serena had texted all her friends the plan to meet at beila's. everyone was gonna go home, put their school stuff away, and head over.

she walked out to the front doors, where parker was leaning against the wall. he smiled once he saw her and pushed himself up.

she smiled back at him as the walked out the front doors and into the parking lot.

they walked up to his car, which was a black jeep.

normally serena didn't love that type of car but she loved this one.

she always said it was 'such a parker kind of car'. he would always laugh and smile.

she said it just fit him so perfectly. she threw her bag in the backseat as she hopped in the front.

parker sat down in the drivers seat as serena grabbed his aux cord. or rather her aux cord.

serena and parker had a routine. parker lived a block away from each other, so when parker got his license he picked her up and drove them to school.

once school was over, he'd take her home. sometimes, he'd stay and hang out and sometimes not.

she would always grab the aux cord and play her music (and of course some of his)

"you're still good to pick j up, right?" she asked, wurli by dominic fike started playing as parker pulled out of the parking lot.

"yup. am i still taking izzy, as well." he asked.

"yeah, that's the plan." she smiled and pulled her knees up to her chest.

"so, that kid, logan..." he started.

"what about him? he's bee's soulmate." she said, flatly, not looking up from her phone.

"no, i know. i'm just saying... where the hell is that kid from? i mean, he just appeared!" parker laughed.

serena laughed with him and turned off her phone.

"i know, it's crazy."

"do we know where he lives?"

"no, but i'm sure he lives in our giant ass neighborhood." she snorted.

"how's he gonna get there?" serena asked.

"lorenzo and i gave him our numbers. we told him we'd text him the address." parker explained, making a turn.

"wait... should we add him to the groupchat?" she asked, excitedly.

"you should probably ask beila first." he pointed out.

"good idea."
