"TELL ME, why did I almost put this in the lost and found after thinking this was just some random ring before I realized this was the one I proposed to you with?"

Magnolia's voice got caught in her throat and she immediately avoided his eyes. Harry took a step forward, and grabbed her hands, forcing her to look at him with a painful expression.

"We have to find another time turner" She looks at him with wide eyes as he holds her hands to his chest. Their hearts were pounding and his voice was in a whisper.

"Harry, no-"

"We can ask Professor McGonagall to request one from the Ministry and I'm sure she'll understand-" The marauders looked at them with wide eyes, honestly not believing the words leaving James's son's mouth... Even though there's a pretty good chance that wouldn't even work either.

"You can't be serious-"

"Magnolia, don't act like this isn't an option because it possibly can be. We can reverse it all back and we never open that package and we get married in just a few hours." She knew he wasn't meaning it - well, she hoped. But it still infuriated her in a way.

How could he say this? After everything?

"You don't mean that-"

"It'll be fine, we'll still have each other and my whole life, I've lived with no one else except you cause you were always there. I'm gonna hate it, if we were to be sent back and we don't know each other. I don't want to live in a world where I'm not with you. I don't care if I'll still have no parents - and we were still having to take care of Teddy by ourselves - with the Ministry up our asses and you can be a matron in Hogwarts like you wanted -"

"Harry!" She shouts, stopping his frantic ranting as he looks at her with wide eyes.

The marauders were holding their breath as all of this left them speechless. Magnolia was hurt, upset, and angry with Harry. She felt knowing the things that already had happened, she couldn't think about just leaving it. She wouldn't have been able to live with herself if she had known she could have saved everyone and decided to be selfish and just left.

She couldn't.

And Harry knows that. But he's desperate and so terrified.

"No, do you realize..." She searched his eyes and scoffed.

"I love you, Harry - but I'm not gonna give up this chance to live a life with my friends and family together." She expressed, hiccuping up a sob before closing his palm that had her engagement ring. She looked back at him with tears and turned around to walk towards the boys.

Harry watched as she walked away, letting his arms fall to his side. The engagement ring almost fell between his fingers and onto the wet concrete of the alleyway.

"Give me your wand... Please" Maggie asked in a whisper, holding her palm out in pleading at Sirius. Sirius stared at her, no words exchanged between the boys and herself. Sirius looked at Remus - almost for permission, tears staining Maggie's cheeks. Without a word, Remus nods in reassurance and Sirius hands his wand to her. She turns around and lets out a small cough, avoiding all eye contact from everyone.

"Maggie-" Sirius tries, placing his hand on her shoulder but she's not paying attention. She uses the wand and they suddenly apparate away.

Sirius and Remus's screams were heard as Sirius kept his grip hard on her arm, feeling himself pressed in a bunch of directions. Remus holding on to Sirius's wrist right before Maggie apparated, unknowingly bringing the two boys with her.

She landed in her dorm with a deep breath as both Remus and Sirius almost vomited in their mouths. Sirius immediately falls on top of the bed, a massive headache piercing his head. They've always wanted to experience Apparate but now they wish to never do it again.

While they were trying to overcome their fast-moving sickness, Magnolia's legs gave out and she fell onto her knees.

She couldn't breathe. Her chest was tight and it suddenly grew heavy, her heart pounding through her ears. Her head hurt so bad it pounded, she grunted in pain, holding her head with her hands as she cradled herself on the ground.

"God, never wanna do that again" Remus mutters with his eyes closed with a headache, leaning his body against the wall.

Sirius sat up from the bed, running his hand through his semi-long hair. His eyes widened and his feeling of throwing up stopped, feeling relaxed. He looked around as Remus still had a pounding headache, now in the bathroom, ready to throw up any minute in the toilet. And then his eyes landed on Maggie.

"Mags-" Sirius whispers, jumping off the bed and quickly dropping to his knees beside Mags.

"Hey, hey - look at me," He tells her urgently, grabbing her shoulders to try and sit her up.

"I-I can't breathe!" She choked, turning her body as he leaned against the wall and pulled her to lay her head on his chest.

"It's okay, it's okay - lift your arms, it'll help you to breathe" He whispers, trying to stay calm as he sees sweat trickle down her forehead. He panics as he feels her whole body heating up.

"Remus! Remus!" Sirius shouts, his voice growing scratchy, trying to fight his tears, looking down at Magnolia's state.

"What's wrong-" Remus paled and looked at the two in horror. Sirius was on the verge of tears, trickling with sweat too with Magnolia was having a severe panic attack in his arms. Remus's best friend and daughter.

"Grab a rag in the bathroom, and wet it with the coldest water" Remus quickly nods and runs back into the bathroom. His hands were shaking furiously as he fumbled with the small towel.

"Everything's going to be okay, we're okay" Sirius repeated in her ear, moving hair away from her face.

