      "BE CAREFUL.... (Y/N)." PELL'S WORRRIED TONE REACHED HER EARS AS SHE WAS CRACKING HER NECK, and bending her knees to stretch he legs out outwards from her, feeling the three behind watching her warm up closely.

          She shot them a thumbs up without even looking back, now bending down to loosen up her leg muscles and chuckled a bit now feeling her blood pumping more, "I ate lots of meat and got heaps of rest, so I got tones of blood. Don't worry about it."

         Once she was finished with her last limb stretch, she slowly stood up making her straw hat and hair fall back into place. Her face was covered by the brim until she glanced up, and made instant eye contact with Crocodile on the roof, seeing him already watching her intently.

         "I won't...." She began to declare in a confident tone, lips in a broad smirk as her fiery gaze glares into his own staring down at her, "...lose again!"

        He met her look with a narrowed eye one, his brows furrowing in deep confusion at the girl being alive from how he left her before, "How did she get out of that sand with those injuries?" He mumbled to himself, it being muffled by the blunt in between his teeth.

        A sudden sound of someone screaming behind the four on the ground had everyone but (Y/N) turning around, spotting the Straw Hats all coming together slowly from where they had finished off their fights.

     "Tony!" Vivi exclaimed with wide eyes seeing who the voice belonged to, letting Happy go from inside her arms as he ran over to his friends in tears and they met in the middle for a bear hug.

       "Wh-what? (Y/N)!" Two more voices cried out in happiness at the girl being alive, and a sudden force knocked into her back making the girl stumble forward yelping, quickly catching her footing.

        She cranked her neck back a bit surprised, blinking rapidly not knowing who caused that, and spotted a familiar straw hat sitting on someone's head. A wide smile broke out onto her face realising it was Luffy clinging onto her, dramatically crying and she patted his back softly to assure him.

      "See?! See! I told you guys!" He sobbed like a little baby wrapping his rubbery arms around his sister's back many times, while shaking her around a bit which had Vivi, Chopper and Happy giggling at their display.

        (Y/N) fondly rolled her eyes at her brother and now Usopp who was dramatically crying over her also from beside Chopper. She placed Luffy back down to stand with Vivi, as her eyes caught onto Sanji's figure near Eyelash, her heart clenching a bit seeing how his gaze was watery, and flashed her a wobbly smile.

         It took everything in her to not run up to him and jump into his arms, but she knew she couldn't do that right now as she had a mission to finish. She stayed looking at him for the time being over her shoulder, showing a weak smile to reassure her cook that she was alright, despite how wounded she did look.

      "Usopp!" Nami appeared from out of the dust around them, hoping off the wounded swordsman back to knock the back of the snipper's head with her weapon, causing him to fall to the floor in pain.

         Zoro was standing behind the navigator with his hands on his knees panting, deep cut wounds across his chest that he knew would scar. His dark eyes frantically glanced around the area for his captain, before they landed on her figure in front of everyone causing his nerves to ease greatly.

       His heartrate started to slow down also from the fear of her being dead, and blinked back the burning sensation in his eyes as he took on her state. Her back was facing him so he couldn't see much, but he knew it was her. His captain. His (Y/N). She was safe and alive. That's all that mattered to him.

       He also knew she was more wounded that he could see by the looks of her ripped clothing, and wanted nothing more to give her a scolding, but that would have to wait for now as his loyalty to her as second mate came first before his feelings.

       "Who asked you to create a prop for parties?!" Nami exclaims at Usopp in a scolding voice, holding the weapon he created up in the air and her other hand was perched on her hip which had Zoro snarling at her for using him to walk.

       Chopper and Happy were fusing over Usopp on the floor wrapped up like a mummy, who had a red welt on his head from Nami's hit, "It... It did have a powerful attack, didn't it?" He asked weakly to the girl, crying crocodile tears from her being mean.

        "I'll deal with you later!" Nami pointed a finger at him in warning, and narrowed her eyes down before turning her attention to the princess, "Vivi, so what's going on? What's this dust devil?"

        The princess only hummed in answer, furrowing her eyebrows tightly glancing at (Y/N) who was now quieter then before going back to stretching, as she ignored her entire crew and brother behind her.

         "Ahh... Happy, Chopper, I have a favour to ask..." Usopp was pretending he was slowly fading away, as he was perched up by the two's arms, "Will you bury my body in a wasteland?" He asked through a cough, before flopping down like he passed out, head lulling to the side.

        Both of the fur friends began to freak out seeing their crewmate like that, as Happy was shaking around Usopp like a rag doll crying hysterically with Chopper, "He's already got fatal wounds! Oh no!"

          The fighting around the crew continued on like nothing happened, while (Y/N)'s burning gaze was peeking through under her hat brims up to where Crocodile was watching her with a smirk, just waiting for the girl to make her next move which he was coming sooner rather then later.

       Her eyes pick up the sound of her boys, brother and best friends behind her talking, causing her mouth to part and started to speak to them for the first time in ages.

       "Sorry, guys. I lost against him once.." She began in a sudden deep voice catching everyone's attention, "So...I won't lose again! I'll leave the rest to you!"

