here's the rules, you follow these and we're chill, you don't and we're not cool, get it? (please just follow them ^ ^’)

i. be nice or at least a decent human being, sigh, why is it that every author has to add in this particular rule in their applyfic? no no seriously why? it dosen't take any energy, your money or even time to be a nice and respectful person, dunno whether you're too lazy or just plain dumb to the point everyone has to insert this rule here when it shouldn't be actually. i am adding this here cause i'm too tired to deal with any whiny bitch who couldn't stand the fact that their oc wasn't accepted or they cant stand other characters. you can't be a decent human then fuck off. (we will also try to be nice, but giving back niceness requires having received kindness first!) also no bashing any cannon character, i don't care if you have some personal vendetta against bakugou or mineta or endeavour or literally any mha character, this isn't about you. (no matter how disgusting or annoying they may be) first password is sharing this on your message board, don't think that i wont check, yeah im a petty guy (no promotion message necessary, you could just put a simple link or something :) )

ii. no homophobe/racist/bully/or just plain  bitch allowed here, unfortunately im allergic to bullshit you see, and the reaction can cause me to be rather irritated and instantly block someone without hearing any excuses (it’s not hard darling, if you are those traits please just spare yourself and leave immediately. i would prefer to not have to do damage control ^ ^’’’) 

iii. the forms are accepted in both google docs and the comments, although i prefer the former, feel free to do as you please, just make the form neat and clean and we are good (NEAT! PLEASE! i'm getting old(no you are not) and it’s really hard to process long tomes of information(you're the one speaking jim…) so try to just be as clear as possible. and please notify one of us if you feel like you can’t finish your form but want to, we can work something out!)

iv. no hate allowed here, feel free to have your oc hate another oc or canon character(as long as it's not the toxic type), BUT IF I HAPPEN TO SEE ANY HATE COMMENT TOWARDS ME, JIMMY OR ANYONE HERE ELSE THEN I SWEAR I WILL OFFICIALLY THROW HANDS (WE HAVE FLAMETHROWERS- but, to be fair, if you have a fair reason and shut up quickly enough, maybe that won’t be necessary.)

v. no mary or gary sue's, just because we allowed your oc to have the liberty to be a little overpowered doesn't fucking mean you have the right to make them literally over the top, everyone has their weakness and flaws. (their strengths and weaknesses should either balance each other out, and if one or the other doesn’t, then either you contact one of us regarding the character development you want for your oc or, y’know… get blasted) no one is perfect including your ocs, please, PLEASE BE DIVERSE. i absolutely hate to see those emo kids with absolutely no reason to be so fricking emo or blond guys/girls who are loved for nothing in particular. i hope you know that im not sherlock holmes, so adding just a goddamn intp or intj in the personality section won't do the magic, all it will do is piss me off and have you kicked out. (that’s a little extreme dark but yeah, you may add their personality type but if you don’t elaborate, well, that’s a whole nother story.) second password is the name of your oc. (you can also just write ‘to be decided’ if you haven’t decided yet) if i or jimmy happen to write your oc wrong it's your fault not ours, well it depends sometimes though

vi. details people, details, ok im literally bribing ya'll but if it gives me some good forms then im willing to do this sacrifice, the more details your oc has the more screen time they will receive, even if they're the main character whose there to stop me from turning them into a side character hm? (literally, the more details you add and the more creative you are, nothing else matters: DETAILS AND CREATIVITY WILL CARRY YOU VERY FAR HERE!!)

vii. add it in your library, for the participants, readers and literally anyone interested, i would greatly appreciate it if you added this book in your library for future updates, thank you 

viii. be active, sounds easy right? yeah it's just as easy, be ACTIVE. if your ocs happen to be accepted then you better be active, and voting and commenting on the newly published chapter sounds like the perfect way to show your presence. (we love spam, but please keep it un-vulgar as you can. i in particular usually take things too seriously, so please add ‘this is a joke’ if you make a joke that could be taken the wrong way) DO NOT BE A GHOST READER CAUSE I WILL GLADLY RE-WRITE THE ENTIRE GODDAMN BOOK AND ELIMINATE YOUR CHARACTER LIKE THEY NEVER EXISTED (also, it’s plain disrespectful to not only us, but your OC as well who you *should have* worked hard on! So please follow this rule because i do not want to resort to the “rewriting entire book” method!)

ix. if your character is not chosen then don't feel disheartened, they will always appear in the story as side and support characters, no ocs are being wasted on my watch (AMEN!)

Rule Number I don’t know: Do NOT steal another OC’s idea from another person or I will MURDER you(and then deep fry you in hell). Laziness is fine, but that level of laziness is not okay. It’s hella rude, first of all, and don’t think you can get away with it because rest assured I will be looking through everyone’s forms meticulously (I’m that kind of person lmao). This also applies to canon things; please don’t have a Quirk that’s like Todoroki’s but reversed, or a Quirk like Bakugo’s but instead of sweat it’s something else, these characters are going to interact with the main cast and it would be just too weird if they were too similar. And not just BHNA; literally if you steal and only minimally modify a power from another existing universe expect me to contact you :D. Also, if you can, please try not to reuse any of your already existing OCs (i feel very called out-) because, to be honest, it ups your chances of getting in by like 80% if I know that you’re actually putting in more effort than extra. I love that extra effort <3 Sorry for being really mean, but I felt the strong need to put my foot down here!

Rule Number i don’t know again: Negotiations are totally open! If you want to negotiate something about your OC with us, like a special set of circumstances or something, just give one of us a shout-out and hopefully we can work something out. Don’t be afraid to ask questions as well (i don't bite, pinky promise there) questions means EFFORT and I LOVE EFFORT!

Rule Number i don’t know once again: Please try and avoid relations with the canon characters if you can. I do not want to see your oc being midoriya’s lost sibling or something, mainly because I’m very uncomfortable with changing anything directly related to the canon. It’s fine if they might’ve briefly crossed paths in the grocery store or something in the past or saw each other on the news (you can include that in the trivia) but no past-dating, old friends, blood relations, adopted relations, etc. I’m sorry! 

Rule number I think you’re getting tired of me saying I don’t know: There is no specified deadline at this moment! As both of us are subject to the terrible curse called deadlines, I am determined to not let anyone be shot down by such a thing here! We will give a shout-out if we ever decide on a deadline, but odds are that even after we officially ‘close’ it, if you apply a character after that, I’ll most likely usher them in as a minor background character :D

YANWANG is a control freak by nature, but they make up for it by being inquisitive and quick on the uptake, making them an excellent researcher and planner. they suffer from being indecisive, way too intimidating, and judgmental-the type of person who could easily ruin a mood. despite that, they are extremely level-headed and reasonable.
