Let us find out about this amazing community from the founder!

Luna :: What is your community name? And any reason for choosing that particular name? 

CLN :: We are known as CLN or CLNighters. The full name is Crazy Late Nighters. The reason for the name is because we were created at three something in the morning. 

Luna :: When did you start your community? Was it easy for you at first?

CLN :: CLN first started out as an awards on December 20, 2019. We officially became a community on March 1, 2020. We struggle a lot in the beginning but soon grew only to have half our community leave. (About 44 staff members.) Thanks to the stubbornness, craziness and hardworking of the people who stayed, we were able to regrow our community into something stronger and better.   

Luna :: Do you have any co-founder's or managers? If yes then please tell me about them. 

CLN :: Yes, we have five founders, three overall admin, and two admin that strictly work our adult helpline, Serendipity. It takes this amazing team to keep everything running smoothly as well as causing good chaos. Each person who is a part of our administration team holds a special skill set and it is amazing what we can do together as a team.

Luna :: How many projects does your community have? What's your favourite project? 

CLN :: We are currently having many projects in progression/planning on both Discord and Wattpad plus Instagram. On Discord we are focused on improving our CLN open server which has been quite fun, we recently started the adult helpline and it's been growing beautiful along with our main helpline. On Wattpad, we have various projects ranging from writing competitions to services like editing, the staff interviews which will give a deeper depth to our community, and the positivity posts for our helpline Instagram account. So, to be honest all of the projects handled by amazing people don't allow us to have a favorite. 

Luna :: Give us some information about your future projects you are going to start soon. 

CLN :: We plan to start a discord network, partnerships, and affiliations as well as starting our very first graphic wars, art tutorials and we also plan to release the phoenix confession series on Instagram very soon. 

Luna :: Tell your experience being a founder to a community. 

CLN :: CLN is the only community that I have been a founder in, and it has been anything but expected. There are so many ups and downs that you wouldn't expect and no matter how hard you try, there are some things that you have no control over once so ever. From the outside, many think it is easy to be a founder, but it's anything but. Being a founder means you have to work in a partnership with everyone within your community. You can't just boss people around. You must lead which means you can't expect staff to do anything that you aren't willing to do yourself. When something goes wrong in the community, the blame falls on the founders and as a founder, you have to be willing to take that blame, but when things are going great, you have to give the credit to your staff. They can make or break the community and to have a truly good community, they have to see that their founders and admin care. On top of that, it takes the right group of people to run the community together. The founders and admin have to be able to stand united together or else you are just asking for trouble and yes, CLN has seen that trouble. It was a tough road to get where we are today, but well worth it. Running this community isn't always easy, but with the bond everyone has and hard work and dedication, we've become something special. There have been days that things have gone so bad that it makes me wonder if it's worth continuing, but then I talk to people in the community and I remember why again. We're a family and this family is worth fighting for. I don't want to wake up one day and realize they're all gone just because I had a bad day and decided to walk away from it.
