What was now known as 'The Day Jurassic World proved Chaos' had been almost two years ago for Brooklyn Malcolm and Zach Mitchell. The young couple had indeed moved into an apartment together, the first few months of living together had been a little rocky for them due to them learning more about each other and the struggles of dating without an official label. Many sought out Brooklyn's heart after the reveal of what happened in Jurassic World, the woman had gone from 'Dino girl' to being known as 'Dino Queen'. Her acts of heroics had won her some medals that she denied and refused, she wanted to be left alone. The attention had caused a small rift between Zach and Brooklyn for a short time however, that had all changed after one passionate night where she proved her heart was his.

From that moment, they were official. Brooklyn had settled into a job working as a Veterinary assistant, both a refreshing and heartbreaking job to have while Zach had gone to college to study mechanics. Within a year, the couple had fully adapted to living together in the apartment. They still had small troubles such as Zach's ex-girlfriend trying to get between them ─ unsuccessful due to Brooklyn's full trust in Zach ─ and the former Veterinary doctor where Brooklyn had worked who seemed to not understand that no means no. But the couple had faced real life Dinosaurs and survived, they wouldn't let humans try and destroy them too. Speaking of Dinosaurs, Owen and Claire had tried to invite Brooklyn along for help but she adamantly refused.

At first, they were sad to see her passion for Dinosaurs had disappeared due to what happened but when they learned the truth as to why she refused, they quickly changed their perspective. It had been a shocking day for Zach who returned home from his finals results ─ top of his class, might I state ─ only to have his girlfriend hand him a gift bag, encouraging him to open it and not to panic. His eyes had almost fallen from his sockets, they were so wide as he read the mug in his hand; World's best dad. Brooklyn had stood there anxiously awaiting her boyfriends response, they hadn't exactly been working towards a child so soon; they'd only been officially together for a year and half by this point.

But when Zach gently placed the mug on the table and looked up at the woman he loved with everything he was, he could only feel pure joy and happiness no matter how young they were. Both twenty year olds were happy to announce to everyone the news once they were in the trimester that was safer than the last ─ both kept it a secret out of fear of any health concerns and risk of loss due to stress. The Mitchell's were all over the moon at the news, Karen was a little sulky that Claire knew already but understood why once Brooklyn told her. Ian had paled at the news, he was excited but it was another reminder that she wasn't that little girl obsessed with Dinosaurs anymore. Her mother was beyond ecstatic for her daughter, the woman celebrated happily at the news of becoming a grandmother.

And soon enough, the baby came along. Brooklyn and Zach welcomed their son into the world and named him Aaron Elvis Mitchell. The middle name was in honour of Echo the Raptor, her nickname given due to the injury she had sustained from Blue. By the time Aaron was one, Zach had proposed to Brooklyn and she, obviously, said yes. The two were married on the third of December in their own snowy paradise, toddler Aaron smiling happily in his uncle Gray's arms. And then, they welcomed their second born into the family, nine months later. Another son they named, Nicholas Grayson Mitchell. The family of four moved into a nice home in Madison, Wisconsin. Zach opened his own garage, working hard as a mechanic while Brooklyn returned to writing and publishing books. Their lives perfect. . . Even after all that jurassic chaos.
