❦ chapter ³² ❦
minseok entered his grandmother's little house and placed his bags on the floor silently.
"granny? you in here?" minseok called out for her and waited for a response.
"minseokie? is that you?" an old raspy voice was heard somewhere from the deep inside of the house. "hold on let me find my glasses!"
minseok chuckled and screamed back an "okay."
he took off his shoes and looked around the house. it was the same, the same it has been throughout all these years. the wooden furniture made the house bright, it smelled of oak and lavender from the constantly lit candles with the calming fragrance.
it felt nice to be here again. minseok felt some sort of freedom in every part of his body.
"wait up minseokie! I'll be with you in a minute!!" minseok heard his grandmother's soft voice.
"alright, granny!" he yelled back and smiled.
he started to walk through the hallway, but then saw a long lean figure walking down the stairs. minseok stopped in front of the stairs and looked up only to see a familiar face.
the tall, black haired male stopped right in front of minseok and gave out a little smile.
"good to see you again, minseok."
"yoongi???" minseok's jaw dropped from the sudden surprisement, his eyes filled up with tears as he jumped right into the other's outstretched arms for a big warm hug.
"hey... how have you been, little one?" yoongi asked happily into the youngers shoulder whilst hugging him tightly.
"I fucking missed you so, so much." minseok cried out tears of joy.
"I know you did, I missed you too."
only minseok was the one who got to see this soft side of min yoongi. of course, he was a big meanie - the boss of one of the strongest gangs, he was supposed to be evil and cold hearted, even though on the inside he seemed to be a completely different person.
"I never thought I'd see you again, honestly, I'm so happy this all happened the way it did." minseok said as they pulled apart, still keeping a close distance between.
"I thought jungkook wouldn't let you out of the house, did you run away-"
"goodness gracious! my two precious little babies!" both yoongi and minseok turned around to see the grandmother who was slowly walking down the stairs, step by step.
"let me help you, granny." yoongi ran up to her and gave her a hand to help her get down.
when they reached the floor, they all hugged together. minseok and yoongi had to bend down a little since their grandmother was much shorter then they were.
"yoongi, you should be like little minseokie! I raised you, took care of you, you're like my own son and unlike you, minseok visits me every month! and I haven't seen you for 2 years." granny scolded the elder.
"I am sorry, but you know I am busy with my work 24/7." yoongi apologized and smiled.
"work and money is the only thing on your mind nowadays!" she said and walked into the kitchen gesturing the other two to follow her.
they all had a nice, delicious dinner and after that, spent hours talking with each other in the living room. they didnt even notice how late and dark it got outside and after, the two boys heard their grandmother's voice get quieter and quieter until the room was filled with complete silence. they carried their sleeping grandma upstairs and layed her on her bed, covering with a couple of blankets to keep her extra warm during the cold night.
"you seem like you have something lingering on your mind." yoongi said as they entered a bedroom that was located downstairs.
there was no need in turning on the lights since there was enough of it coming from the window. the weak moonlight shone over some parts of the room, making their granny's ship collection shelf look like something out of an old fantasy movie.
minseok stood in the middle of the dimmed room with his hands in his pockets.
"its nothing much, I just wanted to talk with you alone, ask about your life. we haven't seen each other in so long, only through video chats."
"my life is great, I get richer with every mission my people complete, but that's nothing new. tell me how have you been, and how did you escape jungkook's house?" yoongi asked as he leaned on the closed door staring at minseok's silhouette that seemed to have gotten engulfed by the moonlight.
"I didnt escape, jungkook willingly let me go here. he didnt even protest or anything, he sounded very calm that day so I dont know what got into him, I was also surprised." minseok chuckled and turned around hearing steps behind him.
"how are you and your dear taehyung?"
"how are you and your dear jungkook?" yoongi mimicked the younger and raised his eyebrow.
"you told me you started to catch feeling for him?"
"I thought I did, but I don't think I actually love him. on top of that, it looks like he has some other love interest." minseok said sadly. "he literally told me he won't be able to stay loyal to me."
"I feel the same with taehyung. it just kind of feels like he is with somebody else at the moment. he even lied to me recently. he probably likes somebody from our gang, I mean, I guess so, and its alright, we never established a relationship so..." yoongi's voice trialed off.
"what about namjoon?"
"taehyung and namjoon still think I know nothing about them being brothers, and they still think that I have no idea why they hate each other. in any way, this isnt a place for love and/or any type of feelings. jin risked his life for namjoon and look at him now, he's dead."
"jin?" minseok asked. "who is that?"
"namjoons husband. he died in a fire couple of years ago, it was quite tragic, nobody even found his body, they say it got burned up completely and turned into ashes."
"woah.. creepy..." minseok shivered from the thought and yoongi nodded.
there was a little silence before he spoke again.
"but, yoongi, people can't live without experiencing feelings, its human nature."
"you have to know how to fight that human nature in order to not hurt yourself." yoongi replied darkly.
"teach me." minseok whispered, centimeters apart from the elders face. "how do I get rid of feelings?"
"ah... I can teach you alright, but what do I get back in return?" yoongi spoke quieter and quieter.
"whatever you want." minseok moved his eyes to yoongi's lips and then back up to his dark, almost black eyes. "I owe you an eternal debt. thanks to you, my father is finally dead, I couldn't stand the sight of that homophobic piece of shit anywhere near me."
"I'm guessing now you want me to get you away from jungkook? how much longer will you put up this act of an innocent child?"
"as long as it is needed." minseok moved even closer leaving inches between their lips.
"this is bad, minseok. what do you think you're doing, we are nothing more than friends..." yoongi said with a hint of sarcasm in his voice, feeling the younger's breath on his lips.
"are you sure we are nothing more than friends?"
"if you're talking about things that happened years ago, then I think it's time you forget that ever happened. I only did that to help you get the money you wanted."
"oh really. did you forget? or do you regret it? don't you still think about me?" minseok closed his eyes feeling yoongi's hand go through his hair and travel all the way down to his waist.
yoongi's big hands made minseok feel tiny compared to him, as he wrapped his hands around the elders neck.
"maybe I do..." the phrase came out as a whisper echoing in the depths of their minds. it was a sign of giving into the guilty temptation.
their lips touched, sending both into a nostalgic state, as they remembered how they kissed once on a lazy summer night on their last day of being by each others side.
the thin smell of lavender filling up the house seemed to have messed up with their minds, or was it their subconsciousness that was showing off its presence.
yoongi found out many things as he peeled the younger's clothes off one by one. he learned that minseok was a shy bottom and never even tried topping in his life. he also learned - as it was shyly whispered in his ear - that minseok had a thing for being called princess in bed.
and where did that even come from?
pinned under the heavier weight, small hands stayed on the other's chest.
"you like being called princess?" yoongi whispered with a twinkle in his eyes and almost combusted when he saw the blush intensify in minseok's cheeks. a surge of affection overcame yoongi and he kissed him again, thin lips colliding with his tongue and teeth. the ease with which yoongi lifted and pulled and pushed him into the positions he wanted tore a yelp of delight from minseok's mouth.
he loved it.
he adored feeling as if he weighed nothing.
