Chapter = 7

Ishan and Shanaya arrived at the hotel lobby and took their plate full of food. They chatted through out the dinner about anything and everything. While chatting they shared their food with each other even fed eachother. Someone who noticed them at the corridor kept his one eye on them and observed their relationship.

Finished their dinner they kept the plates at the bin and took steps towards their room. Ishan pressed the button of the lift and the door opened both entered and waited for their floor to arrived, suddenly Shanaya remembered something and asked ,"Ish .. tumne Shubman ke saath baat ki? Uska mood thik hai?" Ishan turned towards her and smiled.

"Ha .. wo bilkul dukhi nahi tha .. main hi pagal tha jo wo sab soch raha tha " Ishan allowed a smile to appear on his lips. Shanaya also smiled in relief. Slowly the lift stopped at their floor and the door opened. They came out from the lift and stood before their hotel room.

"Thank you Ishan ... it was pleasure to meet you!!" Shanaya said and smiled ear to ear. Ishan witnessing her smilling smiled widely and nodded ,"Same here ... looking forward to the next one" Shanaya nodded and said ," Sure ... next match tum logo ka Bengaluru mein hai ... waha jake ghumenge " Ishan's eyes lit up thinking about it only. He agreed and both of them bid goodbyes and entered their rooms.

Next day at Kohli Mansion:-

The young Kohli was sleeping soundly when her alarm rang loudly making her groan in her sleep. Taking the clock in her hand Vaani looked at it. It's showing 7 in the morning. Putting ut back in It's previous place she got up from the bed and went to do her morning routine.

After few minutes she came out being fresh and energetic. Taking her phone she exited her room and went to the living room where her brother was trying to feed Vamika something. But the little one was adamant to have anything. She's been throwing tantrums and Virat was handling her with patience.

The aggressiveness he shows on the field went far away when he's with Vamika. Vaani admired the scene with an apple in her hand. Suddenly Vamika noticed her and crawled towards her,"Boo" Vamika called her and opened her arms for Vaani to pick her up.

Yes Vamika calls Vaani "Boo" cause when she was 2 she couldn't pronounce bua so she started calling her boo ... and from that time till now she calls her boo only. Vaani smiled at her and picked her up. Vamika put her head on Vaani's chest and played with Vaani's hair.

Viray got up and took steps towards them ,"Vami beta ... you have to eat something ... you haven't finished your breakfast " but Vamika hid her head on Vaani's neck and yelled ,"Nahi .. wo khana ghanda hai " She said in her baby voice.

Vaani awwed then said ," To fir kya khayegi Vami?" Vamika hearing her bo looked up and said with excitement ," pancakes " Virat sighed and Vaani laughed.

"Par kaun banayga? Anushka toh ghar nahi hai" Virat again sighed Vaani looked at him in confusion,"Arey uski naani bimer hai isliye subhe gayi hai ... launch tak aa jaygi" Vaani nodded getting the information.

Then Suddenly she remembered Shubman was still was sleeping and that guy knows how to cook ," Vami pancakes chahiye nah *she nodded* toh ek kam karna parega" a mischievous grin appeared on her lips.

Here Shubman was sleeping peacefully without knowing what is waiting for him, Vaani and Vamika entered in his room carefully then stood before his sleeping figure.

He looked so cute while sleeping. Vaani was almost lost by his beauty when Vamika nudged her. She shook her head then went near his ear then shouted her lungs out ,"GOOD MORNING "

The poor lad woke up being scared ," ahh" he sat up on his bed and put his one hand on his chest and the other one on his ear. The two female high-fived with eachother and laughed.

Shubman looked at both of them in disbelieve then got up from the bed. He went and picked up Vamika and spinned her in the air. She laughed her heart out. Vaani also joined in the laughing then said ," Accha shun ... uth jaya hai toh pancakes bana de"

She said to him as if he was meant to make it ,"Kya? tum dono ne mujhe isliye uthaya?" he looked at them in annoyance.

They both nodded then Vamika came out from his hold and said," Please chachu .. mamma ghar nahi hai aur hame bhuk lagi hai ... papa aur boo ko khana bana na nahi aata ... mai bhuka nahi rehna chahti" She pouted while Shubman melted by her baby voice.

"Alright then give me some time ... I'll freshen up then cook for you" Shubman said while Vaani and Vamika jumped in victory then left the room. Shubman only admired them and thought to himself how a 27 years old female can behave like Vamika !! He laughed upon his thoughts.

He headed towards the washroom and did his morning routine. Coming out from the washroom he made his way over the kitchen were Virat was standing with hands on his hips and the girls were busy watching "Doreamon".

[My fav show ... But what do you prefer Doreamon or ShinChan ?]

Shubman approached Virat and asked," Tusi ki kar rahe ho?" Virat turned to face him then said ," meri kudi pancakes khana chahati hai" he clapperclawed his hair while answering Shubman.

