THANKFULLY, Maggie never inherited the werewolf gene from Remus since she was never bitten...

But she was still a quarter Veela - and carried her father's werewolf anger issues.

Then, once Remus had found out that Sirius Black was truly innocent, and it was Peter Pettigrew all along - he was furious.

Seeing Wormtail on the marauder's map in Hogwarts, Sirius and he immediately met up. Magnolia, for one, was furious. She grew to have anger issues - another thing she got from her father. Then it was said that she had gotten it from his mood swings when it was closer to a full moon. As she went through everything a werewolf went through except for the transforming and murderous craving. But during this, she'd get ticked off quickly and into fights where it was hard for people to get her off the person she was animistically beating up. She'd never hurt someone innocent... Only people that deserved it.

She only got a few things from her mother, not just her Veela genes. Her long blonde hair, blue eyes, and her short small figure. And then everything else was inherited from her father... She was a blonde, blue-eyed girl version of Remus.

But anyway, when Maggie found out about Peter being the bad one here and it being Ron's pet rat, Scabbers... she was furious. She tried hurting Peter herself in the shrieking shack. Which made Sirius proudly clap for her as Remus gave both of them a stern look to stop. Which made her stop punching his face as Remus pointed his wand at Peter to take over the threat.

During her first year at Hogwarts - being a third year, she quickly got closer to the trio. And Harry's crush just grew and grew as she was completely oblivious to it. He'd try to flirt and only let her do things that he didn't want other people to do. Like for example - fix his tie, hair, or shirt. Or even call him love.

She only called close friends "love", on instinct. But it was always the center of attention when she called Harry love. Because everyone knew he liked her but Maggie herself never really figured it out.

But then there was that keyword when mentioned he flirted with her. Try. He'd try to flirt with her.

He was always a stuttering, flustered mess when he tried complimenting or talking to her. It infuriated him because Mags also made him so comfortable but he could barely talk to her.

But then there were those some days when he was James Potter's son... Do you know what I mean?

People would notice the sly compliments he'd through but he never had the guts to take his shot. But he'd 100% hardcore flirt with her.

But she was completely oblivious.

When Harry and Sirius finally met. He wrote him a letter in his fourth year, casually asking how to ask this girl out to Hogsmeade.

And then Sirius's reply back was nothing but a million questions about who the girl was. But without giving out her name - scared that Sirius might tell Remus, who is the father of the girl he's asking advice for - tells his godfather only a few things about her without making things specific. Upset and not suspicious of Harry not giving him a lot of information about the girl - Sirius gives him "guaranteed tricks for a girl to like you back".

But Harry was still a huge chicken about asking her out, and he'd talk non-stop about her to Hermione and Ron. Which got them annoyed and tried setting up the two themselves when they got into their fourth year.

They'd set fake study sessions and make excuses to leave the two alone. But then after some small talk about homework and other random things, he finally plucked up the courage to ask her out.

"Hey, Mags?" She looks up from her work, sitting on the ground in front of him.

"What's up?" She asks innocently, her blue eyes staring into his green ones.

"I - um - I was wondering... If you'd like to go to... Hogsmeade with me?" Her eyes slightly widened with a small smile. To tell the truth, she always thought Harry was cute and if he asked her on a date, she would say yes in a heartbeat.

"Yeah - that would be fun" Literally ignoring her answer, he looked down slowly, scratching the back of his neck, he got up sadly - thinking he was just rejected.

"I understand, it's fine - Wait what?" She tilts her head up at him and chuckles.

"Yes Harry, I'd love to go to Hogsmeade with you" He looked at her with a grin and watched as she stood up. She took a step forward closer to him while he couldn't help but suck in his breath. On her tippy toes, she pressed a kiss on his cheek making him completely freeze.

He was squealing in his head at that moment as his cheeks turned red. She walked upstairs to her dorm with a happy grin as he stood there forever in shock - excitement- happiness-

Hermione and Ron came back, and looked at Harry - who was standing there for at least thirty minutes now - oddly and tried snapping him out of his 'trance'.

"I think he's having a fit..." Ron mutters, looking at Harry oddly.

But before the worst part was that she was kidnapped for the second Triwizard tournament and he had to save her... Or else she died.

And of course, at this time - he hadn't asked her out yet. So it kind of confused her she was the one that he cared about most at the bottom of the lake for the challenge. She didn't question it, even though she was secretly freaking out about how Harry cared about her the most... But she was also praying he'd save her and she won't die or else she'll haunt him for the rest of his life.

But before Harry officially asked her out, he didn't ask her to the Yule Ball - so at first, she thought he only liked her as a friend this whole time... Even though there was a kiss that was exchanged after the ball, she honestly thought it might have been just the spur of the moment... And she couldn't lie and say she wasn't disappointed that he went to the Yule Ball with Parvati Patil because she and her twin sister, Padma looked absolutely beautiful in their dresses. But their night was promising...

