I wake up to the sound of my alarm

Yawning I look at the time and realize it's another day.

I wake up and look at my window daydreaming again

Until B/N walks into my room saying good morning
I blush and I say good morning back to him.

I walk out of my bedroom and I remember I have to take my medicines. 

I been having leukemia for years now
No one besides my bestfriend Lyra and my parents.

I walk into the kitchen and open the cabinets revealing my medicines.

I open it and it reveals my pill and then I put it in my mouth and start drinking my water bottle

I haven't told b/n about my leukemia yet
We have been friends since forever
I caught feelings for him but I don't know if he likes me back. And plus I'm worried how he would react. 

Suddenly a tap on my shoulders got me out of my thoughts

You okay y/n
B/n says softly

Yea I'm fine I just need to lay down and sleep I say fake smiling

B/m smiles back and says I'm going to the store. Do you need anything?

I nod my head saying no

Yea I say looking at b/n

He approaches me and caress my cheek

BUT THE ONLY PERSON I TOLD WAS MY BESTFRIEND LYRIA BUT WHEN I FIRST MET YOU B/N I WANTED TO TELL YOU ABOUT IT BUT I COULDN'T.  BECAUSE I THOUGHT YOU WOULD TREAT ME DIFFERENTLY . I ONLY H-HAVE 2 DAYS TO LIVE B/N .

I shook her until I realized she starting to coughing of blood

I widen my eyes and run into the kitchen to get a napkin but before I could walk into the living room she passed out again

I start walking into my room until I saw a letter on my bed

I sit on my bed unwrapping the envelope
And it said

"Read it"

I unfold the letter

And what I saw made my heart stop.
