• Deities or Gods: They are supernatural beings that are considered sacred and worthy of worship. They are believed to have authority over some aspect of life or the universe.
The main Gods you will be coming across in this story are; Virinchi; the creator, Madhav; the preserver and Rudra; the destroyer.
Their better halves are Goddesses; Lalita; Virinchi's Wife, Rama; Madhav's wife and Mahamaya; Rudra's wife.
Other Gods/Goddessess;
Ulmuk, the king of Gods.
Indira, Ulmuk's wife.
Soma, the moon God.
• Yuga: In Hinduism, a yuga is a period of time that's part of a cosmological cycle that measures the decline of human spirituality. The word yuga is Sanskrit and means "age" or "yoke". There are four Yugas;
1. Satya Yuga: Also known as the Golden Age, this is the age of highest spiritual development.
2. Treta Yuga: Also known as the Silver Age, this is a time of declining spirituality.
3. Dwapara Yuga: Also known as the Bronze Age, this is a time when suffering emerges.
4. Kali Yuga: Also known as the Iron Age, this is a time of materialism and ignorance. This is the current yuga.

• Saree: A traditional garment worn by women of Indian subcontinent.
• Charpai: A wooden woven bed with four legs, that is "char-pai."
• Chulha: An earthen stove used to cook food.
• Dhoti: A long, unstitched cloth that is wrapped around the waist and legs. It is a traditional garment worn by men in the Indian subcontinent.
