N O - O N E S - P O V

As soon as Hiccup knew Grimmel was done for, he made Toothless dive down.

He knew the poison wouldn't kill him that fast, so the deathgripper turning on him was sort of perfect. It was his whole plan-

To distract Grimmel by poisoning him and at the same time the deathgripper wouldn't be under his control anymore. And yeah.

But that wasn't on his mind, it was Noor.

When Noor was falling, she cried peacefully closing her eyes and waiting for her quick death to the ground.

Nightflare felt like something was wrong and had looked up, catching sight of Noor's falling body.

But she was already breathless as she got half way in the sky, and Nightflare grabbed her. Because of his wing, he felt to the ground harshly. His wings and paws, fully around Noors body protectively.

Everyone watched in horror as she fell and he caught her.

As soon as he crashed in the middle of the village, where everyone was. They all gasped. They quickly all got to them, as Nightflare slowly unwrapped his hurt wings around her.

"No" Kali whispered, seeing her best friend look lifeless laying there. Griffin couldn't believe his own eyes, and even felt tears about to fall but he composes himself as he wraps his arms around Kali.

"Oh my god" Villagers whispered, most in tears that their young Chief and friend were lying lifeless.

The gang- Astrid, Eret, Snotlout, Fishlegs and the twins all looked in horror. Seeing a long time friend, they've only just reunited and she's gone.

Astrid couldn't help but think of a certain memory they had together during the weeks she was in Berk before coming her.

"Come on I'm sorry!" Hiccup pleads Noor as she keeps ignoring him, as Astrid comes beside them holding a basket of fish.

"Ugh!" He pouts, as Astrid eyes the two. Hiccup was pleading Noor as she kept shunning him as she continued sewing leather together.

"Whats going on?"

"She's ignoring me!" Astrid quirks an eyebrow, and Noor speaks.

"I'm currently ignoring Hiccup because he burned almost all my clothing!"

"It was on accident! I had to go into your room, and I had my inferno out and accidentally ignited the fire-"

"Goodness Hiccup" Astrid chuckles, as he silently asks for help from her as Noor continue to sew.

"And now I have to remake them!" She scowls, making Hiccup feel even worse.

"Please forgive me- How about I finish them up? I'll get these done in no time" She looks at him, as he gives her his pleading eyes and she sighs dramatically before giving in.

"Fine!-"

"Yes!" He cheers, grabbing all the leather and fur that was in front of her.

"I'll get over it, I just gotta be dramatic first" She mutters and he grins happily, quickly pressing a small kiss on her cheek making her blush and he runs off. Astrid notices and sits down in front of her with a teasing smirk.

"You like him, huh?" Noor face turns even redder and she smiles.

"Yeah... It's been so great ever since we saw each other again"

"Yeah I'm glad he's finally looking happy. Before he was always doing cheifly duties because that was the only thing that would keep his mind off everything... And now that you're here, he knows his limits and is actually happy"

"Thanks... I hope this isn't weird because-"

"Oh no, please we were better off as friends" Noor nods and suddenly her smile brightens.

"Can I tell you something?" Astrid nods, and Noor starts to play with her hands.

"Now it's like- when he looks at me, I swear I can't breathe..." Astrid starts to smirk at her as the redness on Noors cheeks come back. "Is that bad or good?"

Astrid chuckles and shrugs with a grin.

"It depends... Let's just hope by the end of this you aren't dead" The two girls couldn't help but laugh and talk throughout the day.

"No no no-" Dakota cries, falling to her knees in front of Noor's body. Nightflare purred, nudging her head with hers but whimpers when nothing but limp movement she does.

"Dakota-" Harbeer stopped, looking at the scene in front of him. His daughter.

She was always his daughter. No matter what.

And now it killed him seeing her like this.

"Harbeer!" Dakota cried, as she fell into his arms weeping at her lost daughter. Adonis was standing aside, crying in the arms of Ezekiel.

Bonnie was furious and cried as she tried charging at an awakening 'evil' Viking. He clearly was out of the control and trance since he looked at her with real horror but Beau grabbed her before she did anything.

She thrashed and cried as her twin brother held her.

"I'm so sorry..." Valka whispers, a hand over her mouth as Stoick was beside her with such sad eyes.

They saw that Toothless suddenly came to the ground and Hiccup quickly jumped off. Everyone watched as Hiccup had tear stains on his cheek, and they made room for him to walk to her.

He slowly walked, his heart aching at the faces being made and the cries being heard. He saw Harbeer holding Dakota tightly as she sobbed in his arms.

Harbeer made eye contact with Hiccup and felt a long tear go down his cheek.

He slowly then looked to see Noor.

Her words before she fell kept repeating in his head and it was just making it worse.

He slowly made up for her, as Nightflare stepped back for Hiccup. Hiccup looked at her, seeing as her armor had broken all off. She only wore wrappings along her chest and what looked to be sweatpants. The wrappings that were wrapped around her chest were bloody and dirty.

He couldn't help but go to Toothless and grab the large big blanket, that he made Noor use on the way to Eunoia. He threw it across Noors body, and fell to his knees, setting her head against his chest.

"I'm sorry" He whispered, tears coming down. He looked down to see the serum that would have taken the poison away, all gone and empty. He looked at her neck, to see where she injected the syringe.

She tried.

"NO!" Hiccup screamed, clinging on to her with tears streaming.

