Elena let out a sigh of boredom as she sat between Carlos and Jay during Remedial Goodness class. She had been drawing the wand.

"If someone hands you a crying baby, do you, a, curse it? B, lock it in a tower? C, give it a bottle? Or d, carve out its heart?" Fairy Godmother asks as she points at the board. Evie was the first to raise her hand. "Evie."

"What was the second one?" Evie asks and Mal gives her a 'really look'. Elena continues to shade in the part of the wand she is drawing.

"Oh, okay. Anyone else?" Fairy Godmother asks. "Elena?"

"C, give it a bottle." Elena answers correctly again.

"Correct. Again." Fairy Godmother says smiling.

"You are on fire girl!" Carlos says making Elena smile and shrug her shoulders.

"Just pick the one that doesn't sound like any fun." Mal tells them making Elena nod her head in agreement.

"That makes so much sense." Evie says before a girl walks in and squeaks as she walks between Mal and Carlos.

"Oh. Hello, dear one." Fairy Godmother says.

"Hi. You need to sign off on early dismissal for the coronation." The girl says as she hands a paper to Fairy Godmother.

"Everyone here remembers my daughter, Jane?" Fairy Godmother says making Jane frown.

"Mom, no!" Jane pleads.

"It's okay. Jane, this is everyone." Fairy Godmother introduces. Mal and Elena share a smirk quickly as they start to figure out a plan to use her to get the wand.

"Hi. That's okay, don't mind me. As you were." Jane says before rushing out the classroom with a squeal.

"Ahem. Let's continue." Fairy Godmother says excited. "You find a vial of poison. Do you a, put it in the king's wine? B, paint it on an apple? Or c, turn it over to the proper authorities?" Evie, Carlos, and Jay all put their hands up.

"Oh! Ooh, get off!" Carlos says as Jay puts his hand down.

"Jay." Fairy Godmother calls him.

"C. You turn it over to the proper authorities." Jay answers smirking.

"I was gonna say that." Carlos says pouting.

"But I said it first." Jay says before he wraps his arm around Carlos's head as he reached around Elena. "Come here!" He then starts rubbing Carlos's hair giving him a noogie. "Come on who said it first? Who said it first?"

"Boys." Fairy Godmother calls tapping on the board. Elena tries to break the boys apart but it just ends up with all of them on the floor wrestling. "Children!" They all stop and look at Fairy Godmother. "I'm going to encourage you boys to use that energy on the tourney field and Elena I encourage you to try cheerleading."

"Oh no. That's okay. Whatever that is, we'll....we'll past." Carlos says as he gets up. After class Fairy Godmother took the boys to coach and Elena ended up stuck with Audrey much to her disliking. But also she kinda likes being Audrey too, she doesn't know why but she does. Audrey has all the girls stretching beside the tourney field as the coach starts telling the boys where to go.

"Jay, Ben, offense. Chad you're defense. Taylor you're the shooter." Coach yells before he notice Carlos looking lost. Elena laughs at this. "Hey. Hey! Hey, you. Lost boy! Put your helmet on. Get out of the kill zone! Come on. Pick it up. Put it on! Two hands." The guys start to play and Audrey gets everyone standing so that they can cheer for the boys. Ben has the ball first making Audrey make everyone cheer. Elena rolls her eyes but does it anyway as she sees Ben pass it to Jay. Jay loses the ball before he knocks over Chad making Elena cheer and the rest of the girls follow her besides Audrey. Audrey gives the girls a "really look" but they keep cheering. Jay gets the ball back before he knocks two guys down. Before Carlos is left in front of him.

"Jay, it's me! It's Carlos!" Carlos yells as he begins to panic before throwing his stick at Jay. "Wait, stop Jay. Stop! No, no, no, no. No!" Jay throws the ball at Carlos making it bounce off Carlos's shield. Carlos drops onto the ground as Jay continues to go forward before he steps over Carlos. Ben gets the ball and Elena feels herself getting excited. Jay then takes the ball before scoring. Elena cheers loudly for Jay making the others girl cheer as well and Audrey gives her a glare. Jay chases the goal keeper away before he starts to dance around happily. Elena lets out laugh as she sees this is the first time they have been happy.

"You! Get over here!" Coach calls to Jay after blowing his whistle. Elena cheers again before she does a back flip making the girls cheer and do back flips too. Audrey rolls her eyes but also smiles quickly at Elena, before they focus on what's happening. "What do you call that? I call that raw talent. Come find me later. I'll show you something you haven't seen before. It's called a rule book. Welcome to the team, son." Elena smiled as she notices they're starting to fit in. The coach turns to Carlos. "You ever thought about band?" Elena frowns as Carlos lets out a sarcastic laugh.

