her phone nearly fell out of her hands as she read Geonu's text— fingers scrambling to find the call button.

"hello?" the older boy answered with a small laugh.

"HYUNG! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SOONER?!" she cried out, feeling betrayed.

Geonu laughed once more at her outburst. "trust me, i asked our manager but he said you have too many friends and they were all bound to find out. i called you as soon as i was allowed to, sangie,"

NaRi pouted, though she knew Geonu wasn't able to see her. "well... i'm very happy for you regardless! who are your members? how's the team? how's the company been treating you? how many-"

"sangie!" he cut the girl off.

"oh- hm?"

"i asked if you could come to the company to meet my members. they said you could if you want to and if you're allowed-"

"these men don't control me."

Geonu laughed at her statement. "of course, they've never been able to."

yeah they can't control that jen bitch and get her account removed, either ... man i wish her she'd get deleted already.

"you know me so well. but yes! i'd love to go! just text me the address and i'll be on my way!"

Geonu smiled, "okay, sangie~ how's your schedule this week?"

"hm... practices everyday.. some promotions filming... wednesday i'm free?"

"that actually works out perfectly!"

NaRi squealed from happiness, "yay! okay, i'll see you then!"

"bye hyungs!"

"where do you think you're going-"
"this bitch always got somewhere to be,"
"uh?"
"guys-"
"AGAIN?!"
"she is never home,"

she turned around, seeing six boys standing in a straight line staring at her, their arms crossed as they tapped their foot.

she grinned, "i'm going to meet Geonu hyung's group members,"

"HE'S DEBUTING?!" they all exclaimed in unison.

she chuckled, "...yes?"

their jaws all dropped, "how come we weren't aware?!"

"hm.. oh! yeah! he asked if he could tell me and he fi~nally got permission to. i've know since like... sunday,"

the boys, once again concurrently, rolled their eyes in annoyance, laughing afterwards.

"i already told you it was okay, Nanie. yes you're good to go," JungWon said, the boys' heads all whipping towards the leader.

"you knew she was gonna go out?!"
"yes... i always do," he said, as it it was the most obvious thing in the world.
the boys groaned, knowing they weren't able to fight against both JungWon and NaRi's words— finally accepting the girl's plans for the afternoon. they placed a kiss on her forehead as they gave her a hug, the girl holding a smile on her face the entire time.

she opened the door after hearing a honk outside, "that should be manager hyung, i'll be going now!"

"STAY SAFE!"
"SAY HI TO HIM FOR ME!"
"REMEMBER NO ONE LOVES YOU AS MUCH AS I-"
*closes door behind her*

she laughed at HeeSeung's exclaim, walking down towards their managers' car.

"hi, hyung," she greeted.
"hi, Na.. where'd you say we're going today?"
"here.." she mumbled, typing in the address Geonu had texted her two days prior. "you remember Lee Geonu from I-Land?"
"mhm?" the older replied, a questioning tone in his sound.
"he's debuting! he asked if i could go and meet his team and see him, so that's why i asked," she replied, a smile in her words as her legs swung back and forth.
the manager simply smiled down at the young girl, nodding before following the gps towards BlueDot Entertainment.

a few minutes passed and the pair arrived. Geonu's group's manager was notified NaRi would be coming with her manager, so they instantly recognized the masked man standing in front of the door.

the two stepped out of the car, soon arriving in front of the other man.

"hello, i'm assuming you're.."
"ENHYPEN's Kim NaRi, it's nice to meet you!" she greeted, bowing towards the older male.
"and i'm ENHYPEN's manager, it's very nice to meet you, thank you for allowing her to come today,"
"oh, it's no problem! Geonu has been rambling about how he wants to see his NaRi. i simply found a good time to bring someone in.."
the duo laughed, "why won't you come inside? i can take you where the boys are,"

the group's manager showed the duo through parts of the building, eventually taking them to another floor.

"this is where the boys are, they wanted to meet in a more 'official' place," he laughed, NaRi joining in.
"you can go in! we'll be in the next room," her manager told her, NaRi nodding.
"have fun!"

NaRi took a deep breath before twisting the doorknob, the loud conjunction of make voices quietening after the door's click sounded.

"manager-nim i had a- NARI 선배님?!?!" a loud voice exclaimed from the table, the unfamiliar boy shot up from the table after seeing the idol.

the others followed suit, two of the six laughing as the remaining four rapidly bowed after they'd stood up. NaRi's eyes widened as she saw the scene before her unfold, the girl beginning to bow towards the boys in return.

one of the tallest boys spoke first, "he..llo.. NaRi senior, it's nice to meet you," his voice remained quiet, trailing off at the end as he was still at a loss for words.

she giggled, attention being stolen by two voices exclaiming, "SANGIE!"
the girl turned her head to the side, eyes landing on who she'd come for, and someone she never thought to see so soon.

