━━ ( 27 ) THIS IS YOUR FAULT !

IMPORTANT: MUST READ BEFORE CONTINUING

hey darlings! i'm sorry for this little authors note before the chapter, but it is very important to the story.

i realized i hadn't fully explained tori's family, and they will be a good part of the next parts in this book. her brother has shown up many times and I did reference one sister, but I never explained it.

so, the photo above is a little chart of her siblings and mom. the siblings are listen in order, age wise. victoria would fit in where the little asterisks is.

the twins are in different collages, both 20 years old and in their junior year. they have their own campus apartments. the rest of the siblings are in high school. tori is a senior (17) avery is a junior (16), albion is a sophomore (15) and emma is a freshman (14). their dad passed away six years ago.

ever since their father's passing, the family has not been close. the only people who really talk and hang out with each other is victoria and albion, and sometimes emma and her mom.

that's all! thanks for reading!

VICTORIA'S HEAD BUZZED and her body flooded with coldness as she was wheeled through the emergency room in Beacon Hills Memorial Hospital. In no time her body was filled with an immediate pain that Tori had never felt before.

Stiles noticed her sudden slight head movement and looked down at the girl, holding his phone next to his ear. He had already called Tori's mom from her phone and was now talking to Scott on the phone. His friend's voice on the other end began to fade out as he saw the girl below him open her eyes.

Tori's eyes were unfocused and glossy. Stiles had never seen them so dull and lifeless, and it terrified him.

Stiles watched as Tori's light eyes wandered and rolled with no clear indication of what she was looking for. Her hair was splayed under her like a blonde colored halo. The sound of Stiles's voice beginning to talk to his friend again seemed to bring her back to awareness and her gaze settled on his worried eyes.

Tori opened and closed her mouth as though she wanted to speak, but couldn't manage to find the right words. Beads of sweat had started to form on her forehead as she finally let out a heavy moan, closing her eyes in pain.

"Tori," Stiles spoke out with his voice quivering.

Tori opened her eyes again as she looked up at Stiles. He looked down at his friend with tears brimming in his eyes.

"Stiles?"

Tori's voice was labored and breathy as if it took her a tremendous effort to speak.

Stiles ran his fingers up and down Tori's arm carefully. "I'm here. You're gonna be okay."

Tori looked away from the boy as her pain began to become unbearable for her. Her eyes raked up and down her body in search of what was causing her pain. She noticed the streaks of blood seeping through her damp hoodie.

The sight made panic claw it's way up her throat. The world spun and she dug her nails into her palms. She was hurt.

Stiles hung up his phone and stayed next to Tori's side through the hallways. She let her eyes flutter shut as she didn't want to see her blood covered sweater anymore and fell unconscious again. She almost looked as though she could simply be sleeping, but the blood soaking into her sweater reminded Stiles otherwise.

"Oh my goodness!"

Stiles took his eyes off the girl as he looked up to see a group of five people looking over at Tori. He knew that the tall, blonde haired boy was Tori's brother, and assumed that three other women were somehow related to her, the tallest one being her mother. He recognized the brown haired girl as Tori's best friend Luna.

Sadie, Tori's mom, rushed over to the wheeling chair with Luna hot on her heels as they stood by Tori's side next to Stiles. Both of them broke out into tears.

Luna kept a firm grip on Tori's hand as they barreled through the doors that read 'Employees Only' where they were met by a swarm of nurses and doctors stating hundreds of things all at once. Hands were on her, Stiles and Tori's mother, taking them out of the room. A lady pried Luna's fingers loose from her best friend's.

"She has to go into surgery. You can't go with her." a nurse told them calmly as they tried to guide them toward a bay of chairs where other concerned people sat staring into space.

Stiles looked around as he realized he hasn't been here in a while. He used to constantly be in that same room waiting for his injured friends. He and his friends had not encountered any supernatural problems for the past six months. The only reason he would recently come to the hospital was to stalk his dad working on a case or visit Melissa with Scott.

Sadie fought back. They wouldn't separate her from her daughter. They couldn't take Tori away from her.

Threats and curses spilled out of her as she kicked at the air as the people who held her by her arms kept pulling her further from the doors. They were speaking and trying to reason with her, but she didn't care. Mrs. Dario knew that ever since her husband's death, when people disappeared into those doors, they didn't come back.

Sadie cried, "I have to be with her!" She sank to the floor as her kids comforted her.

Luna turned around and moved her gaze from the double doors onto Stiles, who eyes were already glued onto her. She noticed that a group of Tori's friends from school were already behind him, asking for details of what happened.

Allison was the first, and she was practically startling the boy with the amount of pressure she put into her questions. Lydia held her hand and had the same expression on her face. Scott, Kira and Isaac trailed behind them.

Luna clenched her jaw and walked over to the group, making her way towards Stiles. His friends watched as she grabbed onto the collar of his damp sweater, wet from the rain outside. She pulled and pushed him onto the nearest wall of the waiting room, his face filled with shock. His tear filled eyes looked at her as his friends stood behind Luna.

"Luna, what are you doing?" Allison's voice cracked as she stared at them in shock.

"Listen to me, you fucking asshole." Luna began, her face so close to Stiles' that he could feel her warm gum-scented breathe on his face. She stood on her toes so she reached his height.

"This is you're fault. You fucking caused her a lot of pain already and it hasn't even been a month since she's gone to your school. I swear, if anything happens to her, I'm gonna put you in one of these rooms myself." Luna spat, glaring at the boy. She let go of him, making her way over to Tori's family.

Stiles leaned against the wall, knowing that everything Luna said was true.
