The moment they reached Madhu's home trishna charges her questions at her not even letting her breathe ..

"Trish, calm down.. First u breathe... "Madhu says to her friend seeing her so curious.. 

"U r bad, I give every updates of my life, but u r hiding things from me.. I thought v were best friends.. "Trishna says dramatically.. Madhu rolls her eyes at her "Now stop being a drama queen & ask what u want to know straightly.. "Madhu says as she throws the shopping bags on her bed & takes a place on it & pats the empty side beside her for trishna to sit.. 

"Ok.. Then say what happened behind the scenes..??"Trishna asks sitting beside Madhu.. "Ok.. Listen then..."

"Madhu, u know that.. I.. I.. "he stammers.. 

"U what..??"she asks curtly.. 

"That .. I love U.. "he whispers.. 

"Really..?? Then prove me.. " Madhu says in a challenging tone.. 

"Tell me, what should I do to prove my love for u..??'"he asks, as he stood in front of her with his head held high.. 

"Answer me.. Y do u love me..?? What do u know about me.. What in me that u love..??"Madhu shot her questions at him... 

"I love u because u r very nice..  & ya.. I know u r a bomb.. "seeing the murderous expression that coming over her face he quickly changes his sentence nervously " I meant anytime ready to blast.. " & she continued to glare at him.. "& I love everything about u.. U r just awesome.. "he ended with a smile.. Madhu sighs & says as calmly as she could "Mukund, I don't know y u found me awesome.. U don't know anything about me.. "

"I know u..."he argues back ..

"U don't.. I'm so arrogant.."Madhu tells him.. 

"I know it.. "he tells her.. 

"U knew it & still find it awesome..??"he shakes her head in disapproval.. This man is surely nut case..

"Yes.. "

"So u might be aware of this too that if u continues to stalk me I can sue u.. "she says in a threatening tone, but he didn't budge an inch & the damn simper was still on his face.. 

"You r not my type.. I will marry some arrogant guy of my type & will live happily with him in future, then y r u intervening in my life..??"she asks with a frown.. 

"I still love u.. "he stood still on his statement.. 

"Why..?? Because I'm from a wealthy family..?? you don't even get a single penny from my father in my name.. "she says him furiously..

"I don't want anything from ur father in ur name.. If u come by bare hands also I will take u with me.. "he says in a straight tone.. For few seconds Madhu was tongue tied which never happened in her entire life ..

"If u love me that much then stop being a stalker & prove me ur love is true not a whim.. "Madhu challenges him.. 

"& if I prove...??"he asks her confidently looking her in her eye.. 

"If u prove me that u wouldn't leave my hand ever then I promise I won't leave ur hand ever.. So stop being menace for me & prove that you wouldn't even mind to give up ur life for me.. "Madhu says to him .. Mukund's eyes widen in shock "I have to die for that..??!!". "Y..?? U got scared just by hearing itself.. I won't mind dying for the person whom I love .. & Ya, I have a big enemy who is waiting to see my destruction so no guarantee for ur safety.. "

"U r lying right..?? To avoid me..." mukund whispers sweating terribly.. 

"No, mukund.. I'm saying the truth.. So you better stay away from me.. "Madhu tells him quickly expecting him to back off .. 

"Then be ready to fall for me Madhu.. I still love u.. "He says & left from there making her stand there rooted to ground..

Trishna burst out into laughter hearing her .. Madhu frowns seeing her best friend laughing like she had gone crazy.. 

"OMG.. U failed.. U failed before him.. "Trishna says between her laugh.. 

"WHAT..??"Madhu asks, furiously frowning at her.. 

"Or what I thought u threatened him & made him run away but he didn't budge an inch from his decision.. "Trishna tells her trying to stifle her laughter but failed miserably..

"He is mad..!! "Madhu mutters irritated.. 

"Oh.. If u didn't like his will then y were u smiling all the way back to here.."Trishna questioned her..

"That.. I.. "Madhu fumbled with words unable to form a proper sentence.. 

"If u like him then y r u rejecting him every single time..??"Trishna asks her .. Madhu shakes her head at her.. 

"Trish, to say the truth I don't know what to choose in my life.. I don't know what I choose in my life is right or not.. I gave all that right to my papa.. He never makes mistakes with my life.. "Madhu tells her ..

"Gah.. U r going for an arranged marriage like a bimbo.. "Trishna says unbelievably.. 

"Who said u people who have arranged marriage are bimbos.. "Madhu shakes her head at her friend in disapproval.. 

After a week 

Madhu was standing before Trishna's bathroom door impatiently for her to show up... 

"Trish, what r u doing inside..?? It's been an hour since u r in.. U r not sleeping right..??"Madhu asks irritated.. 

"I'm not u Madhu.. "came an offended reply from inside.. 

"I'm going to barge in if u don't come out within I count till 10.."Madhu informs her & starts counting up, just before she say 10 the door got opened & Madhu's eyes popped off their sockets...

"How Am I looking..??"Trishna asks her curiously.. Madhu coughed to control her laughter.. 

"Y did u wear saree if u doesn't know how to wear it properly..??"Madhu asks her smiling.. 

"U know na Sultan sir is Ria's relative he would be coming.. "Trishna says beaming with joy.. 

"U r a gone case.. "Madhu says shaking her head & helped her to adjust her saree .. 

As they descended down the stairs Trishna mother walks towards them with a smile on her lips... 

"Mom, v r leaving.."Trishna informs her mother.. 

