After 3 days..

Mumbai Airport 

The flight landed safely... Rk & madhu collected their luggage & made their way out of there.. A classy black car stopped before them as soon they reached outside...

"Come..."Rk calls her, opening the back door he scooted inside & seated on the other corner... Madhu gets inside & closes the door... The driver starts the car & drove off 

Madhu's pov 

I looked outside through the glass window.. Feels like nothing has changed.. Everything is looking exactly like how it looked 3 yrs back.. 

I looked outside like a lost puppy which gets back to its destination.. This place which was haunting me... The place which i was dreaded to get back.. Mumbai.. Buy why..?? The feeling of being in this city is not suffocating me & I feel more elated.. 

Now i realize how much i had missed being here.. Why was I running..?? If i have to do so then i should run away from me first which is not possible.. Papa said right, I should again start a new life from here, with new beautiful memories but with him..?? I turned my head to my left side.. There he is sitting.. Staring outside, without considering anything around him, lost in his own world.. Gonna make good memories with him..?? It's going to become the biggest joke of 2017.. I felt like driver speeding the car & my fear gripped in my heart.. 

"Slow down, pls..."I said to the driver & he obeyed my words... I let out a sigh of relief.. 

I felt someone's gaze on me & I know who could be it... I saw him frowning at me confused.. 

"I'm afraid of speed.. "I said him before he ask.. He didn't say anything but turned to other side.. After what felt like half an hour v reached our destination..Driver parked the car in the porch.. V stepped outside & my gaze fell on the simple beautiful apartment before me.. 

Through it was not big as much as his mansion at Delhi, everything was done in a classy way..

I never thought he was leading a simple life when he can get everything he wish for & this place is a bit isolated type... Why..?? 

Does he prefer being alone..??

Rk's pov 

I was collecting our luggage from the dickey when i heard her muttering something... I tried to listen but I couldn't make out what she was exactly saying.. 

Didn't she like the place..?? How come she..?? She only wants luxury & this is just a simple place.. I tried my level best to come here alone but my ma was so stubborn, she didn't want her bahu to stay there when I'm here.. They don't allow me to live in peace ... Seriously, I don't think this marriage will work out..

Rk dipped his right hand inside his demin's pocket & takes out the keys of the door with madhu watching him on... He inserted the key inside the key hole & turned it, unlocking the door... They stepped inside & saw another sliding wooden grill door... She wondered, how much doors are present in this simple apartment.. He slide the door apart & went inside..madhu has nothing other to do than following him.. 

The apartment was not like how it is seem from outside... It has a spacious hall... 4 bedrooms with one among them is guest room & a kitchen, one common bathroom outside & other all are attached to the rooms.. More than enough for a simple family to live.. 

"Sir.. Aap ka luggage.. "madhu saw the drive standing near the door with their luggage...

"Place everything there..."rk said by pointing to a corner & he nodded before placing the things at the right place...

"had u packed up a mini mart in that...??"he asked her pointing at the big traveller bags.. 

"I only packed necessary items.. "madhu says offended with a frown on her forehead... Uff...Again..!! 

"yeah.. It might be mini beauty parlor... "he said sarcastically...

"u r living here already, so u may don't have much things to pack unlike me.. "she paused for a while "& what's ur actual problem..??"she asks him & he gave her a confused look.. 

"I knew u married me without ur consent but it doesn't mean u can taunt me whenever u want.. "she says much to his shock.. He never expected this... He gawked at her as if she has grown two horns on either side of her head.. She just shouted at him which she never does before.. At least not at him...

"U r so annoying... "he said arrogantly... 

"So u r.. "she reverts back.. He kept his mouth shut after that, he hated to admit she has a big tongue which made him seal his own mouth.. 

Night 

Madhu was keeping her stuffs in the wardrobe neatly when her eyes suddenly falls on a small book which seems like a diary.. She takes it in her hand.. She read the year printed on the diary.. 2012..means it has the oldness of 5 yrs.. Something in her mind poked her to open it & read it but her heart didn't agree with it coz it would be Rk's, his privacy, she doesn't want to interfere in his privacy & she didn't feel it right too, but her mind continued to insist her.. Finally giving in to her curiosity she opened its first page.. 

"D..??"she reads the only letter which is present on the first page, when she was about to turn to the next page, she hears some voice & kept it back quickly.. As she expected it was Rk...

"Y r u messing up my wardrobe.. ?"he asked coming towards her..

"I was placing my clothes inside.. "she said him, without a word he starts grabbing her clothes from the wardrobe & threw them on the ground unmannerly.. 

"Hey, what r u doing..?? "she asks angrily trying to stop him but all goes in vain as he has already threw the last thing in his hand also on the ground... 

