[Beomgyu POV]

"Finally you are here." Yeonjun said, but there's no trace of any emotion I am feeling. Why is he so calm? And why is he outside the general ward? The nurse said Icu..

"Where is he? Are you guys okay?" I asked, walking near him.

"Are you crying?" He asked, seeing my messed up face.

"Just tell!" I demanded my answer.

"Yeah, I am fine. Your boy is there in that room. Go ahead." He pointed at the room not so far from where we were standing.

Hesitatingly I push the door knob. He is lying there in bed, there is a blood stain on his shirt. His forearm is covering his face, with some bandages around his knees.

Something inside me shattered after seeing him lying in a hospital bed with bloodstains.

I harshly pulled myself out. I can't see him like that. All my efforts went into vain and my tears burst out.

I was about to collapse when Yeonjun held my shoulder preventing me from falling

"Shhshhh. What happened?" He worriedly asked.

"He...he is lying there with those bloodstains." A sob left my mouth.

"Hey hey. It's not his blood. And he just got minor injuries. You are panicking for no reason. Calm down!!" He caressed my back and I looked up to confirm that he wasn't lying.

"You aren't lying to me right?" I asked. He shook his head.

"No I'm not! Now stop being a crying mess. He is okay. Go and meet." He left me and I stood up.

Now it's embarrassing and thankfully he is okay. I was again overthinking.

"I didn't think you were the type to lose your sanity for a boy." Kai remarked and I was taken back.

"Neither did I." I shrugged off.

I went to the room again. This time he is wide awake, eyes open and looking at me. I gulped "You are up now. Good" I said.

"Surprise! I am back from the dead! Isn't it amazing." He said.

"Ohhh yeah you are still alive." I said and sat beside him in the stool.

"Don't sound so disappointed, I might think that you don't like me." He pouted.

"Unfortunately there's no way to do anything about it." I nonchalantly said.

"Fortunately you are wrong." His voice turned darker and deeper.

"May I know how?" I asked maintaining the eye contact.

"Just tell me you like me. Simple." He said and laid back to the headrest.

"Why do you think I'll tell you something which is not true?" I said.

"Hello my dear friends. I am back." Soobin came inside out of no-where.

"Yeah, ignore me." Kai gestured to me to sit on the bed and Soobin took my place.

"Shut your mouth." Kai hissed to Soobin in displeasure.

"Well I have something you surely would love to listen to from this mouth." Soobin remarked, making me confused. What can it be?

"You made our Beomgyu a crying mess. Ohhh my baby was crying so badly because he thought that you were injured very badly and these bloodstains are yours." He dramatically narrated the story and I'm controlling the urge to kill him.

"Don't worry it's not my blood." He said, looking at me. I thought he would laugh or try to tease me at least but..

Soobin's laugh filled the background. I want the earth to swallow me.

Kai kicked him in the shin and ordered him to go out.

"It's embarrassing, I should go now." I was about to stand up when he pulled me back.

"It's not and no need to go when I want you here with me." He said and I nodded.

My eyes are again welling up. Urghhh. I hate it.

"I am fine. Why are you crying now?" He wiped my tears but it's stopping.

"I know! But the tears aren't stopping." I said between my tears.

"You know, I panicked after seeing you. You were lying and all that blood made me freeze. I-i" I choked on my tears. He hugged me and I cried and cried. The fear I got at that time was still here. The fear that I may have lost him.

"I could have lost you. I don't want to. Never ever. " I said truthfully, not caring what he would think. He just listened and caressed my back.

"You never will. I am not going anywhere. Leaving you here alone is the last thing I'll do." He assured me and after some time I stopped crying.

"It's not the correct time but I can't help it. I don't know if I want to kiss you right now or push you off from the bridge for always overthinking things." He said looking in my eyes.

"Can I pick?I chose the first option." I innocently asked.

"Did you...you just agreed with me?" Shock was all written on his face.

"Ohhh I wish I could take that back." I murmured.

"No you said this and now you can't take this back." He said.

"I-" with that he smashed his lips onto mine.

We were now connected, our souls felt one with the passage of our lips. I don't care if we're inside a hospital room and if someone can see us. All I care about is this feeling blooming in my chest. It's not our first kiss, but it feels like one.

I never wanted this moment to end, afraid of the outcome. What after this kiss? What happens to us? Will it be a start or an end?
With these thoughts in mind, we pulled away to breathe.Kai smiled at me.

"So what do you say now? Still not like me?" Kai asked smugly.

"Shut up! What more answers do you need now." I said blushing. He knows it now, and is still asking me? You're such a tease Kai Kamal Huening.

"Then this is a start." Kai said and I was confused.

"Start?"

"Yes start, a start for us. Our fate connected the day I kissed you in the cafeteria..now this kiss is a start. A beautiful start for both of us." Kai said smiling, and I couldn't agree more.

This was definitely a start. A start for our overflowing feelings for each other. A start for him to push forward his feelings and a start for me to fall in love. A start for us to build our new path. Hence, our beautiful story, it starts with a Kiss."

Hello Luvs!! Finally this book comes to an end! I had so much fun writing it fr and I'll miss this book sm now. Beomkai finally got together!!

Also if y'all are wondering why Kai was in the hospital, it's because he witnessed an accident and got hurt while saving the Victim, so he was injured and the blood on his shirt was from the victim who he carried here to the hospital with the help of Yeonjun!

I'll publish an extra chapter about Taehyun and everyone's life in future! Will y'all like that?
