Danielle had only ever known Hap lake since her parents death. She thought it was quite ironic how the town was called Hap lake and that it was Practically known for its beautiful lake. Although she thought otherwise, she hated lakes. She hated water in general.

In the ten years Danielle had lived in hap like. Nothing bad had ever happened. Well that's what she had though. She didn't know how many Secrets could have been buried under the lake and she didn't realise how much trouble she would be in, especially in the weeks ahead.

"Dani" Danielle heard her sister speak, stopping her from reaching the front door.

Danielle stopped and turned around as she saw her sister "Jessica"

"Where are you going"

"I'm heading out to the lake with Paisley"

Jessica scoffed as she looked at her sister "The lake"

"I'll be back before 1-"

"You'll be back before 9pm no later or aunt Margaret will get worried"

Danielle nodded as she opened the front door and left her house not realising she was about to meet the biggest problem of her life, a problem she would never be able to get rid of.

As Malachy Granger would do anything for Danielle Jones especially if it meant she would stay by his side.