"No please Noor!" He wailed as loud as he could. He halfway hoped that if she could hear his screaming on her way to heaven, she'd turn around and come back.

"I can't lose you"

Stoick looked at his son with such sorrow. It reminded him the time he thought he lost Valka.

But this was much worst. Hiccup had to see the love of life die in front of him.

Everyone stood in silence for her and Hiccup held her tightly. He was hoping all of a sudden he'd hear her crack a joke and all of this dread would go away.

Her friends.

Her family.

Her people...

Pansy was in hiding until Dakota got her. What would Dakota tell her? That Noor died?

The six year old wouldn't know what to do or even think.

Both her and Adonis lost an older sister.

Harbeer and Dakota lost a daughter.

Jaxyn lost a cousin.

Freya lost a niece.

Hilda lost a grand child.

Everyone lost someone. She made an impact on every single person's life.

Hiccup lost one of his best friends. A lover. His soulmate.

"Excuse me" Everyone made way as Gobber, made room for the small woman, Gothi.

Gobber took one look at the girl and his heart broke. Gothi stopped as Noor came into view, and a single tear fell.

But none of the less, Gothi stepped forward with her staff. Hiccup pushed aside the blanket to show her face and Gothi cupped with her small hands.

She closed her eyes before placing the blanket back over her face, and took a step back. She smiled at Hiccup, and sort of bowed in front of him.

"Hiccup!" A small voice cheered happily, and everyone turned. Pansy ran out of the house in curiosity and grinned seeing Hiccup.

"Pansy-" Hiccup cried as she started to slow down as she got closer. Seeing as everyone was sad, she grew confused.

"Pansy- I told you to stay inside the bunker until I get you" Dakota said sternly, but Pansy was zoned in on everyone else as they were weeping.

"Why is everyone sad?"

And then it was like a miracle. Like the sun finally hit the horizon and the screams were heard and she turned around. Her eyes barely open and the sun shines down upon them, and the snow is dancing, flowing down on them in happiness.

"R-Remember when you asked me to marry you?" Everyone gasped and Hiccup quickly looked down to see her her eyes just slightly tiredly open.

"I never got to give you my answer- but you know we kinda like, passed out" Everyone looks at her before cheering and happily shouting.

"Noor!" Pansy exclaims, running up to two and hugging them.

"I thought you died..." He chuckles, his hold around her not leaving.

"Yeah, well... It didn't stick" Nobody believed it as they heard her speak and move. Beau began to ugly cry and Bonnie was screaming, both in happiness.

Dakota and Harbeer smiled big and held each other looking at the couple.

Kali and Griffin cheered in happiness together as they both rushed to Noor, crashing into her with a hug.

"Oh god" Noor laughed, as they started crying in happiness as Bonnie, Beau, Ezekiel and Jaxyn joined the hug.

"Oh my god I thought you died!" Jaxyn cries, as Noor and Hiccup grinned.

"Well I'm here now and I'm not going anywhere-"

"Okay! Okay! Everyone get away, she's still hurt" Hilda shouts, as all her friends get off of her with happy smiles.

"Glad you're alive, my favorite grand baby-"

"HEY!" Adonis and Jaxyn shout, making Mimi laugh and walk off. And Noor turned back to Hiccup.

"I thought I lost you" He whispers, pressing a kiss on her head.

"We promised each other that we would never leave each other- I broke that promise once, I wasn't gonna break it again"

"You know what's the most romantic thing for me?" Noor gives him an admiring smile and shrugs at his question before answering.

"A hug? Kiss?"

"No" Hiccup says, shaking his head and looking down before looking back up at her with a genuine smile.

"It's when I catch you staring at me and you suddenly start looking somewhere else"

Both of their hearts quickened, and he grasped her hands and pressed a delicate soft kiss on her knuckles.

"I don't know if my actions said it well enough," He looked her in the eyes and smiled brightly "But I really really like you"

He looked deep into her eyes, like he was searching for something but that was surely cut off when she cupped his face and pressed her lips on his.

Though it was their third kiss, this one meant something.

People around expected it and were so happy for the couple. They wanted nothing more than happiness for both of them.

"Finally!" Astrid and Eret groaned, high fiving one another as Jaxyn and Adonis covered their eyes.

Pansy was so happy, it was like she was watching a fairy tale princess story. They fell in love when they were kids and separated, reuniting years later.

That love for one another is not gone at all. And they have a happily ever after.

"Okay, we need to patch her up" Harbeer shouts, stopping the two as they laughed and pulled away. Hiccup got up first and Noor pulled the blanket tighter around her as white smoke fell out of her lips from the freezing cold.

She tries to get up and fails with a hiss. "It hurts to move"

Hiccup sadly smiles and picks her up in a bridal carry and she weakly sets her head on his chest, keeping her close to her chest. He holds her tight as he makes sure the blanket stays around her.

"They're gone now. For good this time." He tells her, as her eyes slowly close so incredibly exhausted.

"You promise" She stuck up her pinky finger and he chuckled, but only kissed her knuckles. Continuing his walk inside her hut.

"I promise"

"How did we end up in this situation?" She asks in a joking manner, as he chuckled looking down at her tired figure.

"Pretty much 22 years of friendship and I've yet to find an answer to that" She smiled.

"I love you" She whispers, as she fell asleep in his arms as he carried her to go get healed. He smiles to himself and looks down at her.

"I love you more"
