[Taehyun POV]

Finally, the thing I feared happened. Rejection. That's what I got after meeting Beomgyu. I already knew it's gonna happen, but it still hurts you know?

If only, if only I acted upon my feelings earlier or if Kai never entered our life, then maybe me and Beomgyu would have our happy ending without no one being hurt. But I guess this is my fate. It's not with Beomgyu.

I didn't even realise I had started shedding tears while thinking about all this. Shit, I'm crying for real aren't I?

"How pathetic." I mumbled to myself.

"Tea? You're crying?" I heard Eunbi's voice. What is she doing in my room?

"If you're wondering how I'm here, I could hear your ugly sobs from a mile away, you look so ugly while crying." She said, and it made me laugh. She really knows how to lift up the mood.

"I will agree haha. Why am I even crying?" I said, wiping off my tears as Eunbi came and sat beside me.

"Everything alright Taehyun? I've never seen you cry this hard." She said and oh god now I'm embarrassed. Choi Beomgyu, this is your fault. Now she's gonna tease me till I reach my grave.

"Well, no. I'm not fine." I said honestly. It's no use lying to her, she knows me too well and she can spot my lies easily.

"Care to spill the tea?" She asked, crossing her arms.

"Well, nothing serious. I got rejected by Beomgyu. I knew this was going to happen but it still hurts you know." I said, trying not to cry again.

I looked at her to see if she was going to make fun of me or anything, but there was an unreadable expression on her face. I have no idea what she's thinking.

"Bibi?" I asked her, not understanding what she's thinking.

"So, do I have a chance now?"

"W-what?"

"What?"

[End of Taehyun pov]

"She finally did it huh." Yuna Chuckled from behind the door.
Maybe Taehyun will get his own happy ending now, just not with Beomgyu.