But once Sirius found out the great news that the mystery girl and Harry went out, he was happy for his godson - and so was Remus. They both just didn't know it was Magnolia Lupin though.

But they did find out that summer...

When Harry went to 12 Grimmauld Place, London - with the help of the Order of Phoenix. In 1995.

During the whole summer before they got Harry to go to the House of Black - Maggie and Harry sent letters back and forth the whole time.

It made Remus wonder who she kept writing letters to, while she only answered with a not-listening hum. Both Remus and Sirius tried getting it out of her because she was unusually happy ever since her fourth year and was overly excited when she'd send out letters with her owl.

They didn't even bother to figure out that it could be Harry she was sending letters to - and that she could be the mysterious girl he was talking about.

But that was also why they both didn't get into Ravenclaw.

"Harry!" Maggie shouted excitedly as Harry pulled away from Remus and Sirius. Moony and Padfoot watched the couple in confusion as Harry pulled Maggie into a tight hug that lasted a little longer than a normal hug.

"Oh bloody hell" Ron scoffs teasing the two as Hermione chuckles at the two.

"Harry and Magnolia sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Fred and George sing as the two both blush and Maggie glares at the two older boys.

"Shut up, you twats!" Maggie shouts, hitting them over and over with a pillow as she chases them around the house as they cackle loudly at her embarrassment.

"Oh, aren't they cute!" Molly laughs, patting Remus and Sirius's shoulders as they stare with wide eyes.

"What?" Sirius whispers, before slowly realizing with a grin. As Remus stood there shocked, pointing his look at Harry - who was staring at the girl who snorted a laugh as George got her and started tickling her.

"Leave her alone boys!" The twins chuckle as the young girl shoots them a glare before sitting down with Harry coming beside her at the table.

"Remus-" Sirius starts.

"I know," Remus says, crossing his arms over his chest and looking at Harry and Magnolia intently... Mostly Harry.

"HAHA YES! I KNEW IT!" Sirius suddenly cheered, making heads turn towards them. Harry suddenly shrinks in his seat as he catches Remus's stern eyes.

"Childhood friends to lovers~" Sirius sings happily, tapping his feet on the floor and practically dancing excitedly to his chair at the end of the large table.

That night... Sirius and Remus had the "dad talk" with Harry when Maggie fell asleep on the couch beside him.

Now here are some lovely moments with Harry Potter and Magnolia Lupin in Hogwarts together.

~~~
Harry was the clingy type. Not the annoying clingy - but the cute one. He loved skin-to-skin contact and his love language was touch.
It was a cold winter weekend and Harry was cold and exhausted. He had just gotten off practice for Quidditch and he wanted to see his lovely girlfriend.
And of course, he saw her curled up on the couch by the fireplace with a book in the Gryffindor common room. He admired how beautiful she looked in a sweater that was way too big for her and leggings under.
"Hello gorgeous" Harry greeted her with a tired grin as she looked up at him with a smile. He dragged his feet walking toward her and she lifted her arms as he flopped on top of her. Something he does a lot since she lifted her arms on instinct.
"Tired?" She asks as he nods before lifting her sweater over his head and cuddling into her bare stomach under her sweater. She chuckled as he sighed against her chest, wrapping his arms around her waist.
"Cold?" She asks with another laugh as his murmurs start to tickle her. He peppers small kisses on her from under her sweater every once in a while.
"I love you," She says, as he peeks his head through the hole her head went through and kisses her neck.
"I love you more."
"I love you most," She remarks, making him scoff at her neck.
"I love you more than most - HA! I win" He teases with a laugh, making her laugh shaking her head.
~~~

Maggie never liked Draco Malfoy - the boy never did anything to her other than flirt with her. Which didn't bother her because she rejected him each time. And since Harry hated him, it was automatic for his girlfriend to also hate him and take his side at all times. And he just wasn't a good person in general by bullying muggles and using the slur like it wasn't a rude thing to say.

But Malfoy uses her to try to get under Harry's skin, whenever he's around the two.

And it always works.

"Good afternoon, Lupin - don't you look lovely today" Draco smirked, clearly checking her out as he looked her up and down. Magnolia rolled her eyes in disgust ignoring him as she chose not to let her anger get the best of her today. But it took just a second for Harry to want to beat Malfoy up.

Maggie knows how jealous Harry gets, so she grabs Harry's arm and pulls him away before he decides it is a great idea to beat up the daddy's boy.

"Sod off, Malfoy" She scowls, as Harry wraps an arm around her waist.

He was easily jealous because he didn't want to lose her. He felt like after losing his godfather, he felt like she was the last thing he had. Of course, he had Remus. But it was different. He's lost so much, he couldn't bear to lose her. Just the fact, of how neglected he was when he was younger. He didn't get much love which makes sense of his jealousy, possessiveness, and clinginess.

And the fact they've both grown to start having separation anxiety.

But they'd both reassure each other perfectly, like she'd kiss all over his face and neck, cuddling him.

