[Chapter 3 - Siren]
^^^(A/N: Touch it by Ariana Grande, acoustic version. I'm using this song because it's how I imagine Y/N's voice to be, plus Ariana sounds like a literal angel. Swipe and play it when Y/N starts singing.)^^^
A couple weeks slowly, but surely, went by and you continued your daily routine, constant teasing and nicknames from Tsukishima whenever he saw you but you were relieved that he was no longer following you to the music room, and you could have your time alone again.
The final bell of the day squealed through the halls and you packed your belongings into your backpack and threw a hoodie over the top of your uniform. Your footsteps squeaked under you as you timidly made your way through the corridor and weaving around obnoxiously loud students that were excited to go home. You travelled down the flight of stairs and into your safe spot within the school.
You threw your bag to the side and happily took a seat at the piano, a content smile on your face. You warmed up with a few random songs, each being played flawlessly and with a comfortable flow.
After a while you began to sing along, your angelic voice mirroring throughout the room. You played the keys effortlessly to the song, singing a cover of Ariana Grande's, Touch it.
Your voice was gentle but could easily hit the different notes, your runs perfect. You knew that nobody would be around, letting your voice let loose and raise in volume, singing the lyrics and your fingers dancing across the piano like they had a mind of their own.

"Tsukki, we have training." Yamaguchi reminded after class had finished, the blond he was talking to in a complete world of his own. Tsukishima's honey brown eyes observed what they did everyday, you hurriedly getting up and rushing out of the room. And he knew exactly where you were off to.
"Yeah I know." Tsukishima eventually snapped back, throwing his bag over his shoulder and walking along side his slightly shorter, freckled friend in the direction of the gym. They both changed into their sports clothes and exited the club room.
"Oh crap." Yamaguchi huffed. "I forgot my knee pads. I'll meet you there Tsukki!" He said and sprinted away. Tsukishima rolled his eyes, shoving his hands in his pockets. Maybe I should take a quick detour?
With that thought, his long legs began to walk back into the school and onto a certain empty corridor. It was only a couple seconds away from the volleyball gym, him not panicking about being late, but becoming extremely enticed by what he was hearing.
A gorgeous singing voice echoed from the music room and lightly danced in the usually silent hallway. He found himself walking after the angelic sound, like the voice was a siren at sea, luring in its next victim.
He reached the door, hovering his hand over the handle before quietly pushing it open, holding it open with his foot and peeking inside. His eyebrows raised in surprise and as much as he didn't like to admit, amazement.
There you sat with your eyes fluttered shut, long eyelashes resting gently against your rosy cheeks. His mind ran wild, admiring your endured state that you were so lost in, you not even noticing his presence.
He found himself automatically reaching for his phone, pulling out the camera option and pressing record. His phone took in the beautiful voice, the recording capturing how your manicured fingertips pressed each note without mistake and the attractive vocals you were able to reach with ease.
His mouth hung slightly open, his eyes not being able to look away from you, not matter how hard he'd try.
He didn't understand why you were so fidgety and nervous around people, if you were extremely talented and actually quite funny during bickering arguments, then what was the issue? He'd never found anything wrong with you, as much as he teased and tormented you.
How come you never shared your talents? Hiding yourself away from people?
Girls make no sense... he thought with an exhale of breath.
Your voice hit the higher notes before finishing, the room growing silent.
Your neck snapped in the direction of the door when it slowly clicked shut, but no one was there. You abruptly stood up, stumbling over your own feet slightly before reaching the door and throwing it open, but to your shock the hallway was completely abandoned.
"I'm going mad." You murmured to yourself, going back into the room and shutting the door firmly behind you.
At this time, a certain blond was slipping his phone into his pocket and jogging over to the volleyball club with a faint smirk on his face.
"Why does Tsukishima look creepy!" Hinata squeaked, positioning himself in a fight stance when he walked through the doors.
"Shut up, idiot." Tsukishima grumbled, but it wasn't just Hinata that noticed, it was the whole club that took note of his slightly lighter and smilier demeanour.

Your hand reached for the front door, a sweet smell of candles floating around you as you entered your house. You threw you bags and jacket down with relief, entering the warm house that was usually only occupied by you and your sisters.
"Y/NNNNNN!" You heard yelling from the kitchen, your sister Emica bolting in your direction as soon as she realised you were back. "YOU WERE RIGHT! YOU WERE RIGHT!" She grabbed your arms and shook you.
"What the fuck." You wheezed, your eyes squinting. "What are you on about?!"
"That boy! That boy! He told me he likes me!" She squealed.
"Ha! I knew it." You chuckled, walking into the kitchen with her following after you. Nari was sat at the table with crayons and paper surrounding her, you ruffling her hair as you passed by and she giggled. "So what did you say?" You turned back to Emica.
"I was supposed to say something?" She tilted her head, her arms falling limp by her side.
"Yes, dumbass!" You sighed. "Do you like him?"
"Well.. maybe? I- i don't know?" She stammered.
"Well if you like him, say something." You shrugged, grabbing a drink from the fridge.
"ORRANGE JUICEEEE!" Nari yelled randomly, her head shooting up when she heard you open the fridge, her loud voice making both you jump.
"Calm down, demon." You said cautiously, grabbing an orange juice carton and throwing it at her. "But yeah Emica, if you return the feelings then tell him."
"Okay. I'll think about it." She smiled.
"Is he cute though?" You nudged her with your elbow teasingly and you noticed her cheeks turned to a darker red.
"Yes..." she murmured before running away.
You stood in the middle of the kitchen and glanced at the oven, letting out a low groan at the thought of cooking.
"Fuck it, I'm ordering pizza." You sighed, grabbing the phone and dialling.