Shubman chuckled at his state and volunteered,"Bhai tussi rehne do ... main kar lunga !!" Virat got surprised hearing him and asked ,"Tujhe aata hai!!" Shubman nodded and started preparing for pancakes and Virat watched him and tried to learn.

Few minutes later the odor of the pancakes spread through out the house. Vamika jump down from the couch and stood before the kitchen counter. Virat picked her up and put her on the counter. Vamika pretended to inhaled the scent and said ," You cook good chachu ... This smells exactly like mumma"

Shubman smiled and patted her head and started to serve the food into plates. Virat helped Vamika to came down then helped Shubman to brought the food to the table. Vaani was too engrossed into the cartoon to come to eat.

Virat and Vamika sat on their seats and started to eat while Shubman took his and Vaanis on his plate and was about to leave when Vamika complimented," You do cook super well chachu " Shubman smiled then thanked her and left to where Vaani was.

" I wish you were my own uncle " Vamika said in whispered but Virat heard her and patted her head, Vamika got busy in eating but her words did something to Virat but he remained silent.

Here Shubman came and took the next seat of Vaani. She perceiving his presence faced him and smiled Shubman reciprocated her gesture and forward the plate she took it and they started to eat in silence.

But the created atmosphere was bothering Vaani so she broke the silence by saying ," Tujhe pata hai na aaj meri date hai?" Shubman stopped on his track and looked up to face her.

The brunet nodded hearing her then went back to eating. He wasn't showing but deep down he was hurt terribly. He couldn't even think of Vaani getting married to another man. But he has promised himself that if the guy is good and Vaani likes him then he will back of.

"Khane ke baad mere kamre me aana ... is date ko thodne ka plan banayenge " said Vaani while eating her pancake. The brunet got shocked by her words the denied," Bilkul nahi ... teko pata toh haina ki aunty jo bhi karegi tere bhalai ke liye hi karegi ... to kyu yesab?"

In an irritating voice Vaani said ," Tu mera dost hai ki mummy ka chamcha? sun le saadi toh main usse hi karungi jisse mai pyaar karungi aur rahi baat mammy ki toh bhai sambhal lenge "

"Filhal toh wo teko sambhal ne se rahe" Shubman murmured and Vaani shot him a glare to which Shubman laughed nervously.

In a brief moment:-

Vaani and Shubman entered in Vaani's room and discussed about their plan. They rehearsed many times and didn't stopped untill they were perfect. And on the other hand Virat arrange the meeting with the boy and send the location and timing to Vaani.

Around 4:30 :-

Here Vaani was getting ready and Shubman was sitting outside in the living room. Vaani inside the room was sulking as her bhabhi just told her to wear something traditional. She stood before her wardrobe while thinking what to wear.

Then her eye fell on a yellow sharara. She took it out from thr cupboard and placed it on the bed then observed the dress. Suddenly a thought came in her mind like what will Shubman's reaction would be after seeing her in this dress?.

Strange right? yes it is. Vaani was herself congused why she's been imagining everything with Shubman, "Is this how it feels when you like someone" Vaani thought.

Shrugging her thoughts she quickly took a shower then wore her outfit. She unwillingly did some makeup to at least look presentable. Not that she's ugly but to look like she's eager to meet the boy.

When she was done with her dress and all she grabbed her purse and exited the room.

In the living room Shubman and Virat were chatting upon some cricketing stuff and Anushka was trying to teach Vamika something. Vaani entered the room and cleared her throat to grab their attention to which she successed.

Anushka smiled looking at her then went to hug her,"You look stunning Vans ... Ladka toh yu pasand kar le" Vaani gave a faje smile to her then looked at Virat.

" You remember bhai .. You gifted me this with your first salary " Virat smiled widely while nodding his head in agreement ," And you told me that you'll wear it for you first date " Vaani's smile dropped but she gave another fake smile.

Virat sensed it then said ," Dekh ... you don't have to force yourself ... Go meet him if you don't like him then I'll speak yo mum regarding it ... Don stress yourself ... okay baccha?" Vaani nodded.

She then approached Shubman who was stunned looking at her and didn't noticed when she came ," Tadna bandh kar " Vaani smirked.

Shubman came to his sense hearing her then scratched his neck in embarrassment," K-kaha ? tad nahi raha tha !!" Others laughed at his reaction then Vamika said ," Boo ... acchi lag rahi ho" Vaani smiled then was about to say something but Vamika cut ," Pehli baar"

Virat and Shubman laughed hearing her while Anushka scold her," Teri toh ... baadmash !!" Vaani tickled her till she was out of breath then put her down ," Abhi jaa rahi hoon par wapas ake chodungi nahi"

Shubman took the car keys and both left ," Tumhe ab bhi lagta hai kuch nahi chalraha?" Anushka clicked her tounge ," Nahi ... ab toh mujhe bhi lagne laga hai ... par agar wo kehdete hai toh hum mana thodi karenge !!! Shub toh accha ladka hai nah ??"

Virat sighed then hugged Anushka and said ," Pata nahi"
