After everything that has happened with the last few days with Heather I decided it's time for her to get out of the house and do something instead of sitting in her room depressed. That's why today I'm taking her to the mall so we could hang out together. Stepping out of my car I walked up to her front door and knocked. Next thing I knew I see her mom at the front door.

"Hi Mrs. Edwards is Heather ready to go?" I asked her probably already knew the answer.

"Oh I'm not sure. She said she was getting ready." Heather's mom says shrugging her shoulders.

She then moves aside and allows me inside where I took my shoes off first. Walking up to Heather's room I knocked on the door.

"Go away." I hear her say from behind the door.

"Are you seriously not ready?" I asked opening the door.

"I said go away." Heather says and I shook my head.

"Not until you get up and get dressed bestie." I said sitting next to her on her bed.

"I don't feel like going anywhere. I just want to stay in bed at home all day." My best friend says pulling the covers over her face.

"Look," I said yanking the blankest off of her making her pout. "I know you're still grasping on what happened at the party but you can't keep holding onto that."

"Yes I can." Heather says yanking the covers back over herself.

"No you can't. It will make you even more depressed and you'll start to isolate yourself and I don't want to lose my best friend." I said getting under the covers with her.

"What the hell Lo." Heather says glaring at me.

"I. Don't. Want. To. Lose. You." I said shaking her with every word.

"I-I-just." Heather stammers over her words.

"You what?" I asked her waiting for an answer.

"I just can't get over it. H-how can someone just take advantage of a girl like that." Heather says shaking her head.

"I don't know maybe a person who is just sick in the head. I love you Heather. I consider you my damn sister for the love of god. Okay." I said with sincerity in my tone.

"Awww I love you too." Heather says pulling me into a hug.

"Good now get up and get dressed." I said then got out of her bed and left her room.

Heading back downstairs I sat in the living room and waited for Heather to get ready. Finally after waiting some time I see her walk down the stairs dressed.

"Yay you're dressed now come on." Lori says pulling me to her car by my hand.

"I'm coming okay." I said to her trying to pull away.

Once we got outside we got in Lori's car and we fastened our seatbelt. Finally she starts the car and we were off to the mall. Arriving at the mall we got out of her car and walked inside. The first store we went inside of was a clothing store. Like always Lori and I went our separate ways as we looked around.

"So do you want to come to my house to go swimming?" Lori asked looking through clothes.

"Ehh I don't know." I shrugged.

"Oh come on please?" Lori begs.

"Okay fine." I say rolling my eyes and smiled.

"Yay." Lori says clapping her hands together.

"You are such a child." I tell my bestie as I shook my head.

"Oh you love me." Lori smiles.

"Sadly I do." I laughed rolling my eyes.

Lori laughs then hooks her arm in mine as we continued to walk around the store. Once we didn't find anything we absolutely liked we left. The next store we went to was a store that sold swimsuits that were so cute. As we started to look around I see a cute multicolored fruit bikini set.

"You should get it it's cute." Lori says nodding.

"Okay." I nodded.

Once I found my size I continued to look around with Lori. After about twenty more minutes Lori and I walked to the cash register where we paid for our new swimsuits. Finally we left the store and continued to walk around to different stores. About an hour passed before we left the mall to Lori's car. Arriving at Lori's house she parks and we headed inside.

"You can change in my bathroom I'll change in my room." Lori says as we walked to her room.

"Okay." I said and nodded.

Walking into Lori's bathroom I stripped out of my clothes and put on the swimsuit I had bought earlier. Once I was done I walked into Lori's room to see her in her bikini she bought. She then hands me a towel and we walk back to her pool.

We put our towels down then I got in the pool with Lori behind me.

"This feels good." Lori says leaning against the wall.

"Yes it does." I nodded my head in agreement.

"You know what sounds good." Lori says and I looked at her.

"What?" I asked her.

"A Subway sandwich." Lori says smiling.

"True," I nodded.

"Let's go after we get out." Lori suggested.

"Good with me." I nodded shrugging.

The two of us talked while we swam around the pool. After about thirty minutes Lori and I got in the jacuzzi then sat back relaxing.

"I want a puppy." Lori says out of random.

"Me too." I nodded in agreement.

"What kind?" Lori asked looking at me.

"A Labrador." I smiled.

"I've always wanted a beagle." Lori says shrugging.

"I like those too." I smiled and nodded,

"They are so cute." Lori says smiling.

"They are." I nodded agreeing with her.