"Be safe & come back soon.. "she says them softly, worry was evident in her.. 

"Don't worry auntyji.. V will be safe.. "Madhu says with an assuring smile..

"Drive fast..!!"Trishna cringes sitting on the passenger seat, knotting her fingers impatiently, much to Madhu's annoyance.. 

"Can't u keep ur mouth shut at least for a minute..?? I'm driving speeder than usual.. "Madhu says as she changed the gear & trishna gives her a pissed off look.. Finally, after hearing trishna blah blah for almost 15 mins they reached their destination.. 

"Now let me breathe.. V have reached.. "Madhu says as she opened the door & stepped out after talking the gift packet with her, trishna too followed her..

As they entered inside the hall to their luck Madhu's enemy was nowhere to find & trishna's love was in front of her eyes.. 

Madhu was so happy to see her friend after months.. She haven't seen her since she got married to abhay kapoor neither she had came to college.. 

Seeing trishna's whole teeth in display Madhu turns to look at the direction & sees her professor standing there in a corner, unaware of Trishna's eyes on him.. 

"Trishna.. "Madhu calls her name bringing her out of her dream world.. 

"Ur staring session over..?? Can v go to Ria..??"Madhu asks her & trishna twitches her lips showing her displease.. Madhu holds her hand as they walked towards her Ria.. Seeing her friends after so long she gave them a pleasant smile.. 

"I missed U .."Ria says as she stands up from her seat & gives them a friendly hug..

"We missed u too.. "Trishna says with the same smile as they started to talk about their old times, Ria continuing her studies after delivery, how they r going to jell up again like before etc.. 

Madhu & Trishna were standing a corner as they watched the rituals going on..

"Ha..!! Who is this..?? Madhubala Malik..!!"hearing a sarcastic voice, Madhu turns her head to look at the owner of the voice.. Finding the person she despised to see, she looks away in irritation... 

"U were not invited here then y u showed up without any shame.. ?? Ya, I forgot.. U don't even know the meaning of shame.. "he says coldly but anger was visible in it.. 

"There r some dogs who barks for no matter even after failing miserably for many times.. I don't give an ear to it & about being invitees.. I didn't come for any damn party that u throw for no reason.. I came here for my friend & ya, she had invited us personally .. Isn't that enough Mr. Kapoor..??"Madhu asks him fiercely making him shiver in anger.. Trishna looks around worried to notice if ppl are watching them to their luck everyone was engrossed with other matters.. 

When he was about to open his mouth again, he gets a call & seeing the number displaying on the screen he walks away to pick up the call, muttering something irately ..

"I knew this would happen.. "Trishna tells her angrily.. 

"U r angry at me or him..??"Madhu asks confused seeing her glaring at her.. 

"Obviously, U only.. "She tells her "What I said U..?? Not to react to any shit he says.. Then what did u do now.. ??"

"I don't know, Trish .. He infuriates me.. "Madhu tells her..

"We better leave now.. I'm sure something like this will happen again if we continue here.."Trishna says & the next moment the power goes off turning the entire hall dark.. 

The hall started to fill with the buzzing sound of the people .. 

"What happened to the lights suddenly..??"Trishna asks confused.. "Seems like even the generator is not working.."

Before Madhu could say anything her phone starting to ring & seeing her father's name displaying on the screen, Madhu picks up the call.. 

"Hey, Papa..!!"

"Madhu, where r u both..?? Y r u being late..??"Malik asks worriedly from the other end.. 

"Y my super cool father is behaving like a typical one.. ?? V r not children.. "Madhu says in a teasing tone.. Malik didn't say anything.. After moment he started to speak but Madhu couldn't make out what he was saying.. She started to walk to hear what her father is saying.. 

"Hello, Madhu .. Can u hear..??"

"Ya, say now.. "

"I don't know.. I'm not feeling well.. "Malik tells her.. 

"What happened..?? U r ok na ..??"Madhu asks, suddenly feeling concerned.. 

"I'm ok.. But I don't know, I can't help worrying about u both.. Just come soon.."Malik tells her.. Suddenly the power supply came so did the lights.. 

"Ok.. V r coming .. Bye.. "she cuts the started to walk back to find trishna but she was nowhere to found..

"She must be somewhere near Sultan sir.. "Shaking her head tiredly she went on search for Sultan & sees him talking with some guys.. 

"Excuse me sir... "Hearing Madhu's voice sultan turns to look at her.. 

"Hah, Madhu..!!"he smiles at her.. 

"Umm.. Sir.. Did u see trishna anywhere..??"Madhu asks him hesitantly.. 

"Trishna..??No.. She was with u right..??"Sultan asks confused.. Hearing him all colours started to drain from her face.. Seeing her face going pale sultan asked her "What happened..?? Any problem..??".Madhu shakes her head quickly.. "No, she might be waiting for me outside.. V were going to go.. Sorry to to disturb u.. "Madhu made a quick apology hiding her worry.. 

"It's ok.. "Sultan said, as he went back to his conversation, convinced by Madhu's reply..

Worriedly Madhu start to search for trishna in the back side yard when she sees a car zooming out from the secluded road behind the mansion.. Feeling suspicion she went to check on there & found Trishna's heels & clutch on the road..

*Ring-Ring*

Rk's phone started to ring interrupting them.. Madhu looks at him as he picks up the call...

"Hello.."

"What..??"& his facial expression turned into a mixture of worry & horror...
