I sat in the booth, listening to my song 'In and Outta Town' I already put this song on my album I just dropped but I always listened to my past music to see what I needed to improve on. Looking out the booth I seen Summer come in and walk over to Kayla who was on the couch with her headphones on watching her iPad. I left out the booth and sat in the chair across from the couch. "What up Baby Mama" I smiled. I can't even lie she looked good as hell. Skin was glowing, she lost mad weight but the ass was still fat and she always had a pretty face.

She sat down on the couch next to Kayla. "Nothing much Baby daddy, you working on a new album?" 

I shrugged "shit something like that maybe just dropping one song, I just dropped a album earlier last month"

Summer nodded "mhmm yeah I know" she looked at her phone that was ringing and declined the call. "Damn you listen to my music what's your favorite song" I sat back rubbing my hands together. She laughed "I don't really listen to it, Kayla asks to hear some songs so I put them on but ummm maybe "2 for 1" from the last album was my favorite" I nodded and she looked down at her phone again as it started buzzing again "Gone head and answer it.It might be important"

"Trust me, it's not"She declined it and sent someone a text. She looked annoyed now. "You Good?" I genuinely asked. She nodded but I can tell she wasn't "Yeah I'm fine, Just a lot of bullshit going on."

"Shit talk to Glizzock what's going on?"

1 Hour Later

The last hour Summer stayed in the studio and just talked. I was surprised because I haven't had a real conversation with her in a long time. She didn't really open up to much about why she was annoyed but I'm sure it was about that nigga. She mostly told me about her work and I was proud of her forreal. I wish I could take back everything I did to her.

"Okay we have to go. I have to get her ready for Church and  Easter dinner tomorrow" she stood up and Kayla ran over to me "Bye Daddy" I picked her up "Bye KayKay" she gave me a tight hug. Once Summer grabbed Kayla's hand and left out the door, the engineer and Karin walked in "You ready?" He asked taking a seat.

"Hell yeah, let's run that last beat back from earlier. Where you been at?" I asked Karin as she came and sat on my lap.

"I went out with my girls for dinner and drinks but was that your baby mama?" I nodded "Yeah that's Summer" I already knew where this conversation was about to go. "She's pretty.She looks mean" I laughed "Yeah she is kind of mean sometimes but she was cool today"

"So yall hung out all day or..?"

Herb & Taina's House| 2:30 pm
"Girl Essex and Emmy were not feeling the Easter bunny at all!" I laughed as I pulled out my phone and showed her the pictures that they took.

Nikole laughed and grabbed the phone "oh my goodness!! Look at that damn bunny I would've been crying too." She said as she handed me the phone back.

"Wait I thought you and Summer were to supposed to get the kids pictures together?" She asked me and I shrugged. "I haven't heard from Summer since we got back from the trip a week ago." Which was true. Since we left the airport I haven't heard from her. I reached out multiple times to make sure her ass was atleast alive. I knew she seen my messages because she would read them and the three  typing bubbles would show up but then eventually go away. I sent her our Easter Day event for the kids today and she liked the invitation so that was a good thing.

"I literally had to use my key to go inside of her house the day after the trip just to check on her and she snapped on me. I'm not sure what happened but Meech's car was in the driveway and the windshield was shattered. I have her location and usually just check at the end of the day that she's okay however the last two days she has turned it off. Speaking of the devil" Nikole smiled at Summer who was walking up to us.

"Well, well, well she lives" I said

The past week I didn't really want to do anything but relax and focus on work. I put my phone on do not disturb in an attempt to shut out every one. Of course it didn't work with Nikole but I expected that. Meech tried to text and call me a few times but I would decline or just ignore the calls I missed Demetrius but I was serious about him getting that shit with Brandy straightened before approaching me. I absolutely did not want to be bothered until then. I was honestly happy I went to church this morning, it was refreshing and the sermon was exactly what I needed to hear. It was about Forgiveness.