"I'll work with him coach." Ben says.

"All right." Coach agrees making Elena smile again. Audrey saw her smiling. Audrey had to say that she had a beautiful smile. "Let's run that again." The boys did a few more rounds while Audrey made the girls do a bunch of routines. They then went to get changed for their next class before Elena met Mal at the lockers. They had each done their Long Live Evil signs on their lockers.

"Those kids are trouble." A boy walking with Ben and Audrey says as they stop to look at the villain girls.

"Bye, Sis, Mal." Evie says before she walks away.

"Come on Chad, give them a chance." Ben says as Mal starts to look through her spell book. Elena and Mal had talked about using Jane to get the magic wand.

"Oh. No offense, Bennybear, but you're just too trusting." Audrey says as she takes Ben's hand making Elena roll her eyes. "Look I know your mom fell in love with a big nasty beast who turned out to be a prince. But with my mom, the evil fairy was just the evil fairy. That girl's mother. And that girl's mother poisoned Snow White."

"I think you're wrong about them." Ben says."I'll see you later." Ben then starts walking over to Elena and Mal as Chad and Audrey walk away. Elena walks around the corner as she sees Ben approaching. Mal closes her locker door to find Ben on the other side. "Hey!" Elena listens in on the conversation.

"Hey." Mal says while looking to see if he had any other motives other then being friendly.

"How was your first day?" Ben asks making Mal relax a little bit.

"Super." Mal says with a small smile. There was something about Ben that made her want to not listen to her mother and just be nice to him.

"You should really think about taking this talent off the locker and into art class. I could, uh, sign you up. What do you think?" Ben says as he look at her locker. Jane walks by with a little squeak and Mal watches her go before Elena follows her.

"Way to take all the fun out of it." Mal answers as she turns back to Ben. She sends him a wink before following Elena and Jane.

"Huh." Ben says smiling.

"Hi! It's Jane, right?" Elena asks as she and Mal walk into the bathroom where Jane is.

"Ah, I always loved that name. Jane." Mal says giggling.

"That's cool." Jane says before she turns to leave.

"Don't go!" Elena says quickly making Jane stop. "I guess we were just kind of hoping to make a friend."

"Yeah, You probably have all the friends you need, though, huh?" Mal says in agreement.

"Hardly." Jane says making Elena frown.

"Really? I mean, with your mom being Fairy Godmother and headmistress?" Elena asks shocked.

"I mean, not to your mention your own, um... personality." Mal adds and Elena hoped that she didn't go too far.

"I'd rather be pretty. You've both got great hair." Jane says making Elena smile.

"You know what? She has just the thing for that." Elena says excited while looking at Mal.

"It's right...Ah here." Mal says as she pulls her spell book out before opening it to a certain spell. "Beware, forswear, replace the old with brand new hair." Mal moves her finger around making Jane's head move before her hair becomes long and curled.

"Wow!" Elena says excited before Jane turns to look in the mirror before having a big smile on her face.

"You almost don't notice your....Other features anymore." Mal says making Elena slightly frown.

"Do my nose!" Jane says excited while tapping on the book.

"Oh, I can't. I've been practicing, but you know, I can't do really big magic." Mal says making Jane frown. "Not like your mom with her wand. I mean, one swoosh from that thing and you could probably have whatever features you wanted."

"She doesn't use the wand anymore. She believes the real magic is in the books. And not the spell books, regular books with history and stuff." Jane explains making Elena frown.

"What a rip." Mal says before Elena elbows her in the side. "You know, she used magic on Cinderella, who wasn't even her real daughter. Doesn't she love you?"

"Well, of course she does. It's...It's just, you know, tough love. 'Work on the inside, not the outside.' You know that sort of thing." Jane explains frowning.

"That's the face!" Elena says. "Yeah, and then just look as If your... your heart is about to break. 'Oh, mother, I just don't understand why you can't make me beautiful, too..."

"Think it would work?" Jane asks.

"Yeah. I mean, that's what old Cindy did, right? And your mother Bibbidi-bobbidi-booed the living daylights out of her." Elena says giving Jane hope and making her smile.

"And, hey, If your mom does decide to, you know, break out the old wand, invite us." Mal says as she sits on the counter.

"If I can convince mom, you're both so there." Jane says excited.

"Yay!" Elena and Mal both say.

"Bye." Jane says before she rushes off. Elena and Mal share a victory smirk before they head to class.
