I am Inky and welcome to Kapala Tantra.
Made of two words, 'Kapala' means 'fate' and 'Tantra' means 'Magic.' Hence, the 'The magic of fate.'

It is a story where Indian mythology meets a dystopian twist.

Set in the fantasy world of Histoire, Kapala Tantra revolves around Ira, who wakes up in a world where she is an abandoned character written by some author and her memory is gone.
Even more, Ira isn't her real name, but rather given by the caretaker of Histoire.

Now, determination fuels Ira as she tries to find the pieces of her story and sew them back into one before the evil reaper finds them.

But as she delves deeper, Ira begins to question her identity and purpose, realising she is much more than an abandoned character.

This is an ONC 2025 entry with prompts as follows;

40. You were once a character in a deleted story, now lost and memoryless in the library. All you recall is your former importance. To rewrite your backstory, you must first outwit the ghost librarian, who won't stop offering unsolicited advice. (Main prompt)

37. You discover you're the reincarnation of a Greek god or goddess, and you're transported back in time. But something unexpected happens, and your story takes an entirely new turn.

110. 20 days of freedom.

If it doesn't make a cut, I might turn it into a novel instead of a novella.
