NOTICE  & WARNING !: this will now be in the reader's pov. this
book probably won't have a good ending as you may know. so, least to say, this book will be an emotional roller coaster.

— AS I SAW a bright light blind my eyes I descended down lower to wherever was heading. this was so fun! man wherever I was about to go was gonna be exciting. yup, another adventure. I bet miles was probably here too.

Weird thing is though, I started glitching which was kind of odd? wherever Hobie goes I don't glitch. so this was a new kind of thing, something hit my face and I realized it was a robe.

"Sorry!" I shouted to the lady as I continued to descend down towards the ground, I landed on a few steps and slid down to the ground only to fall into some water.

I yelped when I almost hit the ground but a web wrapped around me, my eyes widened slightly when I saw miles.

"Miles!" I shouted happily and we both embraced each other in a hug and he patted my back, "[name]! how are you man?" Miles asks.

We both did our secret handshake and did a fist bump right after, I then felt myself glitching once more.

"You glitching too?" Miles asks in a surprised tone, I nodded and sent him a mischievous smile, "Don't say a word about it though. I'm ok!" I sent him a smile.

Miles glitched which caused me to fall but I immediately shot a web from my hands and latched onto one of the nearby buildings, "Go catch up with Gwen. I'll see you there." I told him.

Miles nodded and saluted before going to see gwen, I felt something get thrown at my face when made me fly down a flight of stairs.

EARTH — 50101
MUMBATTAN

I did not wanna go home anytime soon, is this where Hobie goes all the time? like different dimensions and stuff? I wonder why he didn't tell me.

oh well, I'm having fun. I know I can trust him, I made my way over to Gwen and miles.

"How's it going?" I asked and Gwen turned to me, I think I wasn't supposed to be seen or something? she froze and—

Oh god, spot. he was in my universe just a few days ago stealing out of ATM machines. well, trying to. he's not the best villain to be honest..

"[name]?! you can't be here!" Gwen says and I turned to her with a confused look, "Uh...I'm here aren't I?" I replied.

Spot glared at me and I just did a dramatic jazzy hands pose, "You! you were the one who sent me back into my own portal!"

"Yep, that's me!" I replied in a snarky manner and placed my hand on my hip, Gwen sighs at this and shakes her head.

I followed after spot who just sent a glare my way, obviously angry at the fact I still existed. eh, oh well, it doesn't matter.

I kept running after spot only to fall into one of his holes and I started glitching aggressively. like I said before, wherever Hobie goes I don't 'glitch' so this is new.

I then got kicked in the face making me fly back, but pavitr caught me in his arms before placing me on a soft surface.

"Let us handle this okay?" Pavitr says and I just nod, I looked down at my hands once more and sigh. this was so awesome but wrong at the same time.

Only standing there for a bit I rolled my eyes and shook my head, I couldn't just stand there. I followed the others towards Alchemax and headed inside.

"[name], didn't Pavitr tell you to stay behind?!" Gwen shouts and I shrugged, "Adventure!" I say and Gwen face palms herself.

"Okay, what's the freak doing?" I say as I noticed the forcefield around spot, I kicked at it and did everything I could to get it open.

"I'm sorry I called you that okay? you're a great villain." Miles says while he slammed his fists against the forcefield, "Nah..he pretty sloppy." I said.

"Anyone got any ideas?!" Gwen shouts and I shrug, "None. I can't really use my abilities yet." I said.

Gwen stared at me for a second before she noticed that the bracelet on my wrist was gone, "Where's the bracelet Hobie gave you? why don't you have it?" she asks.

"Oh, simple, I left it at home. why, is something wrong?" I asked her as I placed a hand on my hip, "[name], listen, I don't think you know what you just did. but that bracelet was important. do you know what you've done? you've put yourself at risk." she says.

"Why are you talking to me like I'm some type of kid? Hobie did the same thing just awhile ago. I'm good! what's so important about that bracelet anyways?" I asked.

"It's-" before Gwen could finish I heard her shout someone's name and I grimaced at this, "Hobie!" I heard her say.

