at her face which was glowing under the moon light.

M: You can't imagine how hurt I was when you told me, you were in relationship with someone else.

N (holding her ears cutely): Sorry.

M (sternly): You think a sorry can fix everything?

N (held my hands in hers): Tell me what I have to do? I will do anything.

M: First let's go to our room.

N: Thodi din pahele toh bol rahe thei ki neend aaraha hein. Kamre mein jake sone wale ho kya?

M (naughtily): Sone ke liye bohut raat baki hein. First let me do something unique like you.

Nandini blushed and I picked her up in my arms to go to our room as you know NIGHT IS STILL YOUNG.
