"I'VE SEEN WORSE," SCOTT MUTTEREDΒ as the group stepped off the bus and into the parking lot of the Motel Glen Capri, which looked very sketchy. April honestly believed that if she was going to get kidnapped and murdered anywhere, it would be there.
She furrowed her eyebrows as Stiles asked exasperatedly, "Where have you seen worse?"
"Listen up! The meet's been pushed 'til tomorrow. This is the closest motel with the most vacancies and the least amount of good judgement when it comes to accepting a bunch of degenerates like yourselves!" Coach yelled at them as he began handing out room keys. "You'll be pairing upΒ β choose wisely, and I'll have no sexual perversions perpetrated by you little deviants! Got that? Keep your dirty little hands to your dirty little selves!"
Allison, Lydia, and April decided to be a group of three since none of them wanted to be alone in that really creepy place. The Argent and the Sharpe girl began walking, but they paused when they saw their strawberry blonde friend not moving. The brunette questioned, "Lydia?"
"I don't like this place," the Martin girl informed them, staring at the motel with an almost horrified expression that made it seem like it was more than worrying about rats.
"I don't think the people who own this place like this place," the Sharpe girl joked with a smile, but when Lydia's expression still didn't change, she sighed, "Look, it's just for one night."
Instead of nodding and coming with them, she just breathed out shakily. "A lot can happen in one night."
"All right, so I have four," Stiles told April and Scott once they got all settled and the blonde girl made her way to their room so that they could discuss their problems.
The McCall boy's eyes widened in shock at how many people his best friend accused all of the time. It was honestly crazy when you thought about it. "Four? You have four suspects?"
"Yeah, it was originally ten," the Stilinski boy explained to them before he made a face like he was reconsidering. "Well, nine, technically, I guessΒ β I had Derek on there twice."
"So, who's number one? Harris?" the only girl in the room quizzed. Their chemistry teacher had been missing for the last couple of days, and as much as she loved not having to see him, it was getting a little scary how much he was missing, like it was too long to be a coincidence.Β
The sheriff's son nodded. "Just because he's missing, doesn't mean he's dead."
"So, if he's not dead, our chemistry teacher is out secretly committing human sacrifices?" the werewolf asked skeptically with raised eyebrows. It did seem kind of unlikely, but Harris did always seem like he wanted to brutally murder all of his students.
Stiles sighed with a slow nod, realizing how crazy that sounded. "Yeah, I guess that just sounded way better in my head."
"Well, what if it's someone else from school? Like, you remember Matt?" Scott suggesting, pointing out the boy that controlled the Kanima last year before Gerard tried to kill them all. "We didn't know that heΒ was killing people."
"Excuse me? I'm sorry, what? IΒ β Yes, we did! I called that from day one, actually," Stiles scoffed, and to be fair, he accused almost everyone in town at some point for controlling the Kanima. He had to be right at some point.
The McCall boy shrugged. "Yeah, but we never really thought that it was Matt."
"I was serious! I was quite serious, actually! Deadly serious! No one listened to me!" the Stilinski boy yelled at them. It was true. No one believed him until it was too late, and a gun was pointed at their heads.
"Derek's sister, Cora. No one knows anything about her, and she's Derek's sister," Stiles told them, and both of his friends nodded, agreeing with that one. She did kind of just appear out of nowhere after making everyone believe that she was dead. "Next, your boss."
While the McCall boy looked shocked, April pointed a finger at the sheriff's son, signaling that she agreed. "I'm gonna have to agree with Stiles on that one. Your boss is, like, really creepy."
"My boss?" the werewolf questioned as if he had not heard either of them. He seemed so surprised as if it were so completely crazy, but he was blind to how creepy Deaton was.
" Yeah, your boss," Stiles confirmed. "I don't really like the whole Obi-Wan-thing he's got going on, you know? It freaks me out." After Scott looked really confused, his face fell. "Oh, my God! Have you still not seen Star Wars?"
The Sharpe girl's jaw dropped as her head whipped around to look at her best friend. "How the hell have you never seen Star Wars? You totally seem like the kind of person to love Star Wars."
"I swear, if we make it back alive, I will watch the movie," the werewolf assured his friends. He then asked Stiles what they were both dying to know. "Who's the last one."
"Lydia.Β She was totally controlled by Peter, and she had no idea, so..."

AFTER GOING TO CHECK ON LYDIA AND ALLISON, April made her way back to the boys' room. When she got there, however, the door was cracked just a little bit. She got a little worried for a second, so she was very cautious as she pushed it open.Β
"Scott? Stiles?" she called, taking a step inside the room to see the room empty. That was weird. Where would the boys be at this time of night? "Anyone in here?"
When no one answered, she closed the door behind her and decided that it was probably best to just sit and wait for them. They were bound to come back at some point. She laid down on Scott's bed and leaned over to open the drawer of the nightstand to see if any of the previous guests left anything interesting.
Like usual, there was a Bible, but what caught the Sharpe girl's eye was the scraps of paper sticking out of the book. She picked up with furrowed eyebrows and pulled out the piece of paper to see that it was a newspaper clipping from ten years ago. The headline read: 'Twin Sisters Hang Themselves From Ceiling Fan At Motel Glen Capri."
"That's...pleasant," she muttered as she skimmed over the article about the two teenage girls that were completely happy when they left home but found dead hours later in that very same room.
The blonde noticed more pieces sticking out of the Bible, so she opened the pages of the book and shook it so that more clippings and pictures fell out. She scanned all of the papers to see more suicides that occurred in the same room that she was in, and some were even on the bed that she was laying on. "Great, our motel is haunted."
Her thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door. She stuffed everything back into the drawer before straightening up to answer the door, just in case it wasn't who she was expecting.
It was not.Β
"Isaac?" she questioned when she saw the boy standing in front of her. He wasn't saying anything, and he looked a little nervous as he rubbed the back of his neck. "What are you doing here? Is something wrong?"
"Yeah, I just needed to do something real quick," he informed her, and she was still so confused as to why he was being so weird and cryptic. She was a little nervous about what he needed or was going to do.
She opened the door a little bit more and asked him, "And what's that?"
He took a step into the room, pushing the door open as he did so and slammed his lips against hers. She froze in shock for a moment, but then her hands made their way to his hair as she began to kiss him back. He took another step forward so that he could kick the door closed behind him.
His hands were on her neck, his fingers moving along her jaw as their lips moved in sync. She dug her nails into his curls, and her thumbs brushed softly against his ears as he turned them around so that her back hit the door. He grunted lowly as she tugged on his hair gently and pulled him closer to her.
After a second, her hands moved down to his chest, and she began walking toward Stiles's bed so that Isaac walked backwards with her. Their lips parted for just a couple of seconds when they ran into the piece of furniture. His knees hit the back of the mattress, so he landed on his back, placing his hands on her hips so that she could climb onto the bed as well. She kissed him again, and his hands roamed her sides before he flipped over so that he was above her.
She breathed heavily when he pulled away, and she stared up at him in concern and confusion as an unreadable expression crossed his face. "Isaac? What's wrong?" He slowly climbed off of the bed and did not even straighten out his shirt before he walked over to the door and opened it. It took her a minute to get over the shock before she scrambled out of the bed after him. "Isaac?"
By the time she reached the open door and looked both ways down the balcony, he was nowhere in sight. He cheeks grew red as she realized how completely embarrassing of a moment that was. What the hell was wrong with her, and why did he just leave? She honestly felt like crying when Lydia called after her from the way that her head was not turned. She jumped, still a little bit out of it from what just happened as she whipped her head around to look at the strawberry blonde.
"April, we need you."
