"Noor! No time to waste but we have to go!"

Wait- she's leaving?

Her eyebrows furrow, and looks into my eyes worriedly.

"Your leaving?" I ask her and she's breathless, she doesn't know what to say.

"No- yes- maybe? This is news to me too" She jumps off the counter and goes around me. I follow her in a rush as she walks up to her mother and brother.

"Mom what do you mean we have to go?-"

"Ow!" A terrible terror drops a note on her head, and she groans, rubbing her head. I pick up the note that fell on the ground, and examine it closely.

It was a scroll, with a black tie around it. I couldn't help but try to take a glimpse in the scroll to see some writing.

"Who's it from?"

"I don't know-" She softly takes it from my hands and unties the knot. She opens it and starts reading it, her eyes widening the minute. My eyebrows started to furrow as her mom started to grow nervous.

"What's it about-"

"Nothing." She quickly says and rolls the paper up, not allowing me to even glance at it. Her breath shudders a terrified gasp and nods to her mother.

"We'll leave in the morning" She mutters, stuffing the paper in pocket.

"Noor-" Before I could say anything else, she turns around and walks away.

I stand there confused and look back at her family and friends. They all seemed suddenly nervous and scared, looking in the direction where Noor left too.

"Do you guys-"

"Nope"

"I think Valka is calling me-"

"I don't really know you-"

"No"

"I'm exhausted, the beds are calling me" I look at all them as they all say several excuses, avoiding my view and walking in all different directions.

"Okay..."

"What happened today was weird right?" We were back in the Great Hall, I was about to go and see if Noor was okay but her mother told me just to let her be for awhile. Now I'm back eating, sitting in front of Astrid and Eret.

"What's weird?" Astird asks before chugging a mug of Yaknog. I tried to keep a straight as she had no reaction to it, and Eret looked at her lovingly.

"I think he's talking about how Noor and her family mood changed after getting that letter from that terrible terror"

"Ohh yeah I guess, but it's probably about Eunoia"

"I don't know..." I let out a sigh and lean my cheek against my hand, looking blankly at the Great Hall doors.

"Can I ask you guys something?"

"Are we in trouble?" I roll my eyes and shake my head, looking down at the table.

"No, it's... It's about Noor-"

"About how you like her so much, are you guys finally together?" Wait-

"Oh yeah I can definitely see that. You guys would look good together." Eret looked up to think and chuckled.

"Odd but good" Astrid nodded and patted his back.

"No- I mean yeah- But what do you guys mean?"

"Are you kidding Hiccup? You like her and she likes you too" I quirk an eyebrow at the two and Astrid sighs.

"You could see it any moment you guys are together-"

"You laugh way harder when it's you two... I've known you since we were kids, and you two were best friends since birth."

"Your more yourself with her" I nod, and run my hand through my hair annoyed with a sigh. Then, I start letting myself ramble.

"I trust her with me- the real me" I start scratching the back of my neck.

"When something goes wrong, or right, or I hear a funny joke, or I see something bizarre and she's the first person I want to talk about it too..."

"When I look at her it's a whole different..." I didn't know what the difference was but I knew it was different.

"I don't know, it's just a awesome different feeling I get when I'm with her... It's a really good different"

"Well I'm happy for you Hiccup" Knowing Astrid wasn't taking this the wrong way and was supporting his feelings with Noor, made his smile warmly at her.

"Sometimes... You can't explain what you see in a person. It's just the way they take you to a place where no one else can"

I started shaking my head, letting my nervousness creep up my neck. Because due to the fact he told her, he liked her just after her family came. And now I think, I did something wrong to cause her to now avoid me all of a sudden.

"Are you gonna tell her that you like her?"

"Why wouldn't he? He technically just puked out all your Yaknog out on the table" I chuckle, rubbing my jaw and Astrid hitting Eret's shoulder making him laugh with a groan.

"I-I... I don't know, she might not feel the way..." I really can't help but I think I did something wrong.

"Then what's the point of you telling me this?" Astrid asks with a quirked eyebrow before saying more.