Yep, he's gonna be pissed.

I watched as he ran above us and I sighed dreamily, yeah. he was mines. but I also knew this happy moment wasn't gonna last.

He landed on his feet and I smiled dreamily again, he was currently play fighting with pavitr.

But then I noticed it went quiet when Hobie saw me.

. . . The silence was thick. and I just felt intimidated in that moment. that's how I knew he was angry.

"[name]." I heard Hobie say and I immediately froze, he stepped towards me and his arms were crossed.

Miles turned to me, "[name] you know this guy?" he asks, Gwen nudged his shoulder and whispered to him, "they're dating." she says.

"So uh, to explain why i'm here is because uh- well, because I saw you go in! and uhm...I missed you. sometimes you don't visit and could be gone for a month." I explained.

"You aren't supposed to be here. I specifically told you not to follow me and you still did." Hobie says.

"Uh, no, I remember you saying: 'see you later babe!'. that's what I remember." I said in his accent.

Hobie pinches the bridge of his nose as he has to calm himself down from the information.

"[name]...I'm not gonna scold you. but Listen, if you wanna continue to be a knucklehead, go ahead. but I'm not about to let you die." Hobie says and I rolled my eyes with a annoyed groan.

"Who says I'm gonna die? why does everyone keep trying to tell me what's gonna happen to me? I'm gonna be fine!" I said.

Pavtir, gwen, and miles were currently fighting spot. I was having and argument with Hobie currently.

"LITTLE HELP HERE FRIENDS?" Pavitr shouts but me and Hobie don't hear him.

Hobie shook his head, "I'll talk to you about this later? okay?" he says while turning away from me.

"Wait, why can't—?" I was cut off by Hobie placing his hand up in a stop motion, "later." he speaks.

I sighed and just ran over to help the others, I made the chains I always use teleport to me and it landed in my hands.

I wrapped them around spot to bring them towards me but he snapped them apart easily like they were nothing.

"Hey. man, c'mon now chill!" I shouted, "I'll show you chill." post said in a threatening town before heading towards the collider.

I watched as he got sucked in and my eyes widened, "Spot, stop this isn't funny!" I shouted but spot ignored me and suddenly...

He was gone?

"Well that was another easy adventure for spider-man!" Pavitr says and we all quickly shook our heads.

"No, no no!" We all shouted in sync while we gazed towards pavitr.

That's when spot appeared again and I was thrown back and into hobie's chest, he wrapped his arms around me.

I gazed at spot and it felt like everything went dark.

Everything that I was seeing was suddenly starting to make a wave of fear wash over me.

bracelet on, okay?'

'That's not

he's been lying

whole time.'

I then saw Hobie reaching out for me as I was falling...? then it all stopped and I was back in reality.

"What was that?" Miles asks. I nodded, wanting to know the same thing as I turned to spot.

"Our future..." spot answers and then disappears. the building starts to collapse there wide eyed.

I don't even know what I did to spot, does he have a grudge against me or something because I sent him back into...

No no wait, now I remember. I was there the day I pushed him into the collider, this was all my fault.

I stood there with my eyes wide in fear, I didn't know that would happen. It- it's not like I...

I couldn't hear Hobie calling my name, he grabbed onto my arm but it sounded like everything he was saying was muffled.

"My love, we gotta go." Hobie whispered to me but I still didn't listen, he looked over at the falling rubble before glancing back at me.

He tapped my cheek gently and gazed into my eyes, he noticed I was breathing heavily.

"Hey, hey, look at me." Hobie says but I do everything to avoid his gaze, he cups my cheeks and forces me to look into his eyes.

"Deep breath in and out." Hobie instructs and I do just that but I feel like I was gonna have a panic attack.

Hobie puts his mask back on and swoops me up in his arms, now I see why he didn't want me to come here. this can't be the only reason though...what did I do man?

I buried my head into his neck in which he held me close, I just knew I had to find out some answers.

Hobie couldn't possibly be lying to me, could he?
