Pitch watches from atop a mass swarm of nightmares, all huddled together to form a giant cloud. It stretches far and wide, striking fear in whoever gazed upon it.

"Get Jamie out of here.." (Y/N) orders, blocking the boy from Pitch's eyes as she stares up at the man.

North nods without hesitation, quickly grabbing the boy and hauling him over his shoulder, the Russian backs away, Tooth and Bunny following along

"Be careful, you two!" He yells as the both spirits leap into the air, sighing as he looks for a way to get the boy to safety.

...

Jack reaches out and grips (Y/N)'s hand tightly, giving it a loving squeeze before facing forward.

"Hey (Y/N).."

The girl hums as she glances to her right, giving Jack's hand a firm squeeze in return.

"We really need to have a serious conversation about our relationship.."

...

"Jack Frost, and Horae?" Pitch spits, a wide grin of satisfaction spreading across his face.

He rolls his eyes before bending down, his swarm of nightmare following after as he falls.

"Let's end this, shall we?!"

Jack stops quickly before firing a huge amount of his magic, (Y/N) bringing her hand up and shooting the same amount of pink energy.

Jack's eyes widen as both blasts bounce off the nightmares, barely affecting the swarm whatsoever.

Pitch chortles at their faces, bringing his arms up with wide eyes. "Your little tricks, won't work on me anymore!!"

He readies his arms before blasting a wave of nightmares towards the two, sending them tumbling out of the air and towards the ground.

...

"This way, this way!" Bunny scurries down an ally, his friends weakly following as Jamie gently holds North's giant hand in his small one.

The rabbit skids do a stop as he comes to a dead end before turning around and hurrying down another passage. "Other way, other way!"

North groans in frustration before gesturing for Tooth to follow the small rabbit.

...

(Y/N) shakes her head as the two continue to plummet. She reaches over and grabs Jack, holding him close just as they collide with a garbage can.

They groan as they lay there, their friends gasping at their state. "Jack! (Y/N)!" Jamie yells in horror, leaving North's side to rush to his friends aid.

He helps Jack up carefully before looking over (Y/N). The girls coat lay off to the side, her back exposed as several bruises begin to form all along her shoulders and neck.

She groans as she sits up, rubbing her neck gently to relieve the pain, she looks over at Jack, sighing softly as she watches the boy hunch over in pain.

She reaches over and helps him up, the white haired boy doing the same as they lean against eachother for support.

"That was good effort, 'A' for effort!" North chuckles softly, patting his friend on the back with a smile.

"He's stronger.." Jack groans, clutching his side as (Y/N) steadies him.

"..we can't beat him.." (Y/N) sighs heavily, looking down as her friends faces fall at the news. The (H/C) girl watches as her hand shook violently, her strength diminishing by the second.

The group all look up with a gasp as thunder bellows in the sky, lighting flashing every few minutes as Pitch stares down at the pitiful sight.

"All this for one little boy!" He laughs, as (Y/N) goes to stand at Jamie's side, her coat laying by her feet, leaving her in a worn out shirt.

"And still, he refuses to stop believing.."

The man's shadow moves swiftly across the wall, startling the group as he draws near.

"Very well, there are other ways to snuff out a light.."

Several lights begin to pop, shards decorating the floor as Pitch approaches. Jamie watches him with fear, clinging onto (Y/N)'s hand with a firm grip.

"If you want him, you're gonna have to go through me!" Bunny yells, jumping forward with raised fists.

"Oh! Look how fluffy you are.." Pitch muses with a laugh, his shadow dropping to the floor as he raises a finger and curls it at the rabbit.

"Would you like a scratch behind the ear?" Bunny hops back quickly with his ears perked. "Don't you even think about it!"

Nightmares begin to close in on them, cornering them. Jack pushes (Y/N) and Jamie further behind him as he glares at the creatures, his weapon raised in defense.

"I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see you all like this.." Pitch muses as he rides a Nightmare to the front. "You look..awful."

