𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐖𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐘 𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐄 -

"I LOVE BLANKETS - whoever made the very first blanket, they own my heart" Sirius whispers, hugging his blanket to his chest as it was wrapped around his body.

"It was probably Albert Einstein - I feel like he's made everything," Peter says, lying on his bed, looking up at the ceiling as Remus looks at him from his book.

"I can't tell you enough, how wrong you are," Remus tells him from his bed as Sirius lets out a loud laugh from his bed.

"What in Merlin's name rhymes with Lily?" James asks, sitting at his desk, writing something with the tip of the quill in his mouth in thought.

"Jiggly?" Sirius suggests as Remus sighs to himself with a shake of his head.

"Does it count if I rhyme 'Lily' with 'Lily flower'?"

"I swear to Merlin, why am I friends with you guys and Prongs - no it doesn't count," Remus tells the glasses-wearing boy, who scoffed and scribbled it out quickly.

"How about-"

"GUESS WHAT I JUST FOUND OUT?!" Lily exclaims, bursting into their dorm with Regulus, making all the boys jump and all let out screams.

"Bloody hell, Evans - you nearly killed me" Sirius breathes out, holding his hand to his chest as he falls on his back.

"What brings you two here?" Peter asks with a head tilt as Regulus stands awkwardly beside the redhead.

"It's about Magnolia and Harry." Regulus states, immediately making the others turn their attention to them.

"What's wrong with them?"

"Nothing - well, I don't think so - but they're not who they're saying they are" The marauders rose in eyebrows in confusion and suspicion. Did Lily and Regulus find out?... And what exactly did they find out?

"Explain?" Remus asks, making Regulus and Lily glance at one another before taking an uneasy breath.

"We think - No, we know for sure... Magnolia and Harry aren't from this time and are from the future."

"W-What?" Peter sputtered, his eyes big, knowing himself that he might blurt out something he shouldn't. He looked at Remus, who gave him a reassuring nod to keep quiet.

"Yeah, they were just talking about how if this plays out well, things will turn out fine. And the fact they're engaged! And mentioned at one part after mentioning something along the lines of 'Uncle Reggie'."

"Specifically they said 'we might have someone that we call Uncle Reggie in the future' and then Harry said 'even if we're alive'." Regulus said, running a hand through his black hair in contemplation and stress. Sirius looked at James with wide eyes, his mouth slightly gaped, mouthing, What's that supposed to mean?.

"And then started saying stuff about how terrible Dumbledore is and manipulated Harry when he was younger, with stuff like Sirius being in Azkaban! Which is something I didn't hear much of though!" Lily exclaims in panic as Sirius quickly stands up in alert.

"Azkaban?" He asks in a whisper, catching his eyes with Regulus.

"W-We don't know for sure if you actually were sent there - And, um, I-I still don't really believe that Mags and Harry are from the future anyways, it could have been a mistake" Regulus says quickly in reassurance, stepping forward to calm Sirius's horrified expression alongside the other boys. Even though he does believe hundred percent that the couple is from the future.

What was sad was even though Regulus was trying to reassure him, Sirius already knew Magnolia and Harry were from the future. And he now knows he was sent to Azkaban and it wasn't even a possibility it could be wrong after hearing his brother and best mates future wife hear it from the time travelers.

"We have something to tell you guys" Sirius blurts out, making every pair of eyes look at him surprised.

"Sirius-"

"They already know so much, so what's the point?!" Sirius snapped, making Lily and Regulus grow even more confused.

"Guys, what's going on?"

The silence was killing the two, wondering what the hell they're talking about. James was sinking in his chair at the fact he might have to tell Lily that they're married and have a kid - who is literally, Harry 'Granger'.

Sirius was completely zoned out, thinking of the fact he's in Azkaban in the future - and how Maggie and Harry never told him. What did he even do to do that? What could he have done in the future so badly to get him into Azkaban? But as far as Remus - his mind was completely blank. While Peter was wildly panicking over this situation, having no idea what to do.

"We already know"

"What do you mean, you already know?" Lily quickly asks, crossing her arms over her chest with furrowed eyebrows.

"About Magnolia and Harry, we have known for a few days now..."