"Come on love, you're the chosen one. No one's gonna steal me away from you" He huffs with a frown still on his face. He sits down on her bed and wraps his arms around her waist as she stands, burying his face in her stomach. She runs her hand hair through his hair as he pouts into her sweater.

~~~
And of course... Maggie is his biggest cheerleader at quidditch games. Making other Gryffindors chuckle at how cute they guys were as she'd jump from her seat when they won or he got the snitch.
And every single time Harry gets the snitch, everyone cheers as he flies to the stands where Maggie is.
She wears her Gryffindor robes, and her Gryffindor scarf, freezing as it covers half her face. He reaches down, as she steps on her tippy toes leaning against the railing with a smile. He uses one arm to hold on to the broom as she cups his face into a deep kiss.
Everyone cheers louder than ever and the two pull away both with goofy grins.
~~~

Then there was their close family and friends that would tease the hell out of them.

Like the twins- bloody hell, they liked teasing the two. One for the fact of how flustered and embarrassed Harry gets. And two for fun because Maggie is like another little sister they like to annoy... And it's pretty easy to annoy her.

One time, it was quidditch practice but it wasn't anything important or special - technically the quidditch players flying on their brooms.

Harry was teaching Maggie to ride the broom and she was incredibly nervous.

"Eh I don't know, I shouldn't do this-"

"No, come on, you can do it, I believe in you" He supports her with his hand on her waist, ready to let her go off and fly. She scoffs at him, hanging on to the broom tightly and taking a deep breath before taking off.

He smiled warmly at her from the stands as she rode around laughing. But then Fred and George came beside him with smirks on their brooms.

Harry eyed the boys and looked at them weirdly. "What?"

"I can see that... You wish that was you..." George says with a serious expression, crossing his arms over his chest...

"And not the broom she's riding?" His eyes bulge and the twins bark out in laughter, as he glares at them.

"Sod off you two!"

~~~
Then there was the awkward talk Remus had with Harry - alongside Sirius at 12 Grimmauld Place, that day they first found out that Harry and Magnolia are together.
"Harry." He nervously looked up from his hands and looked at the two adults in front of him. Everyone was in bed, and Remus caught him before he went to bed. Though Maggie was only passed out on the couch, snoring with half her body off the couch.
"Yes?"
"When... Did you guys start dating?" Sirius couldn't help but feel bad for the boy who was being intimidated by the werewolf.
"For a couple of months now..." Remus sighs and clears his throat. "Harry, you need to understand with Maggie-"
"I know what you gonna say, and I promise, I know... And I know how protective you guys are of Mags and how much you guys love her..." They listen patiently as Harry starts to look at the blonde girl sleeping on the couch.
"But... I love her just as much - She makes me happy, and I make her happy - I promise to protect her with my life" Remus and Sirius glanced at each other and then looked back at Harry.
They all lived dangerously, Harry was being threatened by Voldemort to be killed. And Sirius was still in hiding because everyone still thought he was a murderer. And Remus is a werewolf for crying out loud.
They didn't want Magnolia to get hurt.
"I swear Potter, if she gets hurt because of you-"
"Moony! He gets it." Sirius chuckles, making Harry sigh of relief. Remus sighs again before catching Harry staring at Mags lovingly... It was the same way Remus looked at Maggie's mother the first time he realized he loved her. And how she looked at him. He hoped he would be good enough for Nymphadora, just as much.
"Like... When I first saw her... I was struck by her beauty," Remus and Sirius smiled at Harry, seeing their old friend in the young boy's green eyes.
"Love at first sight?" Sirius asks with a chuckle as Harry shakes his head and looks back at them.
"Love at every sight."
Their eyes glowed and they saw James Potter... Talking about Lily Evans...
James fell in love with Lily when he first saw her and tried every chance to get her to like him back and ask her out. But she'd always reject him till finally their seventh year.
But Maggie wasn't rejecting him, and Harry wasn't asking her out constantly. And Harry was changing for the better for her and wanted to be with her more than anything.
~~~

"You've been stalking this girl for two years! You stopped purposely annoying Malfoy with me... You almost got kicked off the Quidditch team because you promised to study with her when you could have canceled" Ron exclaims, having Harry frown and scoff. Hermione chuckles and shakes her head.

"I did not stop 'annoying' Malfoy for Magnolia Lup-" Hermione rolled her eyes and stood up.

"Yeah fucking right." The two both looked at the girl surprised but she continued.

"You'd jump off the Astronomy Tower to impress her! In fact - I'm glad you didn't think of that because if it had occurred to you, you probably would have done it! And then your ghost would have haunted us, wandering the corridors - POUTING! About how Maggie Lupin wasn't impressed when you committed suicide for her!"

Harry sat in his seat with wide eyes as Ron trained his eyes back on him, nodding and agreeing with Hermione.

It was then, the day after, he finally asked out Magnolia Lupin.