"GEONU AND JIMIN HYUNG?" her little legs ran to where the two stood, the three soon encased in a group hug. "i never knew you came with Geonu hyung?!" she asked JiMin, the older smiling.
"it was a surprise to us too, but here we are!"

she pulled away, looking at Geonu after her and JiMin's conversation, "i missed you so much, Sangie," he confessed, the girl smiling under her mask.
"i did too, hyungie,"

the other four watched with astonished eyes, still not believing the girl they'd all looked up to for a year now was in front of them— in their entertainment's building, in real life, in front of them. their minds were jumbled at this moment.

she stepped away from the two familiar boys, smiling before she began to bow at the four others. "nice to meet you, i'm Kim NaRi of ENHYPEN,"

the boys' eyes widened once more, all beginning to reject her greeting. "no, please don't, 선배님, it's such an honor to meet you," another tall male said.

"you guys should introduce yourself," Geonu told the younger boys, the rest agreeing.

"i'm Lim Ji Min, very nice to meet you, 선배님,"
"JiMin," she whispered, repeating his name so it'd stick to memory.
"i'm Song Byeong Hee, i'm a very big fan!"
the girl giggled at his introduction, "thank you very much,"
"i'm Jeon Do Yum, 선... 선배님.." he trailed off, still wowed at the fact NaRi was in front of him.
"DoYum," she repeated.
"i'm the youngest of our team, Kim Sang Woo," the final boy introduced himself, the boy also in shock at the fact that he was looking at his favourite female idol.

she smiled at the group, "again, it's very nice to meet you all,"
"Sangie, sit down, what are we doing standing?"
NaRi slightly chuckled, following Geonu's orders.

the group plus NaRi sat at the table in the middle of the room, the girl sitting between her two hyungs.

"so.. tell me about yourselves!" she said to the still unfamiliar boys, the four becoming somewhat flustered under the attention she held on them.

about an hour of NaRi and the boys getting to know eachother passed, the girl remembering the small gift she'd brought earlier.
"oh! i brought you all something, i'll be back,"
before the boys could hold her back, NaRi was already on her way to the room next door.

she lightly knocked on it, "come in!" heard from the inside.
she opened the door, "hyung, can i have the boxes?" she asked her manager.
"okay~" he responded, standing up and handing the two boxes to the girl, "he said it's okay, by the way,"
the girl looked at the boys' manager, the older nodding in approval, "they've been on slight diets for about a month, this shouldn't be bad for them," he smiled at the girl, nodding his head.

she bowed her head, walking out of the room. she walked back towards the room where the group sat, a small smile on her face as she did so. she knocked on the door, SangWoo being the one to open it for her.

she slightly stepped in, hiding the boxes she held behind the door.
"i have something for you all, to somewhat help celebrate your debut!"

the boys all immediately began shaking their hands and heads no, "you didn't have to-"
"but i wanted to, and it's literally not anything big. so don't flip out about it,"

she stepped in with the box of donuts and one with macaroons, "i don't know if all of you like donuts or macaroons.. and if you don't please just pretend to and i'll do better next time! but please, enjoy!" she said as she placed the boxes on the table in front of the boys, the six all looking at her with, once again, astonished eyes.

"you didn't-"
"don't worry about it! it's not much and i apologize-"
"no no, it's more than you had to do, just you being here means the world to us, 선배-"
"and that too, we've met eachother and have gotten to know eachother, so you can drop the honorifics with me,"
"but you're-"
"no buts! please! i'm so much younger than you hyungs, please just call me by my name,"

the four new 'hyungs' blushed at the honorific she used with them, knowing the girl used it with her male friends.

never in a million years did they think they'd be Kim NaRi's 'hyungs'.

the boys gratefully smiled at the girl, bowing towards her once again, "thank you for the gift, we'll enjoy it well,"

"actually.. you don't know our name yet! should we do our temporary introduction?"
"yes!" the boys all agreed, standing in a line beside their eldest hyung.

"two, three," their leader began.
"hello, we are JUSTB!"

"waaaa!" she exclaimed, rapidly clapping with a smile on her face, "Lim JiMin hyung, you're the leader?"
he nodded in confirmation, "wait, you never told me your stage names or your positions! i want to know!"

