Let us find out about this amazing community from the founder!

Luna :: What is your community name? And any reason for choosing that particular name?

Rose Gold :: My community is called the Rose Gold Community. I chose the name because rose gold is my favorite color and when I created the account, there were no other active communities with the same name.

Luna :: When did you start your community? Was it easy for you at first?

Rose Gold :: The account became a community account on November 15th, 2020. It was certainly a lot of work and a lot of learning at first. I had never been in a community nor had I founded one before. I had to recruit members, and getting the community functioning steadily was a difficult project.

Luna :: Do you have any co-founder's or managers? If yes then please tell me about them.

Rose Gold :: We have no co-founders, but we have 3 admins currently. Alisa is one, and she manages affiliates along with me. Missy is another, and she manages members that are on hiatus and oversees the activity of our members. Elena is our newest admin, and she keeps track of our points and the managers for each role.

Luna :: How many projects does your community have? What's your favourite project?

Rose Gold :: We have 11 ongoing projects/events, and our playlist shop is our favorite at the moment because it is unique for communities, and when we started it, the number of reads blew up, and we received many new followers, members, and clients.

Luna :: Give us some information about your future projects you are going to start soon.

Rose Gold :: We plan to open a theme shop soon. We have enough theme designers to do so, we just need to set up the rest of the book and we need our designers to write their pages where they will receive requests.

Luna :: Tell your experience being a founder to a community.

Rose Gold :: Being a founder is a huge commitment. If you are not dedicated to your community, being a founder can be a struggle, and with already busy lives, it can be nearly impossible. But it's rewarding to create a space with kind and hardworking people.
