You know what I just realized? That on sept. 25, it will be a year since I started this random book. And that realization makes me think: man, I should step on it. I should finish this one and start another one. I mean, I should. It's almost been a year, and that's too long for me.

Anyways, I'm sure none of you are asking this, but what's new with me? Well, I've started swimming and band back up, and school starts next week. My schedule's about to get a lot busier than it is now, but it'll keep me from going insane, so I'm sort of thankful for the chaos. In the area of writing, I've taken a little break until a few days ago. On that day, I decided to rewrite "the run-in," deleted and re-wrote a chapter in The Beneath, started a new story, and just started writing again. Hopefully that streak continues and I finish this book before the date that marks a year, but that'll only happen if my schedule allows. Let's all hope it does.

Is anything new with any of you?

It's been a loooong week and I'm ready to be done with it, but there's still three days to go. Hopefully I'll get to sleep in tomorrow and have some time to myself, plan some stuff out, and write, but we'll see.

How does one end a chapter? I may never know.
