And didn't want to third wheel on a trip with the Bayern players.

"Hey love," Gio smiled as he watched Avalon jump into his arms,

"Hi G," Avalon grinned as she placed a kiss on his lips,

"How was the flight?" The midfielder asked as he let her down on the ground,

"Really quiet, I was the youngest person there." The striker let out a laugh as she placed her bag on the ground,

"I'm glad you're here," the brunette confessed as he watched Budderball walk into the living room,

"Why are you so excited?" The blonde asked curiously as she looked at the boy's grin.

"I missed you, and you'll never believe who moved to sign with Dortmund," Gio grinned as he still couldn't believe that he had a friend from back home at the club,

"Who," Avalon cocked her head as she wondered who could be so important,

And why it wasn't her.

"Mason from New York, she is interning for the year." The midfielder explained with a smile,

"That's like so great," the striker nodded as she wasn't impressed,

Avalon disliked the girl with a passion, Mason had liked Gio since the moment she saw him with Avalon,

Mason had tried getting with Gio in any way possible to the point where she gave his girlfriend the wrong location for her birthday leaving Avalon in the woods for five hours,

She was beyond pissed off ever since.

"She is working on something with us next week," the brunette explained,

"Us?" The blonde cocked her head as she didn't want to see Mason anytime soon,

"Yeah, they said if you wanted to come in and say hi then you'd be more than welcome to," Gio spoke calmly as he clearly didn't notice the girls now annoyed mood,

"I can't wait," Avalon let out a squeal as she smiled,

"You're being sarcastic," the midfielder smiled as he instantly caught onto the girl,

"I'm so excited I just can't contain myself," the striker quickly covered herself up as she didn't want the boy to realise that she wasn't happy,

"I'm happy you're happy," the brunette smiled as he placed a kiss on the girl's cheek before leaving the room,

"Is this man blind or something?" The blonde let out a groan as she heard the door shut,

"What was that?" Gio asked as he poked his head out,

"Nothing I just got scared when Budderball came out." Avalon quickly pointed to the cat who turned to them.

Gio dragged Avalon to a restaurant as he wanted her to see someone,

"Come on it will be fun!" Gio groaned as he pulled the girl out of the car,

It didn't go through his mind that if she was putting up a fight that it may be because she doesn't want to go

"I wanted to stay and watch Gossip Girl," Avalon mumbled as she wanted to avoid the day at all costs,

"I know but it's only for a short bit of time," the midfielder placed a kiss on her lips,

"If I don't enjoy this you will know," the striker warned as she pointed her finger at him,

"She's in here," the brunette pulled her into the diner and pointed to the girl who sat in a booth.

"Oh hell no," she thought to herself as she watched Mason waved at them,

"Hi it's so good to see you, Ava," Mason smiled as she walked over and pulled her into a hug.

"You too," the striker nodded as she bit her tongue,

She was constantly reminding herself that she was doing it for Gio so she had to be nice,

"If you will excuse me I need to get a drink," she added pulling herself away as she wanted a milkshake,

"Hey, how are you?" Brinley asked as she picked up her phone to see that Avalon was calling her,

"Mason is here," Avalon explained in a pissed off mumble.

"Wait as in that Mason," the older girl's eyes went wide at the thought,

"Yeah," the younger girl nodded as she picked at her nails.

"What is she doing?" The beauty therapist asked knowing the history her sister had with the girl.

"Flirting with Gio," the footballer glared as she watched her milkshake get made,

"Does that bitch not know who his girlfriend is?" Brinley let out a scoff forgetting that Fin was sat behind her listening to the whole conversation,

He was a Scottish baby so it shouldn't be too surprising.

"Obviously not," Avalon rolled her eyes as she slightly smiled enjoying being able to gossip to her sister.

"I need to get going but chat to you soon?" She added realising that the milkshake was now made so it would be weird if she was still standing there.

"Of course, keep me updated." The older girl asked softly as she listened to the line go dead.
