Daphne Hargrove was much like her brother and father with anger running deep in her blood and veins. Had it not been for the sudden appearance of a certain heartbroken boy who had too much love to give, she might've become like them. 

A monster.

There was a time when Billy was a sweet boy and Daphne was a sweet girl, but things changed ever since the rainy night their mother disappeared, leaving her children with their inhumane father. Now, Billy was constantly angry, and Daphne just couldn't find it within herself to care.

With her twin and her father constantly pinning the blame on a young Daphne, she realized she had to become someone she didn't like, for the sake of her survival in the Hargrove Household.

As she started fighting back, the three family members kept blaming each other, going back and forth in an endless loop. And Daphne soon started forgetting who she was before her mother left.

Everything changed in October 1984.