Their shadows move across the ground, nearing Jamie as he gasps and whimpers, looking up and eyeing his friends.

"Jack..I'm scared," Jamie admits in a fearful voice, making the boy look back and kneel to his height while setting his hand on his shoulder.

(Y/N) frowns at the sight, watching with a. A raised brow as Jack blanks out for a moment, his eyes glazed over as he thinks.

"We're gonna have a little fun instead." he breathes out, making (Y/N) tilt her head at the words, as Jamie looks between them questionably.

"That's it..that's my center!"

(Y/N) frowns at her friend as he looks up to her with a smile, bringing her into his side, he plants a firm kiss against her head before facing Pitch.

He glares at Jamie, making (Y/N) sharply glare back as she hugs the boy closer, raising her hands and curling them into fists.

"So what do you think, Jamie?" Pitch starts, "Do you believe..in the Boogey-"

He yelps a snowball was thrown at him, striking him once more in the face as he sputters.

The Nightmares perk up with questionable snorts, and Jamie can't help but laugh.
North bellows a laugh, Tooth chuckling in disbelief as Bunny's mouth drops.

Jack snorts as he looks proudly back at (Y/N), tossing and catching a snowball as she grins at him.

He winks gently at her before turning to Jamie and kneeling down with a grin.

"Now let's go get your friends."

As Pitch recovers, a flash of blue whizzes past him, freezing the ground and creating a path through the Nightmares.

(Y/N) glare sharply as she passes by him, throwing her coat over her shoulders and rushing past with Jack in tow.

Pitch staggers back at her glare, his breathing picking up before he looks down with a snarl.

...

Jack laughs as he slides on his ice trail, (Y/N)
beside him as the Guardians and Jamie follow on 'sleds' while laughing.

Bunny screams as he was spun around, (Y/N) laughing as he looks up at her with a small smile before releasing a loud laugh.

North gasps before laughing as they fly upside down, landing safely. He raises his hands, catching Bunny as he lands.

They soar above the air besides (Y/N) and
Jack, approaching one of the houses.

...

Cupcake whimpers in her sleep, before gasping as a snowball was thrown at her window. She nervously looks around her room with wide eyes, smiling at the snowflakes and petals that danced around her.

A snowflake lands on her nose, making her blink rapidly before softly gasping with a wide smile.

...

Pippa watches as snowflakes that land on her hands with a smile, gasping as someone knocks on her window.

Jamie floats in the air, waving at her as she rushes to the window.

"Jamie, how are you doing that?!"

"Jack Frost and (Y/N)!" Jamie laughs, grinning up at the two. "Come on, we need your help!"
His arms were raised as he flies off, a petal landing on Pippa's nose.

She gasps when she sees two people carrying Jamie, the girl looking back with a wide grin.

"Hey, is that.."

"Jack Frost and (Y/N)!!" Monty finishes as he struggles to zip up his coat, waving at Pippa from his window.

...

Claude and Caleb wake up and look around in awe, gasping as huge presents were tossed onto their beds.

"Merry Christmas!" North shouts as they rush to the window.

"Happy Easter!" Bunny shouts with a wave.

"Don't forget to floss!"

They look after the Guardians with wide eyes before gasping when they hear Cupcake screaming joyfully.

"What?" Caleb gasps with a grin. "Cupcake?" Claude questions, quickly joining them with his brother.

...

"The Easter Bunny is real!" Caleb happily yells.

"The Tooth Fairy!"

"And Santa!"

"They're all real!"

...

They all come to a stop as they watch the swarm of Nightmares increase in size, lighting flashing every so often as their moods quickly sours.

North gasps softly as the kids look up, wondering why they've stopped. Pitch laughs from ontop of a building, his Nightmare snorting and neighing.

Jack jumps to (Y/N)'s side with wide eyes, his face holding concern as she grips her blades.

"Yeah!" Monty shouts with joy, running in front of them before screaming when he sees Pitch.

