Kristoff frowned at the sight of his girlfriend slouched on the couch in the living room. He could hear the other girls still up in Elsa's room, but it seemed that the strawberry blonde had made her way out of there and downstairs. The other boys were still down in the recording studio, trying to come up with some more songs, desperately.
"Anna," the blonde said, entering the doorway of the living room and making his way to sit next to her. Her head lifted to meet his gaze. "Is there something wrong?"
The teenage girl sat up, brushing herself down and faking a smile onto her face. "No, of course not." She replied. Kristoff raised his eyebrow at her, not believing her. Once she realised he hadn't fallen for her bad acting, her expression instantly changed from happy to sad. Anna sighed loudly, grabbing the boys hand. "Fine! You caught me, there is something wrong."
"What is it?"
"It's Elsa," she began. "After what happened with her and Flynn at the fair, she's been a mess, but it's not just that. She's been acting bitter to me all day..." Kristoff still looked confused, so she continued, "It's almost like she's jealous of our relationship, that I got the boy of my dreams-" the blonde couldn't help but smile at what she had called him. "And she didn't... she's my best friend, and I know she doesn't mean to be like this towards me, but-" Anna sighed again, looking to the ground. "I just feel like it's my fault that she's been in a slump."
Kristoff squeezed her hand tighter for support. "You shouldn't blame yourself, Anna. She's just in a bad mood since her and Flynn didn't work out," he tried to reassure her. "I promise you, Elsa would never intentionally try to make you feel bad."
Anna gave a small smile, placing her other hand over his, "Thank you, Kris..." she answered, but Kristoff could still tell she was upset. An idea suddenly popped into his mind, and he shot up from the couch. Anna looked at his with surprise at his sudden action.
"Stay here, I'll be right back!" With that, Kris bolted out of the living room and towards the recording studio.
"Jack, stop jumping off the amps and help us think of a song for the album!" He heard the shouts of Hiccup as he got closer to the room. He pushed open the door to see Flynn staring into space in sadness over Elsa, Jack running around the room after drinking too much caffeine ( Kristoff recalled him telling the boys earlier that it would help him think better. Clearly, he was wrong ), and Hiccup trying to calm him down.
"Jeez, it's like a war zone in here!" Kristoff yelled loud enough for all their attention to land on him. Flynn let out a series of strange noises as he buried his head in his hands and cried for what felt like the billionth time in the last hour. By now, the other boys had ignored it as it seemed normal at this stage. Hiccup grabbed onto Jack, wrapping his arms around him to prevent him from escaping again. The white haired boy jittered up and down with hyper giggles. Hiccup exhaled, as he had been out of breath.
"Thank god," the brunette panted. "I've been trying to calm him down for over an hour and Flynn has been no help!"
"How much coffee did he drink?" Kristoff asked with disbelief at how crazy Jack seemed.
Jack nodded his head rapidly. "A lot, a lot, a lot-" he repeated over and over again.
The blonde was left a-gap at his friend, and shook his head to get back to the reason he came down to the studio. "Anyways, I need your guys' help." He explained. "I need to somehow get Anna back in a happy mood! So, in order to do that," he smiled proudly. "I'm gonna need my guitar."

Anna groaned with annoyance. Kristoff had told her he would be right back, but he had been gone for what felt like years. She leaned back on the couch, hearing the laughter of the girls coming from upstairs in Elsas bedroom. Anna couldn't help but smile; at least they managed to make her a bit happier, she thought.
Jack suddenly sprang into the room, rolling across the floor and jumping back up onto his feet. He laughed aloud as Anna stared at him with shock. He began to clap a beat, music starting to fill the air with it. Anna turned to the doorway to see Kristoff with his guitar and a smile on his face, playing an upbeat tune. Hiccup followed behind him, his drumsticks in hand as he hit them off the walls and furniture, creating a sound to go with Kristoffs tune. Jack continued to clap along to it, the boys making their own music without nearly any of their instruments. The white haired boy smiled widely as the coffee still was wearing on him. Kristoff kneeled down in front of Anna, playing his guitar. She giggled with happiness.
There's no way to say this song's
about someone else.
Every time you're not in my arms,
I start to loose myself.
Someone please pass me my shades,
don't let her see me down.
You have taken over my days,
so tonight I'm going out!
As he sang, Anna cheered with delight, staring deeply into his eyes as she danced in her seat to the song. Flynn made his way into the room, a sadness still within him, but at the same time, somewhat excitement as he joined in to click his fingers to the music. Anna clapped as he stood at the top of the living room with the boys, giving him a smile of sympathy. All the boys joined in to sing the next part of the song.
Yet I'm feelin' like,
there is no better place,
than right by your side.
I had a little taste,
and I'll only spoil the party anyway.
'Cause all the girls are lookin' fine,
but you're the only one on my mind.
Kristoff got up, beginning to jump around as he played his guitar, the boys dancing with him as they did their part for the music.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
There's only me,
Theres only you.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
When you were gone,
I'd think of you.
Jack jumped onto the couch beside Anna, clapping and making her laugh. Kris and Hiccup stood next to each other, the blonde strumming his guitar and the brunette hitting his drumsticks off the coffee table in the middle of the room.
All these places packed with people,
but your face is all I see.
And the music's way too loud,
but your voice won't let me be.
So many pretty girls around,
they're just dressing to impress.
But the thought of you alone, has got me spun
and I don't know what to say next!
The other three girls heard the music from upstairs, and made their way down to see what was going on. They stepped into the living room, stunned to find the boys playing a live acoustic show for Anna with barely any instruments. Merida and Rapunzel cheered as they went to sit next to Anna and watch the boys. Elsa stayed in the doorway, her eyes glued to Flynn who stared right back at her. She managed to flash him a very small smile, which he returned. She clapped the boys on before turning and making her way to the garden. Flynn frowned, continuing to sing along and click his fingers.
Yet I'm feelin' like,
there is no better place,
than right by your side.
I had a little taste,
and I'll only spoil the party anyway.
'Cause all the girls are lookin' fine,
but you're the only one on my mind.
Hiccup drummed his way over to where Merida sat, grabbing her hand and dragging her to her feet. He began to jump around with her, both of them laughing as Rapunzel got up and danced with them. Jack spun her around, his giddiness getting the best of him.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
There's only me,
Theres only you.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
When you were gone,
I'd think of you.
Kristoff stopped playing his guitar, reaching his hand out to take Anna's and pulling her gently up from the couch. He smiled with red cheeks as he brought her closer, singing with no music apart from Hiccups drumming off the shelves.
I'll pretend the night is so beautiful.
Take a photo with the bros,
la da dee, la da da doo.
They won't see through my disguise,
right here behind my eyes,
replaying in my mind,
La de da, yeah!
The music from the others filled the air again, and Anna wrapped her arms around the blondes neck. Everyone clapped to the beat, watching the couple in awe as Kristoff sang the last part of the song.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
There's only me,
Theres only you.
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
La da da me,
La da da you,
La da dee,
La da dee doo,
When you were gone,
I'd think of you.
Anna pulled Kristoff closer, kissing him with passion. "Thank you," she smiled into the kiss.
He laughed as their lips connected.
Jack stood up on the couch, everyone looking to him. "Looks like we just got another song to add to our album!" Everyone cheered, high fiving and hugging each other.
Kristoff looked around after breaking away from Anna's lips, smiling at all his friends, and finally looking down to the strawberry blonde girl by his side. The girl of his dreams.
When you were gone, I'd think of you.