"N-Nothing's okay - I can't breathe - I can't see - Harry-"

"Harry is okay, don't worry about him" He reassures, running his hand through her hair comfortingly. She leans on his chest, her hand pressed around her throat as her chest is jolted to gain her steady breathing back.

"Got it!" Remus shouts, tripping out of the bathroom and sliding on his knees to sit in front of Magnolia and Sirius.

"Press it all on her face, it'll cool her down" Remus quickly nodded, his eyes widening as he felt her burning forehead against his palm. He first pressed the cold wet rag on her forehead, immediately letting her let out a shaky relieved breath.

It was clear Remus was beginning to panic and Sirius noticed. He needed to stay calm for Magnolia's sake and himself. So Sirius acted out quickly and naturally, he grasped the werewolf's hand in his. Remus's eyes flickered to him, slowly relaxing under Sirius's reassuring smile.

At this moment, Remus needed reassurance immediately that his daughter was going to be okay. He hated seeing her like this and wanted it to stop. So seeing Sirius show him that she was okay, reassured him as her chest slowly stopped rapidly going up and down.

"Everything's going... Going to be okay" Remus whispered, breaking eye contact with Sirius and looking directly at Maggie. Sirius quickly pulled his hand away from Remus's, using that hand to grasp Magnolia's hand that was on her chest.

"Magnolia, darling - please look at me, I need you to look at me" Remus whispered, pressing the wet towel on her cheek.

"O-Okay" She choked, slowly prying her eyes open. Remus held back tears seeing her eyes were solidly pitch black, her Veela form fighting to be set free.

"I need you to breathe... Breathe..." He whispers, giving her a small smile and he doesn't let her let go of eye contact.

"Breathe..." She whispers, letting the simple word drag out until she catches on to her breath. Her hand clung onto Sirius's as he held her tight and she began giving Remus a small dazed smile. She closes her eyes and blinks them open, revealing her blue eyes piercing his brown ones.

"I'm okay. Everything's okay" She whispers, nodding her head more and he smiles with a chuckle.

"There you go" He mutters, setting the rag down beside them and leaning over to kiss her forehead.

"Thank you guys" She whispers, squeezing Sirius's hand who smiles and leans his head back on the wall behind him in relief.

"Merlin Lupin, you almost gave me a panic attack myself," Sirius says with a laugh, making her chuckle and slowly sit up from his chest.

"I don't get many panic attacks but I've been having them since you guys died... The last one was..."

"It's okay" Sirius reassured her, making her turn her body to face both of them and continue.

"When I first saw you guys... I bumped into James and then I saw all of you - it screwed me up"

"Merlin, again sorry about that," Sirius mutters, rubbing the back of his neck, smiling sheepishly as she shrugs.

"It's fine - I didn't realize how much it was going to affect me seeing you guys alive again - young and healthy, you know?"

"I'm sure that wasn't easy, seeing your loved ones after you saw them die not even that long ago" Remus mutters, making her nod with a deep breath.

"It definitely wasn't the first easiest night here," She says with a laugh, making them nod in agreement.

Then her eyes suddenly widened, catching Remus staring at Sirius a little... Longingly and lovingly. A sad smile formed on her lips before tugging it away between her lips.

"Thank you guys so much... And what Harry's was saying about-"

"Don't worry about it. We'll figure it out, okay? I promise you guys... Nothing keeps you two apart - even if time changes, we'll make sure you guys get together" Sirius says with a smirk, making her roll her eyes and laugh as Remus nudges her shoulder with his.

She stood up on her feet with shakey legs, bringing the two boys with her. She wiped the tear stains on her cheeks and took a deep shaky breath.

"I love you guys and no matter what happens..." She says, looking between the two with a small smile and tears on the verge. "I'm so happy I got to see you guys again... I don't even think you realize how much I love you two idiots"

"Hey, watch it young lady - that's your father and Uncle Pads your calling idiots" Sirius teases sternly, making her laugh, showing her teeth cutely. Sirius couldn't help but smile and silently tease her for her shy smile and how it matched Remus's.

"Give me a hug, darling" Remus tells her, pulling her into a hug and Sirius squishes her between the two men as he joins in on the hug.

"You guys are insufferable" She mutters into Remus's sweater, making the two laugh before she slips out between them.

She smoothed out her sweater before watching the two. They hugged for a few seconds before hesitantly pulling away from one another. But Sirius still kept his arm over Remus's shoulder. She smiled sadly, watching as Remus looked at her with an identical smile but they smiled for different reasons.

She then looked at Sirius who kept a long glance at Remus, who was paying no attention to him. And that is the reason for her smiling at the two in a different way than they thought she was because...

She's come to realize her father, Remus Lupin, and fiance's godfather, Sirius Black - also Remus, James, and Peter's best friend, are secretly... And hopelessly...

In love with each other.
