𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐓𝐘 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐄𝐄 -

❝ ɪᴛ ᴄᴀɴ ᴘʀᴏʙᴀʙʟʏ ꜱᴇɴꜱᴇ ᴘᴀᴅꜱ ᴄᴏʟᴏɢɴᴇ ᴛᴏᴏ - ʙʟᴏᴏᴅʏ ʜᴇʟʟ, ᴍᴀɴ, ʜᴏᴡ ᴍᴜᴄʜ ᴅɪᴅ ʏᴏᴜ ᴘᴜᴛ ᴏɴ?! ❞

"WE SHOULD FILL THE SLYTHERIN COMMON ROOM with a bunch of rubber ducks!" James exclaims excitedly, squeezing himself between Sirius and Remus.

"No, come on, boring-" Remus remarks, quickly writing something down on a piece of parchment.

"OH - how about real ducks-" Magnolia shouts, a feeling of exhilaration coursing through her excitedly.

"And GEESE!" Harry shouted eagerly, standing in front of Magnolia as she let out an excited shriek.

"OH - OH and chickens!"

The marauders, Lily and Regulus looked at each other before grinning at each other at the couple. They were currently sitting in the marauder's dorm room, making plans on what to do to make this a fun day.

Remus was perched at his desk, writing the idea James, Harry, and Maggie were coming up with. Sirius has his arms crossed over his chest, leaning on the desk that Remus is writing on. James was beside them throwing his ideas out there. Peter was sitting on the ground while Regulus was sitting on Sirius's bed, tossing a ball back and forth to each other.

"Okay, I'm not gonna be a part of this - I'd rather not get a whole month's worth of detention" Lily remarks, putting her hands on her hips with raised eyebrows.

"Okay, bye-bye - we understand you don't want to prank your old bestie Snivellus" Sirius sarcastically spits, a playful smirk playing on his face as Lily throws him a warning glare.

"Have fun, Maggie and Harry - don't let them get you in too much trouble"

"We won't," Harry says with a small smirk, making Lily playfully scoff as his smirk matches James exactly.

"Bye, Lily!" Magnolia answered, giving the redhead a wave as she quickly smiled back and left the dorm room. It was clear Lily needed to go anyway - she didn't want Marlene to know about all of this... But she also had to tell her the news about her dating James. So she not only had a lot on her mind from all of the new information but also had to tell all her friends about her and James.

"Sounds perfect, I know a spell we could easily use" Remus mutters as they all begin to notice the discomfort all over him. Sirius was trying to get him to rest but Remus was having none of it - but the full moon was tonight and he was not feeling well.

"Hey, Rem - how about we just do all of this tomorrow?" Sirius suggests, massaging the werewolf's shoulders as he holds his head in pain. But Remus furiously shakes his head, refusing to rest. He's been forcing away the headaches and pain for a few days since the full moon was tonight. He wants to be with Harry and Maggie for as long as possible - he doesn't want to miss anything.

"No, no, no - I'm fine, we can do this before the moon comes up-" Something clicked in Maggie and Harry's minds as they both looked at one another.

"You stay here - I'm gonna go finish it, okay?" She told Harry, making the others look at her confused as she quickly left the room.

"Where's she going?"

"She needs to finish this potion she's been trying to work on since breakfast -"

"What potion?" Peter asks curiously, making Harry shrug with a small grin.

"Oh nothing special - just something that will come in handy-"

"Does it make things explode?!" James asks excitedly, making Harry sigh in disappointment.

"Sadly no."

"Oh poop" James mutters, making Regulus look at him weirdly with scrunched eyebrows as Magnolia busses back in the room.

"I did it!" She exclaims as they all look at the blonde-haired girl in surprise. Her face was slightly flushed and the excitement was radiating off her like a swarm of bees.

"You did it?!" Harry exclaimed, a proud smile appearing on his face towards her.

"Did what?"

"I made wolfsbane!"

"What?!" They all shouted, quickly getting out of their seats and walking to Magnolia with Harry.

"H-How?" Remus asked, Sirius looked at him with a small smile before looking at Maggie.

"I had to sneak into McGonagall's room-"

"Woah - wait, how?"

"Well, I got caught because Harry tripped and knocked over a damn pot" Magnolia playfully scowled, making Harry pout before resting his head on top of hers as she presents the potion to the others.

"But oddly without questioning it - she let me take the ingredients and brew it... Snape, from the future, was the one who taught me how to make it" They look at her surprised as she stifles a small laugh.

"When Remus was a professor - Snape was too and brewed him some, so I demanded him to teach me how he made it so I know how"

"That's..." Remus whispers, shaking his head in disbelief and examining the dark blue liquid in the small glass bottle.