Tooth gestures to him to come back, cringing as he hides behind Pippa.

"You think a few children will help you?! Against this?" Pitch demands with a scowl as the Nightmares all whinny, sparks of electricity going through them.

(Y/N) walks ahead, raising her weapons with a scoff. North joins her, shakily raising his sword before nearly collapsing.

Jamie gasps softly, reaching forward before recoiling in fear at the Nightmares.

"They're just bad dreams, Jamie," Jack reassures, making Jamie look at him. The boy looks to (Y/N) for confirmation, biting his lip gently as she nods softly towards the young boy.

Pitch laughs as lightning flashes. "But who will protect you?" Jack glares at Pitch as he holds his staff, his hands shaking with anger.

(Y/N) stares up at her old friend with distaste, her blades rising, shining slightly as the light catches on. Pitch looks down at her with a scowl, no love, no regret, just hate.

Jamie steps infront of (Y/N), looking to Pitch with determination.

"I will.."

Cupcake steps forward with a stern face, her hands balled into fists as she stares up at the man.

"I will."

The group all look with shocked, yet happy faces as the rest of their kids step forward with the same amount of intensity.

"I will!!"

"I will.."

"And me." Pippa joins, looking to Jamie with a nervous smile.

"I-I'll try," Monty gulps as he stands next to Caleb.

Jamie looks back at Jack and (Y/N), nodding sternly as they watch him with proud smiles.

The kids raise their fists, unsure of how they were going to fight back against Pitch. "Still think there's no such thing as the Boogeyman?" Pitch demands with a smirk, and his Nightmares charge.

"I do believe in you." Jamie admits with a frown as (Y/N) twirls her blades within her grasp. "I'm just not afraid of you!"

The Nightmares kill any light in their path, swarming up and diving down to them.

The group all prepare themselves, Jack glaring harshly as (Y/N) shuts her eyes for the incoming attack.

Jamie stares forward, no hesitation as he raises a hand. The Nightmares clash together with the boy, yet they never consumed him or his friends.

Instead, they all turned to golden sand..

They all laugh in wonder as (Y/N) gasps with relief, looking at Jamie with curiosity. She reaches down and ruffles the boys hair, causing him to laugh with a wide grin.

Jack watches the interaction as (Y/N) hugs the boy close to her person, his eyes softening as he takes in her care free expression.

The sand travels in streaks of light, rushing past Pitch as his Nightmare snorts in alarm.

...

Tooth gasps in awe as her wings perk up with feeling. Quickly fluttering into the air, she giggles with excitement as she floats into the air.

...

North rolls his shoulders as his face flushed with life. He laughs as he tosses his swords into the air, before catching them with a boisterous laugh.

...

"No!! Get them!" Pitch screeches with wide eyes, flinging more and more Nightmares at the group.

"Do your jobs!!"

...

"Oh, yeah, come on, come on!" Bunny says with anticipation, waiting for his magic.

He gasps as Nightmares charge at him, their faces set in firm glares.

"Crikey!!"

...

North grunts as he tosses two snow globes beside him, grinning as his Yetis come charging through, angry and annoyed.

Cupcake laughs as North's toys fly through the air, striking down any Nightmares in their path.

...

"I'm just a bunny!!" The small rabbit yelps as he scurried around cars and lamp polls, coming to stop and shimmy his way under a car.

A nightmare shives it's head under, grasping onto the rabbits tail, it yanks him out, only to pause as a fully grown Bunny looks down at the beats with a smirk.

"G'day, mate."

He swiftly unsheathes his boomerangs, kicking the Nightmare as he spins upward, throwing his boomerangs and landing as they strike the Nightmares down.

Bunny grins, tapping his foot on the street and opening up two large tunnels.

...

Caleb yells as he was raised in the air, a large egg statue underneath him.

...

"Come on! Woo-hoo!" Bunny yells, his statues faces becoming angry as they charge.