"i'll start," Geonu said after they all sat down. "my name is Geonu, i'm the eldest hyung, main vocalist, and i'm in charge of speaking English,"
"oo~ very nice, hyung,"

"i'm Lim Jimin, i'm JUSTB's leader, main dancer and vocalist, and i'm in charge of visuals and being center,"
"oo~ all rounder~"

"i'm Bain, i'm also lead vocalist and main dancer, and i'm the multilingual, and sometimes producer, of our team!"
"ooo! what languages do you speak?!" she asked, suddenly excited.
"not as many as you, of course, but Korean, English, Mandarin, and Japanese!"
"oo~ i'm excited to see your success~"
"we'll always be grateful for your support~"

"i'm JM, i'm the team's sub-vocalist and visual, and you already know more about me, Sangie,"
"indeed i do, hyung,"

"i'm DY, i'm JUSTB's main dancer and rapper, and i'm a sub-vocalist!"
"wa~ another all-rounder!"

"i'm SangWoo, the teams main dancer, sub-vocalist, and maknae! i'm in charge of making choreographies for the group,"
"oo~ we should collab one day," she said, with a sly wink— causing the older maknae to become flustered. she chuckled.

"this was so much fun!"
"you think we could show her?"
she became confused at JiMin's question towards Geonu, the elder nodding while shrugging.

"what's the worst that could happen if we do? she leaks it?"

"hey, Sangie,"
"yes, hyungie?"
"you wanna watch our music video?"
her eyes widened in shock, "are you sure-"
"of course! it will be released in a week, it's okay!"
she hesitated, "if it's okay with you all.. i'd be honored to,"

the boys all cheered, Lim JiMin's face holding a bright smile as he pulled up the video on his phone to show the girl.

the boys' faces were a few shades darker after she finished her mindless ramble, various 'thank yous' said to the girl.

"wow."

it took the girl upwards of ten minutes to recover from the music video, the boys starting to get concerned at one point.
"Sangie?"
"hm?"
"you okay?"
"no. not at all."
"what do yo-"
"you all look so good! ugh. i can't. i can't."
the boys laughed at her praises again, all becoming shy at the idol's words.

"hm.. can i ask something?" Bain asked the girl once she was fully recovered.

"yes, of course!"

"we've all been wondering this.. but how do we live as idols? i don't really know how to say it.."
"i understand what you're trying to say, and.. you just kinda do it. there are expectations from every set of eyes looking at you. your company, your fans, knetz, international people, everyone. there isn't really a book of rules to follow.. if there was that'd be boring. but, you will get hate. no matter what— even if you're following every little thing your company tells you verbatim, you'll get hate. you can NOT let that get to you, a lot of the hate will be from miserable people who have nothing better to do with their lives,"

with this, NaRi began giving the boys lessons and advice on the debuted idol life. though her own debut wasn't that long ago, she'd loads of experience after living the life she'd lived— going on countless concerts, knowing and having personal, close relationships with so many idols, everything imaginable. the girl had so many tips and tricks on how to live the idol life up her sleeve, she could write a trilogy with what she knew.

the boys listened intently to the girl's advice, taking in every bit and piece as they all knew this wasn't an everyday occurance. they knew bits of what'd happened to NaRi so far— though she was so much younger than them, they looked up to her, respected her as a 선배님 because of her strength and ability to continue living in the spotlight, under the pressure she did.

"Na? we have to go now," her manager peeped his head into the room, smiling at the members.
"aw," she pouted, "let me get a picture with the group, please?"
"of course,"

she smiled as the boys all stood to stand around her, the seven posing in front of her phone which her manager held.

"before you go.. the boys begged me to give you something," the boys' manager said to the girl as she was hugging Lim JiMin goodbye.

"hm?" she asked, confused.

the manager held out a box, NaRi's eyes widening as she was able to recognize what it was immediately.
"no, oh my goodness, i can't take this," she tried rejecting the gift.

this resulted in whining from the boys.
"please, NaRi!"
"it'd mean so much to us!"
"please!"

she gave in after hearing their pleads. "thank you so much, i'll treasure this,"

"and.. one more favor.. if you wouldn't mind," JM said, searching in a filing cabinet for something.

she slightly laughed as he brought out two awfully familiar squares.
"will you sign these for us, Sangie?" JM asked.
"of course i will,"

she signed a border day one album and a border carnival album, drawing small hearts around her signature and a small message on each one as well.

she hugged the members goodbye once more, exchanging phone numbers and finally stepping out of the room, on her way back to the dorms.
