RAINA SAT WITH Joshua at the local diner with the rest of the group. Naya and Emily were quiet while Mickey, Miranda, Joshua, and Raina conversed.

Raina sipped her smoothie, chuckling "So, what now?"

Joshua ate some of his fries, resting his arm around Raina's shoulder "Since school is out why don't we have a party?"

Mickey shook his head, looking at Joshua "You're joking, right?"

Joshua shook his head, looking over to their friend "No, what's wrong with having a party?"

Naya spoke up finally, listing off horror movies "Uhhh, Scream 1996."

Raina leaned into Joshua, listening to her friends converse.

Joshua leaned in closer, tilting his head "There were survivors, Nay."

Naya rolled her eyes, looking at Emily for help. Emily sighed, cracking her knuckles. This should be good.

"Josh, your sister is dead, Ethan is dead, Colin and Peter are dead. Don't you think it'll raise questions if there's a party with a psycho killer on the loose?" Emily explained, tilting her head at him.

Mickey interjected, holding up a hand "You have a point, Em. But, all horror movies have parties and there is survivors in all of them."

Joshua pointed a finger in Mickey's direction, holding a menacing grin "See? We'll be fine."

Raina sat up, seeing Ethan's mother, Hermione Turner. Oh, God. Mrs. Turner's eyes were blood shot, hair slightly a mess. 

"Is that...?" Emily inquired, getting cut off by Naya.

Naya winced, biting her lip "Ethan's mother. She hadn't left the house since he died.."

Mickey cleared his throat, crossing his arms "She's coming this way, act cool."

Raina ate her french fries as Mrs. Turner approached their table. Joshua was the first to greet the grieving mother.

"Hi, Mrs. Turner." Joshua spoke up, his smile gentle and warm.

Mrs. Turner returned it, nodding in appreciation "Hello, Joshua."

Raina didn't even look at Mrs. Turner. Which Emily noticed, causing Emily to pinch Raina's hand, gently. Raina looked over to Emily then to Mrs. Turner.

"Raina, hi. Do you know who did that to my son?" Mrs. Turner questioned Raina, referring to the news.

Raina shook her head, cracking her knuckles "No, but when I do, I'll let you know, Mrs. Turner."

Mrs. Turner nodded, leaving the group. Naya blinked, biting the inside of her cheek.

Miranda sipped her drink before speaking "Does she not know what Ethan did to Raina? That boy was a manbaby, he hurt Raina."

Raina shifted uncomfortably, looking over to Joshua for help. Joshua looked at Miranda, making a sign under his chin as to say, drop it. Mickey sat up, leaning in closer to Raina, placing a hand on top of hers.

"Hey, look at me." Mickey whispered to Raina, trying to comfort her.

Raina looked over to Mickey, still holding  a sad look. Mickey smiled softly at her, rubbing her knuckles with his thumb.

"He got what he deserved, okay? He's gone, Rai. You're free, you're free." Mickey whispered, comfortingly.

Raina nodded, wiping a tear that slipped. Joshua rubbed his hand up and down Raina's arm, kissing her forehead.

"So, about that party?" Raina inquired, looking at everyone.

Emily sighed, nodding "Who's place?"

Mickey held up his hand, nodding "My place."

It was settled. They were gonna throw a party.
