Elsa huffed with frustration. She was currently on a girls-day-out with Punzie, Mer and Anna at the mall. They had decided to go shopping to get away from the pressure of the album for awhile.

Elsa was finding it difficult to choose between two different tops to buy. The first one was a cropped baby blue jumper with the words 'Just A Girl' written in small font on the front. The second choice was a breezy white blouse with decorations of pink and blue flowers on the sleeves.

"El, please tell me you're nearly ready. The girls are waiting outside the store and they're getting really hungry," Rapunzel whined to her friend, standing outside of the fitting room she was trying her clothes on in. "And you know what Mer gets like when she's hungry!"

Elsa rolled her eyes, staring at herself in the mirror with the blouse on. "I'll be out in a minute, I'm still deciding on which top to get."

"You're still deciding? You've been trying the two of them on for the past 20 minutes!" The blonde exclaimed from behind the curtain. "I would say go for the blouse, but Mer and Anna think you should get the jumper." She went on to say.

Elsa took what Rapunzel had said into account for a moment before completely loosing the advice she had received to the back of her mind. The platinum blonde looked at herself in the mirror once again, not paying attention to anything else. She stood straight, her porcelain face looking picture-perfect and her hair tied into a simple braid. Elsa snapped out of her daze and undressed from the blouse into her normal clothes again. She picked up both her options, thinking about which one to buy, intently.

Something suddenly caught her eye more clearly on the jumper. It was what was written on it, actually. 'Just A Girl'.

Take this pink ribbon off my eyes.
I'm exposed, and it's no big surprise.

Elsa felt lyrics begin to suddenly pop into her head, and became overwhelmed by the large amount of ideas filling up inside of her, all because of a single quote she was looking at on a jumper. Quickly, she gathered her things, and the jumper, and sprinted out of the fitting rooms. She passed Punzie, who was waiting, and now seeming very confused. "What're you doing?" She asked, beginning to follow at a faster pace.

"There's a song coming into my head and I'm afraid I'm gonna loose it!" Elsa called to the blonde as she ran to the front of the line to pay and slammed a huge amount of money on the counter. "Keep the change!" She yelled as she sprinted out of the store, people everywhere gawking at her as if she had two heads. Rapunzel clapped her hands with excitement as she ran after her.

Don't you think I know,
exactly where I stand.

Merida and Anna sat on the ground outside the shop, looking as if they were to collapse if they didn't get something to eat soon. Their moods changed when they saw Elsa running past them. The two stood up as Punzie approached them, out of breath. "She thought of a song..." she panted in between each word. "We gotta get home before she forgets it!"

Together, the four girls ran faster than they ever had before towards their car, shopping bags in their hands. Elsa was the first to get into the car, which was a large black jeep. She jumped into the drivers seat and rapidly started the engine as the others piled in, with Merida in the passengers seat and Punzie and Anna in the back.

"Go!" They all yelled at the platinum blonde. The car began to speed off out of the parking lot and down the busy roads.

This world is forcing me to hold your hand!

They all jittered and squealed in panic, praying Elsa wouldn't forgot the tune. "Start singing it so you don't forget it!" Anna suggested.

Elsa nodded, keeping her eyes on the road as she began to sing out the words, obviously not actually trying to sound good as stress began to sit on her shoulders. "'Cause I'm just a girl, little ol' me, well don't let me out of your sight. Oh, I'm just a girl, all pretty and petite, so don't let me have any rights. Oh, I've had it up to here!"

Rapunzel and Anna cheered from the back while Merida grinned proudly. "That sounds awesome! I'm getting a really cool retro vibe off of it." the redhead winked.

"That's what I'm going for," Elsa smiled. "Do you think the boys'll like it?"

"Only one way to find out!" Anna giggled as they pulled into their mansions driveway.

The moment that I step outside,
so many reasons, for me to run and hide.

The four girls got out from the car, grabbing their shopping bags. They rushed to the front door, opening it and practically falling into the hallway. Elsa mumbled the lyrics to herself so she could at least try to not forget them. They began to scream out for the boys, dropping their bags.

The four boys appeared at the top of the stairs, expressions of concern and confusion written on their faces. "What's going on?" Hiccup asked. They all looked like they had just woken up and had been playing video games all morning.

I can't do the little things,
I hold so dear.
'Cause it's all those little things,
that I fear!

Punzie and Anna dragged Elsa to the recording studio while the boys made they way down the stairs to Merida. "Elsa thought of a new song, and it's amazing," she explained, the boys smiling with eager. "Come on, shes about to record it." The five followed the others into the recording studio where Elsa was stood behind the glass, a pair of headphones on as she stood by the microphone.

'Cause I'm just a girl,
I'd rather not be.
'Cause they won't let me drive,
late at night.

The boys stared with awe at her as Elsa sang and swayed to the song that although had no beat yet, was incredible.

Oh, I'm just a girl,
guess I'm some kind of freak,
'cause they all sit and stare,
with their eyes.
Oh, I'm just a girl,
take a good look at me.
Just your typical prototype.
Oh, I've had it up to here!

She stopped singing and jumped with giddiness as she left the recording box and hugged the others. "That's all I was able to come up with," she told them. "I really wanted to go for an 80s vibe for the song."

Flynn chuckled. "Well, we can certainly work with that!" Everyone cheered, beginning to pick up some instruments and disperse into groups to come up with more lyrics and a beat.

Oh, am I making myself clear?
I'm just a girl,
I'm just a girl in this world.
That's all you'll let me be!

"I like the message the song is spreading," Flynn began, sitting with Elsa in the corner, coming up with lyrics. "It's letting people know that girls are way too over stereotyped and not always treated right."

"I just want to get out there with my younger, female fans, and show them that they don't have to be afraid of anything, that they're more than capable of handling things themselves." Elsa shrugged, her cheeks turning red. "It's stupid, I know..."

Flynn lifted her head with his hand by her chin. "It's not stupid at all, Elsa." He replied, softly.

Oh, I'm just a girl,
living in captivity,
your rule of a thumb,
makes me worry some.
Oh, I'm just a girl,
what's my destiny?
What I've succumbed to,
is making me numb.

"This song is going to be epic!" Jack exclaimed, high fiving Kristoff. They were currently coming up with a beat to the song, alongside Merida, Hiccup and Anna.

"It's gonna be more than epic," Anna butted in. "It's going to be legendary!"

Oh, I'm just a girl,
my apologies.
What I've become is so burdensome,
Oh, I'm just a girl,
lucky me.
Twiddle-dum, there's no comparison.

Elsa looked around to everyone. She was happy she was finally getting her moment with her own song that meant a lot to her.

Oh, I've had it up to-
Oh, I've had it up to-

She was glad that everyone excepted her choice of song and the impact it would leave. The platinum blonde shifted her gaze to Flynn again, who was writing stuff down on his notepad. She stifled a smile, remembering how he caressed her chin a few moments ago and stared deeply into her eyes with such passion. Elsa had never felt this way towards anyone before, and in all honesty, she was scared what could happen. She didn't want anything to effect her work, but oh, how much Flynn and her just... clicked.

Oh, I've had it up to here.