"Your literally telling your ex and her present boyfriend your feelings about a girl that seems- no, that I know- is perfect for you"

"I don't know, it's just weird to think about it- I mean it was only two weeks ago when we saw each other after ten years..." Astrid leaned closer on the table and held both my hands together, her blue eyes locked on mines. I eyed her weirdly, as she kept her stare genuine and serious.

"And the feelings from back then and to now... Haven't changed"

As I was just about to tell them I technically already confessed my feelings to her- I'm suddenly put into a headlock by none other by... Of course Tuffnut.

"Oh dear Hiccup! Cheif- Dragon Master- Oh so hopelessly in love!"

"Tuffnut!" I shout into his beard, as he pets my head.

"Don't worry Hiccup if it makes you feel better, everyone knows about your feelings for Noor"

"Wait- what?" I push Tuffnut away and look at the group in confusion.

"Everyone knows?" They all nod, as I glance at everyone in the Great Hall.

"It's pretty obvious kiddo" Gobber comes sits beside me, patting my back.

"Yes son, we all knew you guys would get married even before you were born!"

"Dad! We're not getting married!"

"You guys are getting married?!" Ruffnut exclaims, jumping on the table. I groan and shift my eyes to the table with all of Noor's family and friends.

From the looks of it, Jaxyn poured Yaknog on Griffins head and Griffin tackled him to the ground. Jaxyns mother Freya, tried telling them to stop but gave up and threw a chicken leg at them, leaving it at that.

I laughed, seeing Kali and Pansy carving on the table to play tic-tac-toe. Adonis holding a Haggis in Bonnie's face making her shriek all grossed out, as Dakota scowls at him. I turn around and let out a yelp.

"You must be Hiccup" The older woman with long gray hair and tan skin.

"And you must be..."

"I'm Noor's grandmother, call me Mimi Hilda" I grin, about to go for handshake but instead she pulls me into a big hug.

"Oh look at you so strong, Noor has told me so much about you! It's so sad we're having to leave so early in the morning"

"Is it okay if I can ask... Why all of a sudden?" She looks around nervously, but then her eyes suddenly brighten.

"She's cheif Hiccup, she has many duties she needs to take care of like..." I kind of knew it was true but I'm not getting a good feeling and there's something possibly bad happening in Eunoia.

"Oh- of course, new dragon eggs are gonna be hatching tomorrow night and Noor has been waiting for this for a really long time!"

Noor hasn't said anything about that at all.

"Oh do you maybe know where she could be right now? She needs to eat, she's always skipping meals, does she do this often back in Eunoia?"

Hilda looks at me odd and smiles warmly at my concerns, cupping my cheek.

"You care about her don't you?" I sigh chuckling and nod. She softly pats my cheek, and pulls away.

"Maybe a little too much" I laugh making her smile widely, and shake her head slowly.

"There's no such thing as caring about someone too much- that's what keeps me young! You know I'm around 70 years old?"

"Your 70?! I find that hard to believe, you don't look a day over 50"

"Oh hush boy I'm 75, my oldest is 56!" We laugh, and she walks away to her family.

"That young man is good for Noor. We should set them up!" I laugh with blush coating my cheeks as I hear Hilda tell that to Noor's mother.

"Wait where's Noor-"

Suddenly, Nightflare quickly flies past in front of me out of the Great Hall as Toothless follows close behind him.

I sigh and start following the two dragons in a hurry.

"Hiccup, where are you going?"

"I'm just gonna check up on Noor!" Mom throws me a grin and dad gives me a thumbs up, with his large hands.

What was in that letter? Because it changed Noor, her family and friends mood quickly when it came.

My head shifted, hearing a terrible terror disturbed squawk. I see the small black terrible terror on the ground, not being able to breathe.

"Oh god" I ran to it and grabbed the limp dragon. I examine it closely and carefully, and realize the specks of purple liquid on his scales.

"What the hell..." My eyes widen, and take the dragon into my arms.

My breathing becomes slow and I begin to sweat.

"No." I repeated the word 'no' over and over, until I didn't know what other words to say other than no.

I run into my hut and place the terrible terror on the table. I place my hands down on the counter, running my hand through my hair stressfully.

"No- no, he's dead-" I quickly clean the purple liquid off the dragon, and set it on the table to look at it closely.

"He can't be alive- He just can't"
