𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐗, a government funded top secret project where the quirkless are experimented on to give them artificial and abnormally strong quirks. the goal of this project is to create the ultimate super soldiers with top quality quirks who can fight endlessly at war without any casualties. the japanese government seeks to create an army of such soldiers in hopes of world domination but unfortunately for them, their plans were foiled by a hidden mole who leaked all of their confidential data on the project to the world nations. with such critical information out the government had no choice but to shut down the project and clear all evidence on their dirty deeds by hiring mercenaries to destroy the foundation lab. unfortunately for them it was too late as the other nations now seek their precious research, including a villain organization with their own agenda. the night the remaining traces of project apex was eradicated from the face of earth, a group of fortunate children manage to escape the massacre, saving their lives in the process as they stumble across a homeless looking man who took them in.