"Don't put ur garbage inside my wardrobe.. Use the other one.. "he said & walked to the washroom to freshen up ignoring the curse words coming out from his beautiful wife's mouth... After his shower, rk changed into new pair of clothes & walked out the washroom.. Madhu was already settled on the edge of the bed.. 

"move aside, I want to sleep.. "he said roughly.. 

"can't u see where I'm lying..?? If i move an inch i will fall on the floor hitting my butt.. "she said shamelessly which made his jaws hit the floor.. She never had control over mouth, she only knows it..  Madhu bites her tongue remembering what she had just said.. Is she returning back to herself... ?? Joy, happiness & anger had left her a long ago,  her only best friend was her deep sorrow & grief.. Now this man is evoking one of the dead feelings in her.. Anger.. Her extreme Anger which she ever hated... Which snatched everything from her..

She got started as the darkness crawls into their room suddenly... He had switched off the table lamp.. Sighing softly she laid down on the bed next to him, she was so tired of the journey & all so she falls asleep soon...

After a couple of hour

Rk felt some weight upon him, stirring in his  sleep he had waken up & turn on the bed lamp & saw his wife sleeping over him royally... Her head on his right shoulder, right hand encircled around his stomach & right leg across his legs.. She's lying partially on him.. He was ready to kick her ass off but stopped when he felt some moisture presence on his right shoulder & finds her wetting his shoulder with her tears.. She's weeping.. But y..?? At the moment he melts like an ice which is taken away from the freezer.. It's true.. He doesn't love her nor has feelings for her, but yet it pricked him seeing her cry.. It remembered him of something or it's better to say, about someone.. Involuntary he hugs her in order to console her..

"Pls... Don't go.. I'm.. I'm sorry..pls don't leave me alone.."she muffled tugging on his T-shirt.. 

"I'm bad.. Bcoz of me everything happened.. Pls forgive me.. "she says again.. 

"Hey, relax.. Everything is fine,ok..? "he patted on her shoulder & he feels her going still in his arms as she stops weeping & fallen into the hands of peaceful sleep again.. He tried to make her lie on the bed as she is still lying over him holding him tightly as if her life depends on it.. He gently tried to come out of her grip but she was clutching him as if an iguana.. Finally he sighs giving in & closed his eyes to sleep without disturbing her sleep...

Morning 

Madhu opened her eyes when the morning rays of the sun hits her eyes.. She blinked her eyes & turned to the other side sliding up the quilt above her chest.. Then only she noticed the change in surroundings, she sits up on the bed after letting out a yawn... 

"R u ok..??"she turned her head hearing a manly voice & saw rk at the door step with a mug in his hand.. She arced her brows in confusion.. What does he mean by that..?? She is not ill for not being ok.. 

"That u were weeping in sleep.. "he said a Lil embarrassed sitting on the bed & she just nodded realizing what might had she said in her sleep..

"Take rest if u r not feeling well.. "he said & left from there placing the mug of coffee on the side table, then only she realized he brought it for her.. Why.. ?!! She exclaimed ..

Someone had stolen her eyes & ears for sure or how come she see this..?? Y the person who always create headache for her now acting as if he cares for her..?? 

After sometime 

"Hello bittuji, I'm not going to come to office today... "rk declared through the phone.. 

"but chief.. The meeting with mehras..??"bittuji asked from the other end.. 

"postpone it bittuji..."rk said.. 

"but chief.. "

"Do it.. I won't be coming today.. "saying this rk cuts the call.. 

"y u r not going to office today..?? "madhu asks rk when he was about to go from there, she was hearing him talk to bittuji through phone silently.. 

"U r not..well.. So.. I thought.. "he fumbled with his words... 

"God.. Pls stop acting as if u cares for me.. What r u trying to show through this..?? "madhu asks irritated... 

"y should i act..?? U r not well & i don't want to Leave U Alone Here..."he stretched the last part.. 

"Oh pls don't mind it & thank you for ur concern.. "she said sarcastically, she noticed him turning red in anger.. Before she could think anything other, she felt a pull on her wrist & she got collapsed against his hard masculine chest.. She steadied herself & looked at him.. Just by seeing his face a chill ran down her spine.. He is so angry, she hadn't seen him like this before.. He is looking like a volcano which would burst at any time soon.. 

"If i said I'm not gonna leave u alone that means I'M NOT GOING TO LEAVE U ALONE.. "he said breathing on her face.. Madhu gulped the lump formed in her throat, she opened her mouth to say something but a word didn't come out of her mouth as she felt her body is getting cooled off & her vision blurred, the very next moment she faints in his arms..