Lori and I laughed and talked for another hour and a half before we got out and dried off. Walking back inside I went to Lori's bathroom and changed back into clothes. I hung my swimsuit up to dry in the bathroom then followed Lori out to her car. We got inside fastening our seatbelt then she drove to Subway. Once we got there Lori parks the car and got out heading inside.

"Hi welcome to Subway." The employee says from behind the counter.

"Hi can I get the meat trio on white bread with lettuce, cheese, mayo, pickles and mustard please." I said to the lady who nods and begins to make my sandwich.

As my sandwich was being made I followed her every move to make sure she made it how I wanted it. Finally when everything was inside the lady wrapped it up then put the sandwich inside of a bag.

"Would you like a drink?" The worker asked me.

"Yea please." I nodded.

The lady handed nods and hands me a cup then ring sup my total. After paying I grabbed my sandwich along with a bag of Lays and went to the soda machine. I filled up my cup then sat down. Once Lori pays for her food she sits down and we began to eat.

"Mmm so good." Lori says biting her sandwich.

"Mhmm." I nodded chewing.

"Good thing we decided to come here after we got out of the pool." Lori says shrugging.

"Mhmm." I said again and nodded while chewing.

"Is that all you're gonna say?" Lori asks rolling her eyes.

"Mhmm." I nodded while chewing and laughed.

"Okay." She nods going back to eating.

I laughed then we started talking about random things. Once we finished eating we got up and threw out trash away then got back in the car and drove back to Lori's place. Lori and I sat in her living room watching a movie when my phone rings. I looked to see my mom calling me.

madré💕☺️💋 - well I had to go to work so I left the key under the mat

After I hung up with my mom I laid down with my head in Lori's lap and dosed off.

Waking up I opened my eyes to look around to see Lori not there so I kinda got scared.

"Lori!" I called out.

"Kitchen." She says from the kitchen.

Letting out a sigh of relief I got up and went to the kitchen to see Lori eating some cheezits while scrolling through her laptop.

"Hey how long did I sleep?" I asked sitting at the table.

"Oh about three hours." Lori says shrugging.

"Guess I was sleepy." I laughed grabbing some crackers from the box.

"Yea your were." Lori says nodding.

"I'm hungry." I said as my stomach growled.

"Me too I have a taste for pizza." Lori says rubbing her stomach.

"Let's go get a extra most bestest." I suggested.

"That sound so good." Lori says licking her lips.

"Let's go." I smiled and got up to put on my shoes.

Lori gets up also and grabs her keys while she slips on some flip flops and we headed to her car. Once we were in Lori started the car and drove to Little Caesars. When we got out and walked inside and the smell of pizza hit my nose.

"Hi how can I help you?" The lady behind the counter asks.

"Hi can I get the extra most bestest pizza." Lori says looking at the menu.

"Will that be all for you?" The woman asks.

"Can you add a seven up and a Pepsi also." I said and the lady nodded.

"Will that be all for you?" The lady asks us.

"Yes." Lori nods.

"Your total is eight o'nine." The lady says and we nodded.

I reached in my pocket and handed Lori four bucks. After paying for our pizza we got back in Lori's car and went to her house. We sat in the kitchen talking and eating.

"Can you drop me off at home?" I asked my best friend.

"Sure." She nods.

Finishing one more slice Lori and I walked out to her car yet again and fastened our seatbelt.

"Thanks." I said to Lori.

"No problem...but how are you getting in?" Lori asked glancing at me.

"My mom left the key under the mat." I said to her looking out the window.

"Oh okay." She says and nods.

Soon enough we arrived at my house and Lori parked then gets out.

"What are you doing?" I asked confused.

"Making sure you're safe." Lori says in a duh tone.

Nodding my head I understood why she wanted to do what she said. I unlocked the door to my house and we checked all the rooms, closets and bathrooms. When we didn't see anyone we met at the front door.

"Empty?" I asked Lori.

"Yup." She said nodding.

"Thanks boo." I smiled hugging her and she hugged back.

"You're welcome." She says pulling away and walks to her car.

Closing the door behind Lori I went up to my bathroom and turned on the shower so could get in. Once I did get in I washed my body first to get the chlorine off then my hair. Finally I was clean I got out wrapping my towel around me then dried off. I put on a pair of grey capri pants that I rolled up and a grey long sleeve sweatshirt. After drying my hair I tied it into a bun then walked to my room.

As I laid in my bed I grabbed the remote and turned the tv on to a movie. I still can't believe Sean hasn't called or texted me back, not once at all. Letting out a heavy sigh I snuggled to my blanket and went to sleep.