"WHAT?!" Regulus exclaims, making Potter jump with wide eyes.

"We couldn't tell everyone! They didn't want us to know! And we can't just go around telling everyone their secret!" James defends as Lily scoffs.

"What they said... It was just too confusing, they said something like me and you died... And couldn't take care of Harry and the Dudley's had to- Dudley's are the family my sister is marrying into!"

"Lily... Think real hard about what you just said" Remus tells her, making her furrow her eyebrows before flicking them to James. James was staring at her with his hand over this mouth, waiting impatiently for her to finally realize.

"Lily... Harry is-"

"No, no, no-" She whispers as suddenly Sirius begins to smirk, his mind pushing the Azkaban knowledge away and keeping that possible trauma for later. Now he's gonna watch Lily Evans slowly realize she's gonna have a family with his four eyed friend that's she's despised for years and the fact he has had a obsession with her.

"Lily..." James whispers as Regulus lets out a laugh before placing his hands on his knees.

"No way! Harry's you and Potter's kid!"

"James. I'd never have children with you" Lily tells him, her face starting to heat up as James gives her a raised eyebrow.

"Well go tell that to Harry Potter-"

"His name is Harry Granger-"

"That's his fake name! C'mon Evans, keep up!" Sirius exclaims with a smirk, sitting beside Remus on his bed now. Lily was just being in denial because lately her feelings for James have definitely heightened, and now she's finding out James is her future husband and she has a son with him! Her heart and mind is going through too much right now.

And by the sounds of it - her bloody brother in law and sister take care of him after her and James death and give him a horrible life!

"Oh this is great... This is just great" Regulus mutters, hiding a smirk that could surpass Sirius's.

"But Mag, who is she really?" Lily asks, trying to get the focus off her as the boys all turn to Remus.

"Well... She's technically half Taurus, but she's actually my daughter from the future" Remus confirms as Lily softly gasps, a smile spreading across her face.

"And she must have gotten her Veela abilities from her mother then" Regulus noted, making the boys nod and Lily's eyes slowly widen to herself. "Well isn't this horrific! I don't even know what to think - So are they here to change the future?"

"Well, yeah. But right now, they are slowly losing their memories from their past and their kind of panicking that they might never end up together because neither can remember their first kiss" Peter blurts out, making Lily mood sadden and raise an eyebrow.

"That's terrifying - so the future is obviously changing and their memories are slowly disappearing?" Lily asks, making James nod for her. "Hopefully it's changing for the better and there still together."

"I need to hear this for myself" Regulus mutters, about to exit the dorm and they all quickly stop him.

"Wait, let's sleep on it-"

"It's funny you think I'm gonna be able to even sleep after this-" Lily says with an eye roll as Sirius chuckles.

"Trust me, we all have questions - but we need to remain calm because if you bombard them with questions about the past... It's like they are still recovering from the things that happened in their time and it's... Not the best. They've lost a lot and have been through traumatic things, it's not easy for them just to say it all at once."

"Yeah, okay. That's fine" Regulus mutters, stressfully running a hand through his hair at the thought of now having to go into the Slytherin common room from what happened earlier today.

"Reg, you can stay the night here" Sirius suggests, making his younger brother grin thankfully. Lily smiled at the two, happy there finally at talking to terms - even better there actually hanging out with one another.

James notices the anxiety evaporating off the redhead, chipping at her nails by the door. He gets up from his seat and their eyes meet, giving one another a small smile.

"I'll walk you to your dorm, don't worry - the first night we knew about all of this, Remus cried-"

"I did not, you prick!" Remus exclaimed, clearly offended even though his embarrassed cheeks prove himself to be wrong.

"Yeah, you did!" Sirius teased, making the werewolf roll his eyes and hide his smile by laying face first on his bed.

"Come on" James mutters to Lily, throwing on a red sweater over his bare torso. Lily shamefully looked at his abs, looking away with an even more flustered face.

It was silent as James shut the door behind him and the two walked down to the common room. Once they reached down, the Gryffindor doors opened - revealing Magnolia and Harry. They were of course bickering back and forth as Magnolia had a bunch of chocolate on her fingers and mouth. Harry was clearly pissing her off as she had an annoyed expression and he was smirking teasingly at her. She had her hands up and away from her as they were sticky with chocolate.