        Luffy and Happy both grinned brightly, throwing their sister an encouraging thumbs up. Chopper, Vivi and Nami smiling at their captain proudly, where as Usopp made a weak sound to signal her that he heard her too.

       On the other hand Sanji dipped his head with a crocked smile trying to show her that he wasn't worried when he really was, but believed his captain wouldn't lose again. Zoro had similar reaction to him, as he was the only one who walked up to stand beside her.

       "Get going already." His deep voice reached her ears catching her by surprised, and she didn't turn around to face him as, she knew he was right behind her by feeling his sword hilt hit her gently, "If you die, I'll kill you myself and haunt you for the rest of my life."

       Her heart was ablaze hearing his words making her determination rise up also, and grinned widely from underneath her hats brim, a small fond chuckle leaving her mouth.

       "If you can't win..." Usopp was next to shout something to encourage to his best friend and captain, him being held up by Luffy from the floor as the rest of the Straw Hats smile at the back of her figure, "who can?!"

        (Y/N) rolled both of her shoulders to make sure the barrel of water was attached tightly, and flexed her fingers to start making the sand beneath her feet swirl around in a circle slowly.

        "I'm gonna put an end..." Her now orange pupils meet all the crews over her shoulder, the sand around her picking up speed to create a small tornado, "to all of this! The rest is up to you guys!"

           When the crew all cheered in agreement with the girl, and she gave once last confident head nod at Zoro an Sanji, the girl was shooting up into the air from the ground. She used her airbending to propel her forward all the way up onto the roof, and landed a few meters in front of Croco with a gust of air blowing up from her feet when she touched the floor.

        "No matter how many times you try, you can't even hit me, kid." Crocodile's arrogant voice calls out to her, his facade not changing even if she did make it up to where he was on the roof, "Looks like you wanna be skewered again."

         However he spoke to soon when one second the girl was standing near the roof's ledge, and the next she was landing a solid fist into his cheek, actually making contact and damage to his body. Water splashed onto him because of her bending, as he went flying off to the other side.

         His eyes were rolled to the back of his head from the punch, him half conscious from it as blood started to run down from the side of his mouth both sides. She came to a sliding stop along the roof, while he slammed into it roughly which had the King gaping shocked and Miss All-Sunday to smirk a bit.

         (Y/N) stomped her foot on the ground in front of her a bit causing the cement underneath Croco to incave a bit, making him sink further into it as his figure was against a pillar, still trying to recover from the surprise attack against him.

        "Who is that?!" The king questioned out loud confused, sweating nervously some more at the unknown figure of the girl whom he didn't know, and watched the fight from still being pinned to the wall.

        When she stopped him trying to get back up, she quickly shot her arms forward sharply making the water out of the barrel follow her movement. She pulled a move called The Aqua Tiger, which was water flowing along her arms, and lopping around her head to join the two together.

       She smirked a bit cockily at Croco's wide eyed nervous expression, as she was running forward along the ground controlling the water along her arms to move like a river around her upper half. She wasn't about to lose again, not when everything was at state to take down the man in charge.

        "Could she... possibly?" Crocodile gaped to himself shocked, eyes going even more wider watching her coming close to him with a tone of water. He couldn't move in time when she sent the water spiralling towards him, it gripping onto his shoulders like hands as she was pulled fast towards him at the speed of light.

          Their foreheads connected roughly from her headbutting him as the next attack, making him splutter out a noise of pain and to fall back unconscious for a few seconds. A snicker left her lips as she fell down to the floor also from being perched on his shoulders, and landed in a kneel watching Croco fall also.

           Her fists had spheres of water around them that were placed by her side, and she stood up from the ground, staring down at Crocodile with a glare at his injured self laying motionless. She knew that wouldn't last long, and he would be back on his feet very soon.

        She hit Crocodlie....! The king thought to himself amazed at the fact itself, as Miss All-Sunday chuckled finding the turn out of this fight amusing, but kept her comments inside her head having a feeling that it wasn't over just yet.

          The clock tower was getting closer and closer to the time where the bomb would go off, and (Y/N) knew she needed to work faster to prevent that from happening. She believed her crew could deal with it, but had a weird feeling something bad was going to happen soon. And her senses were always right.

          Heavy breaths left her parted lips to control her fast heartrate, and clenched her fists making the water wrap around them tighter, "Get up." She lowly talked to Crocodile who's eyes were fluttering open, "That time, the water that dropped on your hand... the water I get in Yuba..."

        Her arm muscles flexed when she lifted up her fist to move around her finger, which had the water following the movement again, "... taught me that you can't turn into sand once you touch water. You take rain away because you're afraid of water, right?"

         He stayed quiet laying on the floor listening to her words, knowing she was correct and had figured out his weakness easily, thanks to his carelessness when he fought her back in the deserter.

         (Y/N) knocked down her straw hat to hang around her neck when she lifted her arms up, the water following out from the top of the barrel as it formed a moving and circling water gimbal around her figure, four columns of water twisting around each other.

       "Now I can beat you fair and square!"

im so sorry for the lack of updates guys omg ive been so busy with other fics in the works and life in general but i do hope you guys enjoy this chap even if it is a bit shorter then usual 🥹 <33 i should be back now to make updates a few times a week but i can't promise anything. i will still try though so don't worry yall xx