...

Jack smiles as toys fly past him, charging at the Nightmares. (Y/N) laughs as she strikes Nightmares with her daggers, grinning as the number decreases.

...

The kids gasp in awe with smiles, laughing as she dramatically bows for them. "Let's get them!" Cupcake yells, running with her friends as they shout and charge.

An elf riding a toy leaps onto the leg of a Nightmare, chomping on its leg.

The Nightmare rears back, looking at the kids in fear as they all charge at it and touch it.
It disperses into golden sand, disappearing.

...

Pitch grunts as he looks around at his
Nightmares being overwhelmed, gasping when he sees Jack and (Y/N) land near him.

Jack races forward, using his magic to strike down the Nightmares as (Y/N) swings her daggers, taking out a few more.

The Guardians look up at the strike of blue, their eyes wide as they watch their friends.

...

Pitch ducks under it before racing away, firing blasts of dark sand as they pursue.

Jack waves his staff down, (Y/N) firing her magic using her hands. Pitch cries out as he barely manages to dodge it, glaring at the two.

...

The others chase after them, Bunny diving in a tunnel. "All yours, mate!" He calls to North, causing him to jump in with a laugh.

...

Pitch raises an arrow, firing it at Jack. (Y/N) gasps as Jack freezes, quickly grabbing him and avoiding the strike, she aims her dagger before striking it against the arrow.

It collides with Pitch's, overpowering it and whizzing past his face and causing him to yelp.

Jack laughs with a grin, nodding to his friend with a grateful smile.

...

Tooth flies above them, flying through a Nightmare that was about to attack them.

(Y/N) laughs, watching as she strikes through many other Nightmares.

Bunny leaps out of a chimney smirking, "Ho, ho, ho!" He grunts, throwing his boomerang.
Pitch moves out of the way, and it strikes down other Nightmares.

...

North lets out a cry as he jumps form a chimney, quickly stopping as he sees no one.

He looks back, his eyes widening as he sees his friends on another roof.

"Wrong roof!"

Pitch grunts as he becomes annoyed, racing off the roof. North yells as he races towards Pitch, raising his swords and striking his
Nightmare down.

He yelps as he lands on the street facing
North, both charging at each other.

He swings down his scythe, clashing it with North's blades and knocking him to the ground.

Bunny leaps in front of North, leaping over the scythe and throwing his boomerang as Pitch dodges it.

Tooth dives down, dodging Pitch as she flies past him, distracting him.

Jack yells as he swings his staff down, missing Pitch as (Y/N) flies to his side, spinning around kicking Pitch roughly in the stomach.

North raises his blades, Bunny ready to throw his boomerangs and Tooth flying above them with a dangerous look. Jack stands besides (Y/N) with his staff raised, the girl glaring harshly at the man.

...

"Look at that!" Caleb grins, playing with the sand. Jamie thinks for a moment before he suddenly gasps, his eyes wide when he remembers something.

"I got it! I know what we have to do! Guys, come on!" He shouts, the kids following.

...

Pitch raises his scythe with a glare as he was cornered, the Guardians moving in.

"Kozmotis please!," (Y/N) begs, having just about enough of his foolishness.

"There's no place to hide," Jack muses with a glare, lowering his staff.

Pitch looks bewteen them, his eyes settling on (Y/N) as he smirks, vanishing. They gasp, (Y/N) narrowing her eyes as she looks around for the man.

With Jack and (Y/N)'s back turned, Pitch appears behind them, raising his scythe to the boy with a glare.

"Jack, look out!" Bunny yells, throwing his boomerang and knocking the scythe away.

Pitch growls, hurling his magic at Jack and knocking him back a few feet. (Y/N) gasps, facing Pitch with a yell before her heart sinks.

"(Y/N)!"

Pitch watches his oldest friends eyes widen as he raises his scythe once more, his face avoided of any emotion before he brings it down.

"Goodbye..(Y/N).."
