When Sully returned to the penthouse by the afternoon, she was livid. Who does Jimin think he is by humiliating her in front of their peers? Standing there, water streamed down her flushed cheeks. As she stood in the hot shower, her blood pressure raced with the fury that was surging through her body.

Even if she liked him earlier, she is growing to loathe his presence even more. Sully pondered if it would have been better to stop volunteering at the training center. Being around Jimin makes her feel uneasy, worthless, and a nuisance. How many times did he hint that she was riding on Namjoon's coattails? He's her brother, for heavens sake.

It is evident that he will go above and beyond to provide her with support or encouragement. Would he not assist Rosé if his sibling were in need of a favor? Yes, she recognized that Namjoon had made her life simpler.

 Lionel, his coach, has a fondness for her, but it is due to her reputation as a warm and approachable person. She never goes out of her way to offend or embarrassment 
others, but Park Jimin demonstrated that he despised
 her from the start. 

She wanted to see her crush and have him notice her, but to no effect. The guy is doing all he can to make her dislike him, and he is succeeding. Sully tightened her lips as she returned to her room. 

She will make sure he does not get under her skin again. She will learn not to provide him with satisfaction by reacting to his subtle snide remarks She decided to remain silent and ignore the jerk, despite her heart's protests against her newfound confidence.

Sully's heart dropped as she dressed herself in comfy loungewear. She knew it would be difficult to forget the jerk since his charisma and sensuality tricked her every time she was with him.

Her cheeks flushed crimson as her thoughts drifted back to that pivotal moment when he gulped down the water and how the droplets played mental tricks with her. The physical appeal she radiated in that moment could not be denied.

He was unbelievably appealing and her body was responding to his sexiness. Sully felt her breath hitch just thinking about the star.

She shook her head frantically, attempting to clear her mind: "Stop it, Kim Sullyoon...Park Jimin is an egotistical idiot who is far beyond your reach. Stop already!"

She sighed heavily as she headed down the stairs to get groceries from one of the several stores Namjoon had set up for her. Sully put her long reddish hair into a messy bun on top of her head, grabbed her smartphone, which was charging on the counter, and took her grocery list, which she had made on her way home.

She made sure to order lots of dairy and meat products, as well as Argentian snacks, to satisfy her cravings. After purchasing online, she went to the lounge to watch some Spanish telenovas on television.

Her Spanish was excellent since she had lived in Argentina for twelve years before returning to Seoul for high school and university. She groaned when her phone went off, hoping it wasn't Namjoon or Lucia. She does not want to go anywhere with Lucia today. Her new friend may spend quality time with her boyfriend.

Her jaw dropped as she saw the ID caller.

Jungkook!

With bated breath and wide eyes, she unlocked her phone, tapped the answer button, and cleared her voice.

" Hello!" She answered quietly.

'Oh, hello Sully girl. Don't worry, alright. I got your number from Lucia. I just wanted to apologize for what happened today---" Jungkook's calm voice echoed on the other end.

Sully giggled slightly; even though she was surprised, she had come to enjoy the charming guy." Ohh... Jungkook! It's fine...there's no need to apologize for jerks. It was not your fault, either, but thank you for your concern. I sincerely appreciate it."

Jungkook chuckled and say teasingly,  "I know you do. But honestly, don't take anything to heart. Jimin likes to tease you. I think he likes the way you become irritated and your amazing reaction. But...I appreciate your style, gal. "You don't take nonsense from famous people."

Sully breathed hard, "I don't know what I did to make him dislike me so much, Jungkook." You murmur, your tone carrying a hint of sorrow. Why does he openly despise you?

Jungkook began to chuckle loudly, "Oh Sully, you're so oblivious. Jimin em...I believe he likes you and doesn't know how to hide it."

What the heck is wrong with people? Not Jungkook either. There is no romance between the two of them. It was sheer disgust.

Sully snorted loudly, "I'm sorry, but your reasoning is ridiculous. How could you bully someone you like? I do not think so, Jungkook. I know when someone hates my guts...and I'm used to having people despise me, and Jimin is no exception. It's not my problem; it's his."

Sully felt a tugging in her chest. Why is it affecting her so severely. She wants him to be nice to her, but everyone knows he dislikes her for no reason.

Jungkook spoke more softly: "Sully, just hang in there. He is under a lot of personal strain, which I am not going to reveal, exhibit, or speak up about. Maybe don't be too harsh on him."

Sully closed her eyes for a moment and sighed softly, "I don't know what to say, Jungkook. Namjoon will be away for two weeks, and working at the Training Center will help me avoid boredom, but your teammate makes me feel unworthy to be there. I appreciate helping out and spending time with Namjoon's friends, but it's difficult to be in a situation when you know you've irritated someone.

Jungkook groaned, "Namjoon told us to look after you and treat you well. So, in fulfillment of my commitment, I invite you to join me for lunch at Hobis Place. His wife wants to meet Joonie's younger sister and insists that I invite you as a plus one."

Sully pinched her brow, "When is lunch and who will be there?"

Jungkook chuckled, "Hmm, do I see someone wanting to withdraw my invitation? Don't worry, it's just us, Niki, and Lucia, and perhaps Haechan if he's available. What do you say? It's for tomorrow after practice, maybe about 2 p.m. "

Sully exhales, relieved." Okay, why not. I'll join you. Jungkook, I appreciate you looking out for me. I'd like to meet Hobis' wife because I heard they had triplets. I can not wait to meet his little kids also."

Jungkook seemed relieved and happy, saying, "The pleasure is all mine. Everyone on the team adores Namjoon, and we all promise to make your stay memorable so you don't miss him as much. You'll love the Jungs. They are very kind and welcoming. You are a member of the WAGs, even if you are not a girlfriend...yet," he joked.

Sully didn't understand what Jungkook meant, but she enjoys getting to know the team's spouses.

Sully laughed quietly, "Good for them...but I'm not interested in dating or becoming a renowned WAG. I'm not in their league." She just snickered quietly to herself. The Argentinian WAGs' are all very gorgeous and have excellent careers.

She has seen Seokjin's gorgeous ex popstar wife in a number of brand ambassador advertisements, and even the jerk's girlfriend is quite wealthy, very gorgeous and famous. My word, the girl was Ms Argentina and she's a top model. Why would he like her if he has that beauty by his side? The whole world see them as the Argentinian sweetheart couple.

That is really ludicrous. She will continue her ordinary lifestyle and mental wellness. These celebrities are too much in the limelight, and social media has brought them a lifetime of criticism and haters.

Jungkook snorted, "You're in their league, Sully. Don't underestimate yourself. You are stunningly gorgeous and have a real warmth. You are not fake or a gold digger. No surprise Namjoon is so protective of you. I'll be amazing friend to you, Sully. So don't worry, alright. If you want to view any sights, give me a call..."

Sully felt her heart warm as she built an enjoyable connection with Jungkook. She sees him as a dear friend. Her intuition about him was spot-on.

He wasn't trying to hook her, but rather offered his friendship. They hang up a few seconds later, just as Sully hears the doorbell.

Her online purchase has been delivered, and she can now prepare something delightful for herself and enjoy a peaceful day.

If she could just get that Jimin out of her stubborn head and treacherous heart, she'd be the happiest girl in the world.