He's always wanted to make wolfsbane, ever since the boys found out about it during research on lycanthropy. Wolfsbane never cured lycanthropy - it only gives you control and sense during the full moon, even able to ease the pain. So if put into thought, if Remus had this, he could just go to the Shrieking Shack and still transform - but sleep and be less dangerous through the whole night.

"That's awesome, Maggie - Thank you" He mutters before stepping forward and pulling her into a hug. She smiled contently, wrapping her arms around his neck. Sirius held the potion bottle close to his chest and the boys sent a thankful smile to Magnolia as she looked up.

She smiled back at them and kissed Remus's temple before they pulled away from one another. Remus had the widest smile across his face and excitement started coursing through him.

"Merlin, I don't know how I could repay you"

"Don't worry about that - Drink it. And then I'll make sure to figure out how to get you more," Magnolia told him as Sirius happily handed Remus to Wolfsbane to drink.

"Today is going to be a good day."

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Regulus whispers as all seven of them peek their heads from behind a tree by Hagrid's hut.

"Yes, of course - I didn't get to have the beautiful moment to pet one!" Maggie whisper-shouted, pushing her hair out of her face while they looked at the Hippogriff being petted by Hagrid.

"You should have been there, I got to ride it," Harry states smugly as Sirius and James dramatically gasped at the new information that Harry got to ride an actual Hippogriff.

"Well - I was escaping Azkaban, sorry I couldn't see it" Sirius whispers, making Peter and Magnolia choke on their spit in surprise.

"I can't believe it was twelve years in that hell hole" He muttered, shaking his head with a sigh, setting his head on top of Remus's who was looking behind the same tree under Padfoot.

"Can we please not talk about this and maybe wait-"

"I did my waiting! Twelve years of it - in Azkaban!" Sirius exclaimed, immediately making Remus cover his mouth as Magnolia and Harry let out a laugh.

"Oh bloody hell," Magnolia whispers, fanning her heated cheeks as she tries to stop laughing. While Harry fell backward on his back from laughing.

"That's just bloody brilliant" Harry whispers before they see Hagrid finally go inside his hut.

"Oh, she's beautiful..." Regulus mutters as they step out from behind the large tree. They walked across the long grass and stealthily opened the gate.

"Merlin, I've never seen one so up close - only the seventh years get to touch the creatures they have in Hogwarts" James states as they stay behind Harry and Magnolia, who both didn't seem afraid of the possibly dangerous animal.

"Be careful..." Remus mutters as the boys decide to stay farther back while the Hippogriff finally notices the couple approaching her.

"Hey, pretty thing..." Magnolia whispers with a small smile as the Hippogriff stares at her suspiciously, letting out a small noise in response.

"It's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you" She whispers, raising her hand calmly. The Hippogriff remained calm and their eyes softened as she slowly lowered her head for Maggie to pet her.

"Amazing..." Magnolia whispers, biting down on her bottom lip hard to keep her excitement from exploding again.

"Oh my god!" She whispers-shouts, looking back at Harry who gave her an energized grin and thumbs up.

"Mate I want to pet it!" Sirius and James pouted before Harry motioned them to come closer. They excitedly - but nervously stepped forward as Sirius quickly grabbed Harry's hands that were held out to motion them over.

"Sirius, don't be scared - it literally can sense fear"

"It can probably sense Pad cologne too - Bloody hell, man, how much did you put on?!" James quietly exclaimed, furrowing his eyebrows as Sirius shoved him.

"Boys!" Magnolia scowled, one hand still petting the Hippogriff and then motioning for them to come over slowly.

Harry raised his eyebrow at Sirius, who still held on to his hand tightly as James stepped slightly ahead of him to Maggie. James smiled brightly at the Hippogriff while it stared at him curiously as he raised his hand to pet her.

"Gently" Magnolia instructed her father-in-law before looking behind her to see Sirius eyeing the Hippogriff in suspicion.

"Didn't a Hippogriff kill a student last year?" They all furrowed their eyebrows at the Black.

"Sirius, no - Where did you hear that?" Remus asked in disbelief before Sirius merely shrugged and Maggie began to smirk.

"You're scared aren't you?"

"Pfft - no-"

"Godrics, Pads - you're scared!" James teased as Sirius stumbled over his words to protect himself.

"Am not!" He pouted as Regulus cackled from beside Remus and Peter, seeing Sirius's hand tighten around Harry's hand.

"You so are!" Peter laughed, making Sirius puff out his cheeks in defeat.

"Come on, Sirius" Magnolia giggled, holding her hand for him to take. Harry patted his back as he hesitantly let go of his hand and reached to quickly grab Maggie's.

"Stay calm, it's okay, Sirius" Magnolia reassured, squeezing his hand comfortingly before grabbing his other hand to raise it to the Hippogriff.

