1 month Later

Nikole's Office | 6:00pm

"You are ruthless" I laughed at Nikole as she told us about what happened with Myles. "No but seriously you need to chill out" I sat on Nikole's couch in her office and kicked my feet up.We've been here allday preparing for her launch.

"Aht Aht" She moved my feet off of the table "I know for a fact ma taught you better" Nikole was my cousin. When we were seven years old her mother passed away at the hands of her father. He  was sent to prison for the rest of his life. With Nikole being my mother's only niece at that time she gratefully took her in and raised her with me. We were already close but this made us even closer sister's if you ask me.

"But I blocked Davinchi, I'm serious about Myles" I waved her off "Yeah yeah whatever I've heard you say that before"

Her assistant knocked on the slightly open door before peaking in. "Sorry to interrupt yall. But you have a delivery Nikole" she brought in a bouquet of some of the most beautiful flowers I've seen. "Girl, these are so nice you're a lucky woman" Bri said as she sat the flowers down on Nikole's desk.

Nikole smiled wide as she read the card that it came with. I grabbed it from her "Ouu let me see what it says"

The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today.

I've watched you for the past few weeks work your ass off for this moment.

Nikole picked up her phone and called Myles. She went into the hallway excusing herself I dont understand why because she tells me everything anyways.

I opened my Instagram app and checked my notifications. I clicked on one of the reels that one of Meech's fan pages made of him and liked it. I decided to repost it to my story & tagged their page:

Right on cue Meech Facetimed me and I sat up on the couch fixing my hair while waiting as the call connected. "Yoooo" I answered the phone mocking him

"Damn you wanna be like me so bad" I rolled my eyes "Boy bye, I shouldn't even be answering the phone for you right now since you sent me off"

"I ain't send you off ma, I just had something to handle real quick. You know Boss shit."

"Mhmm all the way in LA?"

He nodded and took a bite of whatever he was eating "I just landed back home like 30 minutes ago"

"Ouu what's that? Turn the camera around" He turned the camera and showed me his plate and I was damn near drooling at the plate of jerk chicken, rice and peas and cabbage.

"Wowww I can't believe you. Bring me some later"

"I got you"

Nikole finally walked back into the office "Okay let's wrap this up. I'm ready to get back to my man." She looked in her mirror fixing her hair "I'm about to get him right tonight, Until My jaw lock"

I started laughing and Meech shook his head "yeah ima gone ahead and talk to you later"

Nikole turned around to look at me while covering her mouth "Damn Im sorry Bro, I didn't know you was on the phone"

Meech's Penthouse | 10:00pm

I looked back at Meech who was grabbing me a water bottle from the fridge. I then turned back around and stole food off of his plate and put it on mine. Once he came back to the couch he looked back and forth at his plate and then at me.

"What? Demetrius It's rude to stare" I finished the rest of the wine that was in my glass and then started to eat my food

"Summer why you ain't just ask for the same thing as me if you knew you wanted it"

"Well, I ordered something different so I can have a taste of both.. Duhhh"

"Yeah iight Summer don't get fucked up"

After we finished eating I went into his kitchen and cleaned our dishes before heading back over to the couch and grabbing Meech's arm so he could get up and go with me to the room. I went into the master bathroom and ran me a bath I loved that his bathroom was included in the surround sound system.

I pulled out my phone and played my R&B playlist which happened to play "Love Cycle" By Toosii first. I then headed straight into the closet to look for something I could wear I pulled out one of his white tee's and sat it on the bed next to Meech who was now laying down with his eyes closed and his hands rested on his stomach.

"That coffin ass pose" I laughed and Meech started laughing with his eyes still closed

I climbed on top of him "Awww my baby is tired" I played with his curls I sighed "I guess you're too tired for me then"

I got off of him and dropped my robe. Which made his eyes pop open. I headed into his bathroom and slid down into the hot bath. Meech came over squatting down so we were now eye level. He leaned down and kissed me passionately. I felt one his hands grip lightly around my neck as his other hand slipped into the water. He massaged my clit which caused me to moan against his lips.