After Church we went home to change into more comfortable clothes and then headed to Taina's house. It was a struggle to get a picture of Kayla with her dress on and it was still a struggle to get her to get one with her play clothes on. "Okay whatever you can sit there just give me a smile please" She looked up giving me a cute little smile and then jumped okay pulling my hand "Okay let's go Mommy" She got excited every time we came to Taina and Herb's house because she knew she would see Essex and Emmy. "One second" I uploaded Kayla's picture onto my Instagram:

We walked to their back yard which was set up so cute for the kids. I sighed and prepared myself for the answers I would have to give as I approached my girls, who were deep in a conversation. "Well, well, well she lives" Taina said.

"Hey yall wassup?" I said as I let go of Kayla's hand and she ran straight to Nikole "Tete Nikole" she smiled like she  hasn't seen her in years. "Nah don't 'Hey Wassup' us where the hell you been?" Taina said. I shrugged "Chillll, I been at home relaxing yall it was nothing personal I promise. I just wanted to clear my head that's all. I really let that situation with Meech take me out of character and I didn't like that" Taina nodded "I understand but you could've atleast sent a text girl you had me worried".

"Well when I came over I seen how you did his windshield and I don't blame you sis" Nikole laughed as she walked over to the bouncy house with Kayla.

I went to sit down with Taina. I looked around the backyard scanning to see if I seen Meech. I could've been tripping but I could have sworn I seen his car outside. "Don't worry he's here" Taina laughed. "Who?" I said acting clueless. "Demetrius" "Girl I am not looking for him. Im just seeing who all is here" I lied.

I seen Meech laughing with Herb,Myles and Nikole as he held Kayla. Kayla asked me everyday last week where was Meech so I'm glad he was here so she wouldn't ask anymore. I sat with Taina most of the time and we caught up on our gossip. She told me how she wasn't going to Vegas for Jayson's birthday because she knew it would be wrong and I agreed. "So he didn't cheat?" I asked. She nodded "That what he said, I don't know Summer you think its a lie?" I wasn't sure because men are unpredictable. "Honestly, If he said he didn't just leave it at that. No one has come forward and confronted you about it right? So then it must not be true. I knew Markeyvius cheated on me because the girl approached me with valid proof"

"So wait did this Brandy girl have valid proof then?" She asked me. "Taina you were right there, you seen the picture she sent me" She sat up "Okay Summer but a picture of a pregnancy test doesn't mean anything. It could be fake. Do you know you're dealing with a famous man? Plenty of females will claim they slept with him or that their child is his." She definitely had a point. "All I'm saying is. She hasn't shown any real proof and then you said he used to be with her before yall started dating so the picture could be old. It's giving groupie. She could just be jealous that he kicked her ass to the curb for you."

I took in what she was saying but I couldn't focus due to the fact that Meech kept glancing over at me. "Okay let's start this egg hunt for the kids" Taina got up gathering everyone and explaining what had to be done. "Okay for the smaller children Two and under, can have a little help. I'm starting the timer NOW" She said as the kids ran around looking for the hidden eggs.

"Now Nikole what the hell are you doing?" I laughed "Be quiet I'm helping Emmy look for eggs" Her ass was so childish. I watched as Kayla and the rest of the kids put the eggs into their baskets. I was wondering why she kept looking at Meech after she caught each egg until I seen him nod his head to the left towards a table with a egg under it, his ass was helping her.

After the egg hunt ended Taina gave all of the kids prizes and easter baskets filled with candy and other toys. The last thing Kayla needed she already had a basket from me and both of her grandmothers.Meech finally came over to me and looked on the ground around me. "What are you looking at Demetrius?" I smirked "Im making sure there's no rocks around I don't want you throwing shit else at me." I laughed "Oh wow, nah I'm honestly sorry for that" He waved it off "That's lil shit Summer, I can care less about that I was more worried about losing you"

I gave him a small smile "Well it's a good thing you didn't lose me Meech" He grabbed my arm pulling me closer to him "Good because I would've had to kill whoever thought they was about to get you next"