The Hippogriff didn't mind the attention she was getting, cooing slightly in delight at the soft touches. Sirius began to smile further from beside James, finally petting her fur. His nervousness quickly disappears as his hand releases Maggie's. James and him laugh, both astonished at merely being in such close distance of a Hippogriff.

"That's just terrible" James mutters, hearing that the password into the Slytherin common room is 'Pureblood'.

"And that's why they're going to be part of our first prank" Harry plans as they watch Regulus, Magnolia, and Remus get into the Slytherin chambers.

"I still don't understand why we couldn't be a part of this one" Sirius complained, leaning against the wall that they were hiding behind - closest to the Slytherin's.

"Because you would have probably messed it up," Harry told him bluntly, making him gasp and place a hand on his chest.

"How dare you - and you are supposed to be my godson."

"It was Remus's idea for it to be just him and Magnolia with Regulus anyways," Peter tells him, making them look at him confused.

"Why?"

"Well, Regulus for the password and watch since he's a Slytherin - then for Maggie, I think he wanted to spend some time with her before the full moon" It was clear, after taking the wolfsbane potion - he's been in a bit better mood and wasn't getting headaches like usual.

And for some reason, they felt like this might be the last time they'll get to hang out with Harry and Magnolia. They all felt it.

Maybe because they had this fun day full of pranks and everything planned - it felt like it was, let's have a good resolution ending so it makes us feel better. Like in TV shows or movies - there is always something exciting or awesome that happens that makes the watcher feel good... But then again upset that it had ended after watching it fully unfold from start to finish.

Deep inside them all - they had a deep feeling it was a matter of hours or even a day before Magnolia and Harry had to leave.

And they didn't know how to feel because yes, they were upset about it. But they are having the time of their lives, laughing and smiling with one another. So they can't help but smile and then dread what's to come soon.

"Okay, they have five minutes before the Slytherins come after their last classes of the day" James mutters, clearing his throat and they all look from behind the corner to wait for Regulus, Magnolia, and Remus.

"This is gonna be awesome!" Magnolia exclaims, jumping up excitedly as they quickly make it out of the common room - the sounds of chickens, geese, and ducks surprising the boys. Remus shoved the huge doors closed, a laugh escaping his lips as Regulus took a chicken feather off of his sweater.

"Yeah, I'm not sleeping there anymore" Regulus adds, running to go beside the boys as Harry takes a goose feather out of Maggie's hair.

"That must have been fun" He mutters, brushing off the feather and looking down at Magnolia. She had an adoring childish smile springing on her features, making Harry stare at her adoringly.

"It was," She says, her hands behind her back cutely. He kisses her nose, making her blush before stepping on her tippy toes to match his height. He gives her a small laugh, making her playfully scoff and pull him into a kiss.

It was short but once she pulled away and lowered herself back to the ground - Harry looked at her with so much love. So dazed, he was absolutely hypnotized by her beauty and short - innocent kiss, he felt like falling in love with her all over again.

"Puke - get a room!" Sirius shouts, quickly coming between them, pushing Magnolia away from Harry by her shoulders. Harry pouts, quickly following them as Magnolia laughs with the others.

"Let's get out of here before a Slytherin sees - and head to the kitchen!"

"God, I love hot chocolate" Magnolia whispers, sipping her cocoa. She plops into the seat beside Peter as Harry sits across from her. Harry sat between Sirius and Remus while Regulus sat on the other side of Magnolia, with James sitting on top of the table and his legs crossed.

"Did you hear all the bloody outcries?! I swear I heard Malfoy crying from all the way upstairs!" Sirius exclaims with a laugh, scarfing down a cookie.

"Right before we left, I saw Rosier sprinting out of the common room with only his boxers and T-shirt, running from at least five geese!" James adds with a bombing laugh as the others join in on the laughter, eating their sweets.

They decided to stop and hide in the kitchens for a little while the professors tried clearing out all the birds now on the dungeon floor and trying to calm the scrambling and dramatic Slytherin students. The group wanted to do one more prank before deciding that was it for tonight, but the marauders couldn't make it to the last one since it was a full moon in a few hours. They have to be there for Moony - who's in a bad mood about it.

But he's in relief now that he can sleep and control through his form. He desperately wishes he could be there when Regulus, Magnolia, and Harry do the last prank.

They're all pretty upset about it, but they try not to show it.

"Mistress Magnolia - could I give you another chocolate muffin?" The female kitchen elf asks Maggie, who quickly shakes her head, wiping off a chocolate mustache.

"No, thank you, Dotty, take a break and eat something yourself" The elf quickly smiled at her and skipped off with her small dress flowing softly behind her.

"So what prank were you guys thinking to do?" Peter asks, making Harry and Maggie smirk at one another.

"Nothing too big... But it's gonna be messy"