"One of these days, I'm going to murder you"

"Well, that's not at all comforting" Harry responded, making her roll her eyes and they both smiled at James and Lily.

"Maggie and I went into the kitchen and the elves gave her way too much chocolate" She sent him another glare and like she struck him, he dramatically stumbled with his hand to chest.

"Merlin, your beautiful" He whispers teasingly as she scoffs, saying a quick good night to both Lily and James to go and wash herself up.

"Love ya!" James shouts to Maggie as she shouts back out a hurried 'I love you' back to him. Lily smiles, her eyes leaving the staircase Maggie went up and looked at Harry. Locking eyes with his bright green eyes.

"I swear - just by one look from her, and I'm dead" He states with an awed expression as Lily smiles, slightly glancing at James.

"You must really love her" Lily says, making him happily nod, looking down quite embarrassed at how obvious it was.

"So bloody much... I just can't stay away from her, I feel complete with her" He says with blush spreading across his cheek at the thought of her, even though it was only seconds he hasn't seen her.

"You know what they say... If two people can't stay away from each other, maybe they aren't meant to be apart" James stared down at the redhead with an astonished smile, his heart pounding at the words the girl said in front of him. Harry grinned at his father and mother, a small smirk playing on his lips as he shuddered suddenly remembering that he's technically older than them currently.

"Well, good night guys. See you at breakfast tomorrow?"

"Yeah, of course. See you guys - and tell Magnolia she better share that chocolate tomorrow!" James exclaims with a laugh as the couple hears a loud sarcastic laugh from their son.

"I'd like to live but you're up for trying to tell her that!" Harry lastly says before waltzing into his dorm.

"Definitely Moony's daughter" Lily mutters as James laughs with a nod.

Silence grew between the two, not awkward silence - it was quite comfortable. It was weird for Lily to interact with the couple now, knowing that Harry is her son with James and how Magnolia is Remus's daughter. She had so many questions, she couldn't even focus on a single one. It was hurting her head at just the thought.

"I just wanted to let you know before bed..." James brought her out of thoughts and he faced her with his whole body, leaning on the common room couch.

"I know I've told you this a thousand times already but with events right now, maybe one more time won't hurt" He says with a nervous chuckle, looking down to play with his hands.

"I'm in love with you. Deeply... In love. And if you don't, I guess - yet. I understand. And if feelings change and you like me back, I don't want us to be pressured into getting married and have a kid because we know now that we do. So when Mags and Har leave back to their time... I want to pretend and just go with the flow, you know - if you actually like me and you're okay with it-"

His next words were cut off as Lily stepped on her tippy toes and cupped his face with her hands, crashing her lips on to his. He was so shocked, he didn't even move at first or react. But after slowly relaxing his excitement, he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer.

She was so terrified over the feelings she was starting to grow for James. She hated and rejected him for years, she didn't understand these growing feelings for him this year. She was so unsure, she practically prayed to the Hogwarts founders and sent a letter to her parents to give her a sign or answers. A sign that these feelings were just in her head - and she shouldn't pursue them. Or a sign to prove that if she lets her feelings grow, everything will be okay.

And her heart won't be broken.

But this was James Potter. The boy who's loved for Lily Evans never vanished for all his years of knowing and being rejected by her. He saved his first kiss, virginity, his first everything - all for her. And after getting rejected over and over again - he still famously fancied her through it all.

And maybe looking into her future sons eyes staring back at her matching green ones - talking about his Magnolia, showed James love for Lily. It was like something clicked and at that moment she realizes how he spoke about Magnolia was how James spoke about her. Every time she heard him confess his love for her, she never bothered to see the twinkle in his eyes and take it to heart.

But after seeing her son - who looked exactly like James, talk about Magnolia... She knew this was a sign that the feelings in her stomach was spreading faster than a wild fire for the infamous James Potter.

"I'm in love with you too" She whispered, breaking the kiss as he just stared in complete shock before recovering and pulling her in for another kiss.

Little did the two know... This was the day back in Magnolia and Harry's old time when James asked Lily on a date... And she finally said yes, with an eye roll and hidden wide grin.
