Personality: Leaf is a huge dork. She is a firm believer in things going with the flow. She will give up anything to make her sisters happy. Many say she can never be satisfied because of this.

Backstory: Leaf was Catalina Hart's fourth child. There were two older girls, and an older boy. Ivy, Petunia, and Connor. Ivy and Petunia had a different father than Connor and Leaf. Soon after Leaf's birth, however, Catalina broke up with Jacob and got back with Ivy and Petunia's father, Aaron. Eight years later, they had another child, a girl. Lily.

But on Halloween night that year, Jacob brutally murdered Catalina and Aaron. Ivy, Petunia, Leaf, and Lily were put in the custody of their grandmother, Giana, who blamed Leaf for the deaths of Catalina and Aaron. Leaf was forced to do all the chores of the house, and had to sleep in the kitchen. After a year of those conditions, she and her sisters went to live with their uncle, Robert (Bobby), due to their grandmother dying. He treated each girl equally, and loved all three of them. However, after three years, he was declared mentally unstable. With no family left, the girls went to an orphanage. Three years passed at the orphanage, until all four girls were adopted by their cousin, Perry, a war hero and one of the richest men in the country. They went to New York, the Capitol of The United Empire, formerly known as the U.S.A. 

That was when Leaf started high school. It was her first time in a real school, despite being 15. She became quick friends with Connor Utterback, Samantha Murphy, and Chase and Susan Hamilton. Soon after, she fell head over heels for Emmie Sawyer, twin of Brooke Sawyer, resident mean girl. The two started dating, but had to keep it a secret, as homosexuality was outlawed by Queen Genevieve IV in 2004. 

During her senior year, Leaf and Connor's father passed away from cancer. His last request was to see his children. They had already figured out they were related, but thought they were half siblings. However, Jacob revealed that both were his and Catalina's. 

Around this time, some people began to rebel against the queen. When war began, Chase, Susan, Connor, and Emmie, among others, left to fight. Perry refused to let the girls leave the house. It was too dangerous. By this time, Leaf had caught feelings for Chase, and was devastated that she couldn't contact him.

Two years into the war, things had calmed down a bit. So Perry began to look for suitable husbands for the girls. He invited any and all rebels to ask for their hands at a ball. When Chase walked through the door, Leaf was glowing. She recognized him immediately. But he didn't recognize her. The two started talking, until Leaf noticed how Ivy was looking at him. So she took him to her. A few weeks later, they were wed. Leaf was the maid of honor. And while she was heartbroken, she was happy for her sister to marry someone so kind and brave. 

Later that year, Leaf fell for Jack Rackham, whom she later married. They ran away to Canada together. But Jack's charming exterior was replaced by his true colors. He was rude, cruel, abusive. Leaf never told anyone what he did, but she did often write to Chase and Ivy. One summer, she was invited to visit Perry with Ivy, Chase, and their three kids. So she took her ten year old daughter, Molly, to America. She gave the child to Perry, who took care of her. After she went back to Canada, she told Jack that Molly had been killed by a random loyalist on the street. He believed her. 

Around five years later, Leaf caught news of Chase having an affair. He had published a pamphlet about it. That was when she told the authorities what Jack did and fled for America. She started staying with Ivy. She was angry at Chase for what he did, sure, but it was hard to resist him after loving him so much for so long. Then Chase had a second affair. With Leaf. He gave Molly a little sister, Eliza. If anyone asked, Leaf just said Eliza was Jack's. And everyone believed it, somehow.

Leaf spent the rest of her life with the Hamiltons. She died of heart failure at 48 years of age.
